Ok so here it is. I love sliders. I feel like they are the perfect size for me. They usually come three or four together with your side order. I felt like it was a bit on the salty side. Cheese alone carry enough sodium. So the added sodium to the burgers itself was a bit much. The sautéed mushrooms were good. Very nice flavor. My husband said his burger and roasted corn was good. They didn't cook it to his liking but he said he was hungry. We ordered our food for carryout. I may be willing to try once again to see how they do. Definitely a three star ratings. read more

Stayed at a nearby hotel and was super excited to see a Ruby Tuesday still in existence since all back home have shuttered. Walked there 1/2 mile in the rain. That's how determined I was! Got there around 6:00-6:30 on a Tuesday and was greeting by a very friendly server who sat me at my table and waited on me. If I recall, his name was Jordan. Besides the bartender, he and maybe only one other server was working but the restaurant was very slow considering it was dinner time. While I was looking at the menu, Jordan let me know that the special of the day was 1/2 off all smash burgers! Opted for the triple smash which is normally $17 so about $8.50 SOLD! I also added the endless salad bar for about $7 which is one of the main reasons I miss frequenting RT. The salad bar was freshly stocked with a nice assortment of items. It did not disappoint. The smash burger seemed a bit underwhelming in size. The bun was larger than the actual hamburger patties and tasted a bit dry due to a lack of any condiments on it and the bun itself was a bit hard but it definitely wasn't to the point where I felt the need to send it back. Even though the size seemed initially smaller than I was expecting, it was definitely filling between that and the salad. Um... I just won't be back. I ordered the Nashville hot wings and the salad bar. The wings were great, the salad bar looks like it did in 2004 nothing special. I ordered the chocolate chip skillet I devoured it. Delicious. We were a big table and seated right away. And the place is basically left to die. Our server we could tell was new, we ended up asking him if he was at the end (was). Everything took like 30 minutes to come out, like water 30, food another 30, check 1:30. My friends food sat under the lamp for ions and was burnt when it came out. However, they fixed everything we complained about, and he was very sweet. We could tell big tables were not often here and nothing against customer service at this particular location. But me and Ruby are done. read more

I hadn't been to ruby Tuesday in years and now unfortunately I kinda know why. First everything was slow. The kitchen, the service, everything. We were there for a meeting arrived around 4:15 and left a little after 7. We were done the meeting but that's how long it took to get everything we ordered. As far as my food personally I had the smash burger. I added bacon to it and it came with fries. My bacon was so burnt I couldn't eat it. I will give the server credit because I told him to take the bacon off the bill and he took the whole burger off after seeing the bacon. My friends meals were alright. Took a long time but the biggest complaint was my friend's sides were cold. The best part was the dessert. Absolutely delicious. We did have to again wait a very long time though. worst customer service ever. others i have visited have been great. just had a bad experience that has made me npt want to visit ever again. we walk in nobody at the front so we sit at the bar area. nobody acknowledged us, server walked passed us 3 times and never said hi, i'll be right with you or anything at all. so rude. i was shocked and disappointed. we sat for at least 25 minutes and nothing. just looked at us so we got up and left. i will never visit this establishment again. never experienced this before. might want to train hour staff on better customer service. read more

