Little bigger then the sauce cup. This area needs a canes

Can we talk about how much fast food has gone up in pricing? Nah? At least post about it. Was craving their tenders. Two orders of them and a drink was 18+ dollars. I'll financially recover from this but the tenders were small as hell.

Everybody is pretty familiar with chick-fil-a. I writing this for two reasons: 1. To talk about the fish and 2. To talk about the soup. Fish: I believe this item is a Available because this is "lent". So I'm not giving up anything but most people give up meat for that period. Well the "fil-a" has made that process easier by having fish as an option. The fish or fish nuggets I believe are mad from cod fish. Very tasty but are smaller than chicken tenders. If you get the 3-piece meal it will cost you about 9$. I think you should get at least 4 pieces to have a complete meal. Just take a look at the size of it next to the tarter sauce packet. The tarter sauce is pretty good but you will probably need one pack per fish for the packers have just enough sauce in them. The soup: Look the soil bowls are too small. Perhaps it's a mind thing but I remember getting the large soup and being full after finished. I feel like it's enough for a child not an adult. Of course I'll come back here because the service is impeccably I love this place!!!!

Amazing Chick-fil-A in the area that provides fast service and fresh quality food. Even during busy hours, the employees are always welcoming and so attentive to their customers. My go to order is always the Spicy Deluxe with pepper Jack meal. I really like how you can customize your sandwich down to the details of having a certain type of bun to what sauce you would like in it. Meals all come with a beverage and fries and you can choose what size you'd like. Every once in awhile, I also like to order their milkshakes. My favorite is the Cookie n Cream flavor but you really can't go wrong with any flavor. Their lemonade and ice teas taste really good too. You have the option of minimizing the amount of added sugar or if you want a mixture of both ice tea and lemonade together. I've done both dine-in and curb-side pick-up through the mobile app and both have been great experiences. It's really convenient in general to have a fast food establishment that provides well-service but especially during COVID-19 right now. Only curb-side and drive-thru is available at the moment but I'm happy to know that they're still serving the community. I would definitely recommend going to this location over others in the area.

    A large cone!

I went here today because I wanted a soft-serve cone. Since I had not eaten lunch, I also decided to add a salad to my order. I am always reluctant to visit most Chick-fil-A locations, especially during peak hours because the drive-thru lanes are always so busy and disorganized. To be honest, I cannot think of a time either day or night when this location is not crowded. The bad part is that they have people navigating the lane traffic, but it still does not help. Most of the locations that I have visited also have order takers working within the lanes to increase drive-thru efficiency. The idea is great, but it is not a well-oiled machine. Even with a traffic navigator, order takers, a payment processor, and someone handing out the orders, this process is both inefficient and ineffective. Another problem is the large number of staff working inside of the location. It always appears to be about twenty people working in disarray within one space that seems to create more confusion versus an effortless flow. In recent months this location has also added someone working outside of the window handing customers their orders and from what I can see, the disconnect may not necessarily be with the external operation, but possibly with an internal disconnect. Again conceptually, the assembly line effort is a great idea, but the efficiency is very low. I was in line for about twenty minutes or more with the assembly in full swing. There really has to be a better way. Quick update: In addition to the process being inefficient, I was charged $2.00 less today for my Cobb Salad base, but was charged $2.00 more last week. I called the manager to obtain clarification about the pricing discrepancy. As usual when an error is pointed out on the business side, my inquiry was with met with disregard, which further adds to my issues with their assembly line operation. Apparently, there is no consistency in training staff about pricing. The order taker last week overcharged me for my salad and the one on duty today, charged the correct amount. Now everything makes sense.

Worst Chick Fil A I've EVER been to. As we all know, Chick Fil A doesn't only give customers delicious fast food but they also have organized and friendly workers. That's not the case for this particular Chick Fil A branch. My kids had the Chick Fil A chicken nuggets that is like no other, simply delicious. Except, the chicken nuggets at this branch was DISGUSTING! I was so confused! Why did it taste dry and not seasoned properly?!i thought all Chick Fil A were supposed to be the same. Not this one. They need a new manager and new workers. If they don't do this, they should just shut down. Not only was the nuggets disgusting and not the typical Chick Fil A nuggets, but they don't even give out those cool ketchups that have two different ways to open it. They give our regular McDonald's packets of ketchup. Like what?!?!? My waffle fries were undercooked also. And I know I am not the only one who complained about this. I know the lines are long and you just want to get everyone out of there, but nobody wants soft and soggy fries! Also, in the drive thru like, they have two separate sections from which you order and then you merge into one lane. Well, once I ordered, they made me wait until 3 other cars from the lane beside me finished ordering so that they can go in front of me. I thought that was unfair because I ordered before them and was ahead of them in the line. This weird and unorganized way of them keeping track of which order goes to which car obviously backfired because one of the workers was trying so hard, running around back and forth trying to find the car that ordered a peach milkshake! You see, this branch in particular needs new workers and new management. They are unorganized, they are not following the recipes, nor are they friendly. This branch will ruin Chick Fil A's name in which we all know and love.

