    Breakfast sandwich

A nice modern location, dining area was very clean. My breakfast sandwich was very good, made to order with the customizations I entered when I order on the app. There were several employees behind the counter but I can't say that they were friendly. No one was greeting customers, they were just chatting amongst themselves. I received a text when my order was ready but no one spoke to me when I picked it up.

My boyfriend and I had some time before he boarded his flight (at BWI, which was only about 12 minutes away), so we stopped at this location not only for food but for their wifi. The food was good. The only item that I wouldn't recommend would be the grilled cheese. For comparison purposes, I would compare it to gouda cheese.. it was very heavy, very thick. Too thick honestly, but still. For a last minute, wifi-needed, hungry moment, this location was great. We were able to not only eat, but connect to wifi strong enough to not only work, but stream movies and a football game (We were there for about 3 hours lol). As other reviews state, there is a drive-thru option, that from that parking lot, seemed to move very slow. I cannot speak on the accuracy of the drive-thru, but it is available.

New Panera! So new the road around it isn't even finished, and there are no other businesses in this tract of land. I ordered two soups to go. The autumn squash and the French onion. The autumn squash was so good! The French onion was also delicious BUT I paid extra for cheese and I requested extra croutons. What do I get? No cheese, and no croutons. I'll double-check contents next time. Lesson learned.

I was in the area in route to the Starbucks drive thru and discovered this relatively new Panera with the drive thru window. When I arrived, I noticed that the location was very clean and appeared to be very new. I entered the drive thru lane, which was completely empty. I was greeted very enthusiastically by the person over the speaker. I placed my order, which included the egg white, avocado and spinach breakfast sandwich along with a hot vanilla chai tea. She asked for my rewards number after taking the order and requested that I drive around to the pick-up window. There was one person ahead of me at the window. Within about two to three minutes, my order was ready for pickup In consideration that this was made to order, I received the order quickly.

This Panera has a cute, modern design and most importantly, clean! It is not on my normal route so I don't know how often I'll be stopping by. Service was great. I came during lunch hour, the restaurant was busy. The manager jumped in to help both the cashier and the employees making the food. I really like Panera's pizza. The crust is soft and crisp at the same time. Good amount of cheese. Not gourmet pizza by any means but very tasty nonetheless.

Not sure who orders a single bagel uncut with a cream cheese. Smh ruined my morning.

Trash. They didn't cut my bagel they just put in the bag as is. The girl at the window had horrible customer service skills.

    Grilled Cheese
    Maryland Mac Review ..

This Panera Location was okay, the food was fine, but had a couple issues. The Mac and Cheese was a little bit too runny and the Grilled Cheese was very underdone and had too much cheese. Wifi here was also a little bit spotty.

I love Panera Bread and this location is my favorite. It is always clean and food is always fresh. I love that they have a drive Thur and inside seating. I never go wrong when I choose Panera's.

The drinks were HUGE but not very strong. I did get a little plastic duck with my cocktail which was very cute, though. Despite being a Pittsburgh sandwich and bar restaurant, you would expect to see Steelers memorabilia, but the Linthicum MD location is full of Baltimore Ravens gear! The service was attentive and always around if you needed something. Food comes out quickly, I didn't wait more than 10-15 minutes for anything to come out. Overall, Food and Drinks: 8.5/10 Service: 8/10 Atmosphere: 7/10

They live very close to a location there, and we got pizza to go when I was visiting them one time maybe in 2022. The pizza was very good as I recall. Then, I saw there was a location of Primanti Bros. opening in Linthicum Heights near BWI Airport, the first location in the Baltimore-DC area. They were having a grand opening on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, where the 1st 100 customers were going to get free sandwiches for year. I live about 13 miles from here, and I toyed with the idea of trying to be one of the first 100. But I opted against as even if I got there at 6 AM for the 10 or 10:30, whatever grand opening time, and there's still no guarantee I'd be the 1st 100. And I'd be pissed that I drove all the way there and stood there for hours to get nothing in the end. Not to mention, I had work too (although on average probably slower due to also Juneteenth holiday), which I could do from out there to a certain extent. Ultimately, I had emailed them, and they said the 100th customer got there at approximately 4 AM that morning! That's insane. This place really has a cult following! A friend, who knew I lived in AA County, loves this place and mentioned the idea of meeting up with me one Sunday to watch a Ravens game, and him and his fiancée (wife as of March 2025) went up there a few times to watch game or other reasons they went that way. On Thursday, October 3, 2024, like Juneteenth the holiday Primanti Bros. opened, it was Rosh Hosannah, and that friend who had off (as he works in a school & they get the Jewish holiday) off invited me to lunch with another friend of ours. My work was slow that day, and I needed to eat lunch somewhere anyway. I probably would've eaten lunch at home or close to home if they hadn't thought to invite me. So, I drove the 13 miles from home to meet up with them. Those two friends were kind of high. Well sure, it was a holiday they were off work. And they were hungry too! I was hungry too because well it was lunchtime. Service was prompt & friendly answering our questions. However, server was a bit of a klutz as she accidentally spelled some water got a bit on one friend. Geez, was she the one who was high?!...just kidding, it's just one of those accidents that can happen being a server. She was apologetic. My friend took it with stride having a positive attitude. I believe I got a pastrami sandwich, but could've been corned beef. Their sandwiches are big, pilled high with lots of meat & delicious too. I can really see why the following for this place with the quantity but also the high quality. Fries were plentiful too, which were also delicious. I ate well that day for lunch and was quite full. I went to an event that evening, and I think I just ate something small/snack for dinner that night after I got home around 9 PM. This was a great service with excellent plentiful sandwiches & fries and nice service.

This sandwich is almost a complete 180 from the last pit beef sandwich I ate from Beefalo Bobs. Unlike their overly smokey beef, The Pit Sandwich barely had any smoke flavor. The beef was sliced out of an alto shaam (hot box) rather than off a pit. The result was nicely cooked, if not a little cool, beef that really lacked any pit flavor/texture. It would have benefited from salt and pepper. Not saying it was not good, but was more like roast beef than pit beef. Pioneer still reigns supreme. On to the next one.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.