This place seemed to be understaffed, at least on Monday evening when I was there. I was very happy to find a Ruby Tuesday near my hotel. I stood at the front of the restaurant for quite awhile before an employee acknowledged that I was there. After I was seated it took a few minutes before my server came to my table. When she did arrive she was very friendly and promptly took my order. I always enjoy the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday. They always have a few ingredients that other salad bars don't have, like beets, chick peas, and artichoke. All are favorites of mine! I also ordered the Impossible burger with a baked potato. On GrubHub, it's called the Garden Bar. 1st time I ordered the Farmer's Market Salad and Guiltless Kabobs with Steak Bowl. The salad was perfect and great...no complaints. The bowl was tasty but the Steak was tough and chewy. 2nd time, I ordered the Farmer's Market Salad and the Guiltless Kabobs but with Shrimp instead. My bowl was perfect. However, the salad they sent only had lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, croutons, red onions. (It's supposed to have...A blend of greens with beets, bell peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, edamame, tomato, carrot, onion, mushrooms, crispy cucumbers, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, fresh grapes, crispy cucumbers, & croutons.) Needless to say I was disappointed so I called the Ruby Tuesday's. They told me that they would make another one to come get. Well I had it delivered for a reason and I still couldn't go pick it up. So they told me I had to contact GrubHub for a refund which I did. My family loves the Greenbelt location. The food and service are awesome. We were there in July for my sister's bd celebration. At that time I mentioned to the manager that the entrance needed cleaning; door, glass and pavement. We were there again on Sat, Oct 12th for a family celebration. We were seated promptly and got the drinks fast. Since we were not ready to order within a few minutes, the server gave us a 15 minute pause, sigh. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I said to my husband that after 10 min of waiting, if she's not here in 5 min, we are leaving. We'll she yelled over and asked if we were ready. So we ordered with a BOGO coupon. I ordered a med rare 12oz ribeye with fries. My husband ordered the country style ribs with fries. My steak arrived well done. She said it was her fault because she ignored the word rare in med rare. She took it back, saying she'll eat this steak. I have to say it looked like it was put in a cold pan and cooked. It was a shade of gray on both sides. Whatever happened to heating up the pan to sear the meat juices in? My husband's country style ribs, he described as chewy, and that was an understatement. They were dried out clunks of pork, hopefully to be revived with bbq sauce. There was no rescue for them. One thing that really upsets me is having to send back a dish, and the rest of the party is eating while I am waiting, only to finish up after everyone is done Service was a lot of dead time, really slow. It was horrendously slow. Ask for containers twice. There's another 10 min. Wait for the bill another 10 min. Ask for a Togo cup, another 10 min. We probably won't be back. Previously, we have had good service at this restaurant, but not this time. I stopped in for lunch by myself one day because I really wanted a salad bar. I got the soup and salad bar combo. The broccoli cheese soup came in a big dish but only had a tiny bit of soup in it. I get that it's a cheap meal but it was almost embarrassing. The salad bar was stocked but the ingredients did not appear as fresh as I remember their salad bar being. 420th review! What's ironic is that I'll still be writing this review at 4:20 today August 28 as it's only 4 minutes until then. In honor of 420 (even though cannabis isn't my thing), I figured I'd pick a place I visited on an April 20 in the past. I visited this location on Tues., 4/20/21 & had been to this location multiple times. I don't remember when I first visited but certain times stand out. This location has been a mix of good & bad. October 17, 2022 was my worst visit to this location; I'll get there in chronological order. In general, the food is usually good. Burger is a solid bet for me when I go to Ruby Tuesday. I like the salad bar and sometimes have done the add-on for that or eaten that by itself. The service has been average to good typically; October 17, 2022 was a negative exception and why 3-stars instead of 4. Here are 6 visits that stand out: Tues., September 11, 2018: There was some lunch special going on for the salad bar as I recall. I had some work travel from my Halethorpe office at that time to Towson. I was planning on a late lunch. I knew the deal ended at 3 PM. I left Towson a little after 2:30 and knew I wouldn't make it in time to get there with some traffic on 695. There used to be a location in Reisterstown, which would've been a little out of the way, and I didn't want to get stuck on worse 695 traffic after leaving later. I called this location & talked to the manager said where I was and asked if I'd be ok if was maybe closer to 3:30. He said sure, come on down! That was my first positive experience there. Sun., November 22, 2020: My parents had visited me for the Thanksgiving week and to look at buying a home, leaving Phoenix area to be closer to their only son. They didn't choose MD & ended up not too far away up in PA. My dad likes Ruby Tuesday. There was a deal or he had a gift card. I ate well; burger, fries, & salad. It wasn't actually the normal salad bar because of Covid, you had to check off the items you wanted on the salad, they made the salad. Well, I got more than I bargained for. Server made me a huge salad, & I still had burger & fries coming. I was very hungry, but after that, I was very full. This was a good warm-up for Thanksgiving 4 days later. Tues., April 20, 2021 (420!...haha): Without going into detail, this was kind of a strange day. Like 9/11/18, I had Baltimore County work travel. Unlike that day, I had gone home and went at dinner like around 7 PM or so. I was very hungry as the lunch I had was pretty light. I got my usual a burger as I know that is good. Burger was delicious as always. Server was very nice as I recall. Tues., April 19, 2022: Like a year before, I went on the 3rd Tues of April. Ruby Tuesday tends to have good deals on a Tuesday, so more likely to go on a Tues. This was a date with a woman I was dating in Spring 2022. I pigged out on the burger, fries, & salad bar. Service was good per usual. BAD Experience day Mon., October 17, 2022: I got suckered with a $10 wing deal flash deal from 4 to 7 PM. Inflation was bad in 2022 especially wing cost. Average like $1.50/wing, which I felt is expensive. I tend to get wings if there was a special on them. On that day, Ruby Tuesday was running 10 wings for $10. I jumped on that considering high price of wings. When I arrived, I was seated in the bar area. An older woman, who was the bartender, came to my booth. She was unfriendly. I asked a simple question about if they had a dry rub, & she didn't know what I was talking about & acted by even dare asking a question that I was inconveniencing her. I asked the open ended question what they had. I got garlic parmesan; none are dry rub unless you get plain, which is boring. I asked the nasty bartender saying the container of ranch was half full & if I could get another, and she rudely said give me 5 minutes. They weren't even that busy. She could've easily grabbed a container quickly. I waited for my wings to only get cool before I got more ranch. I either ate a couple of bites plain or use the minimal ranch I had left, so that my wings wouldn't get cold while I was waiting. Additionally, it didn't come with celery or carrots, which is often typical for wings. I didn't complain about it but was disappointed. Besides the nasty server, the 10 wings were small. Maybe the equivalent of the "Snack size" wings 5 or 6 at Buffalo Wild