    Complimentary Mouthwash

This Chick-fil-A holds up to the same standard of all of them as far as customer service, it is excellent. The staff is always friendly whether I decide to go through the congested, very busy drive through or walk inside. The drive through takes a minimum of 10 minutes regardless of what day I have come to this location. If I am in a hurry I walk inside and it's always quick usually 5 minutes on average. On my last visit while I was in town, I stopped in the restroom before getting on the road. This was my first time walking into the bathroom of a Chick-fil-A. Surprisingly the bathroom was immaculate with a nice full size mirror and the biggest shocker was the complimentary Mouthwash. I'm not sure if Mouthwash is standard for all Chick-fil-A's but it was very impressive. Two thumbs up for fresh breath and excellent customer service.

All about this chicken deluxe with no pickles sandwich. Hot, fresh and tasteful! Isn't she beautiful

Easy, fast, efficient, sanitary curbside service!
    Marcy M.

This place is pretty cool. Everyone working here is usually very polite and very concerned with high customer satisfaction. When I visit, ever so often, I usually order curbside via the app and am able to receive my order in no time! The order is always clean, well-packaged, and accurate. "Norma" was my curbside server. She was so kind and efficient. Smiling and professional, she brought my food to my window and thanked me so sincerely. The manager on the morning of April 6 was also very professional and customer service-minded. She runs a smooth sailing, tight ship. I was impressed! Chik Fil-A attracts so many great employees and draws so many visitors who then become faithful patrons bc the chain has a reputation for good fare and makes a practice of treating customers like valued gems, of maintaining polite servers, giving to the unfortunate, feeding the hungry, building up suffering communities, educating young minds, and remaining true to Christian and family values despite external pressure to sell out its Godly ethics. Moreover, the CEO is still able to maintain cordiality and charity which he extends even to those who condemn and harass him. He has his employees do the same. He closes on Sunday, keeping the Christian Sabbath despite loss of business. Thus, I love his soul, his drive, his sweet grit, and his dedication! And everybody usually loves his Chik Fil-A personnel as well as his food! We should all eat more 'chiken' ! I'll always love my BEEF though! lol

Loud pop music greets you as you walk in. Zauq is to the right. It seemed like a lot of folks were picking up classic American fare: wings, onion rings, other chicken dishes, but I was coming for some Halal food. I got a large rice platter with mixed chicken and lamb. The shredded chicken was okay; could have used more seasoning or something, but that's why they give you white and/or red sauce. The lamb was basically cubed gyro meat, which I enjoyed; I would get a platter of just this next time. You can add as many toppings as you'd like, including onion, lettuce, tomato, chickpeas, pickles, and hot peppers. Make it what you want. For $9.99 (as of 2025), that's a bargain for the amount of food you get. Overall it tasted pretty good. I think if I come back I'm going to try out the falafel and/or the fried chicken sandwiches. The folks are friendly and fast. The whole place, staff and clientele, seemed to be a melting pot of every ethnic group imaginable - Woodlawn baby, gotta love it. There's a Shahada posted above the counter in both Arabic and English, but the food is for everyone and I'm here to say, it's solid. You won't be disappointed.

Shrimp were good no wow factor, wings were good just plain but would have been better if they had a sauce and the burnt ends had more of a smoked bbq flavor which was different than usual but very tender and tasty. It was served with mixed vegetables and coleslaw. Veggies were ok and seasoned and coleslaw was to be desired. Not burnt ends is an entree on the menu. For entrees: crispy chicken sandwich with fries and chicken Mishkaki. Can I say, wow the portion required stretch pants! The sandwich; meat to bun is 20% more chicken than bread. It was seasoned and fried to perfection. The fries are in house cut and seasoned well too. The chicken Mishkaki is dish never tried before but reminds you of Nazan Halal's chicken with more of a rich tomato stew flavor with peppers, onions. It was about 8 to 10 skinless thin thighs seasoned and fork tenderness served in its own plate, then another plate with rice and the fixings. Think of a fajita sizzling plate and side plate of the fixings, same as this dish. I would definitely visit again! I almost didn't though, once you dig past social media, you'll see a mix of good and bad reviews, and for a split second that gave me pause. Glad I ignored that feeling. We came on a Saturday around noon for lunch with the family. Addy's sits on the edge of a larger shopping center, nothing flashy, but easy enough to find. When you walk in, the counter is right there and the dining area is pretty small, maybe 8-10 tables total. We were greeted right away by the woman at the register, let her know we were dining in, and she handed us menus to take to our table. I had seen reviews mentioning clutter or stacked plates inside, but that wasn't the case at all during our visit. Everything was clean and in order. They had some jazz playing over the speakers, which gave the place a chill, quiet-to-moderate vibe. Lighting was average, not dim, not bright. Seating is a mix of booths and tables with chairs. I started in a chair, then slid over to the booth side of the table for more leg room. I was never uncomfortable either way. There was one person waiting on food when we arrived. We ordered at the counter and had our food in about 8 minutes, which felt quick. The same woman who took our order also brought the food out, smiled, and checked on us after. No complaints at all on service. It wasn't busy while we were there, but on our way out there was a line of about six people, so it clearly picked up. What we ordered: * Brisket Quesadilla - Shredded brisket with melted cheese in a tortilla, served with sour cream and salsa. The brisket was tender, well-seasoned, and had a light smokiness that came through nicely. * Beef Ribs - Fall-off-the-bone, smoky, saucy beef ribs with fries and cornbread. The cornbread came drizzled with honey, which honestly threw me off at first. I was like, this is either about to be really bad or really good, and it was definitely the latter. Almost cake-like, moist, and flavorful. I usually skip cornbread at BBQ spots, but this one hit. I can see how someone might feel the rib portion is a little light for the price, but not enough to stop me from ordering it again. * Mixed Mishkaki (Beef & Shrimp) - This might've been the standout. East African-style kebabs in a sweet and spicy marinade, served with rice and salad. The beef was insanely tender, I could've cut it with a cheap plastic fork. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, mixed with peppers and onions. It came out sizzling on a hot plate, fajita-style, which surprised us in the best way. Best bang for your buck for sure. This plate could feed two regular people... or one big back. I'm big back...lol * Cajun Chicken Tenders - I usually expect cajun to be dry-rubbed, but these were saucy, and still really good. Definitely coming back to try other flavors. Price-wise, meals range roughly from $9.99 to $24.99, and overall I thought the value was solid for what you get. Maybe some room for debate on the beef ribs, but everything else made up for it easily. Honestly, there wasn't anything on the menu I didn't want to try, and I don't even feel like I've found my go-to item yet, which is a good problem to have. As for the negative reviews I saw beforehand? I don't know. Maybe wrong day, wrong time, or they caught the place during a rough moment. Our experience was smooth, the food was fire, and the restaurant was well kept. Out of a few spots I've tried because of social media hype, this one was probably the most accurate to the hype. It made a big impression on both my wife and me. I live about 40 minutes away, and I'll definitely be back to dine-in or takeout, though I'd probably dine in so the food's hot. Great spot for a lunch date or grabbing takeout. If you've been on the fence like I was, go check it out.

The order had to be placed online for pickup. I tried earlier, but the store showed as a corporate location for some reason. After a bit of research, I found out it was an actual store. I parked, placed my order from the car, and made sure to customize it because I do not eat pork. I added extra tomatoes and left out ham. I also ordered one for my son. The pickup time was about fifteen to twenty minutes later. I went inside to let them know I had just placed an order. The store was empty except for staff. A young woman greeted me and said she was working on the sandwiches. I waited, spoke briefly with another employee, and looked around. Soon, my order was ready. The young woman told me the sandwich with extra tomatoes was on top. I thought she might also mention no ham, but she did not. I checked the bag before leaving, opened the one she pointed out, and thought it looked right. I tied the bag back up and left. At home, I planned to give one sandwich to my son and save mine for lunch the next day. I was a little hungry and decided to take a bite. Before I did, I checked again because both sandwiches looked exactly the same. That is when I saw they both had ham. I was upset. I checked the time, saw the store was still open, and called. The phone rang for a long time, but someone finally answered. I explained what happened. He asked if I had the receipt, but there was none in the bag. I gave him my name, and he found my receipt still in the store. He read it out loud and said it only showed extra tomatoes, not no ham. I checked my account and saw he was right. Somehow, the no ham request had not saved. I told him I was confused because I was sure I had deselected ham. He said it was not their fault and they could not fix it. I asked to speak to the manager. He talked to someone in another language and came back saying the manager said the same thing. They would make a new sandwich if I paid again. That was disappointing. The manager refused to get on the phone and I was "oh welled". I thought this could be a regular spot since it is so close and clean inside. But maybe it is for the best. The food is not great for me anyway. I do not know what went wrong with the order. I even tried to recreate it, but the promo code seemed to affect the options although it did allow for customization. Maybe it was meant to be. Yes, maybe the mistake was on my end. But I know I tried to remove the ham. Either way, I do not need processed meat in my life. I will take this as a win. Will I go back? No, and that is okay. The food is not good for me anyway. Also, what was I doing eating a sandwich after 8 anyway? Get it together ma'am! A star for the store being clean, the young lady being pleasant, and the quickness I received my order.
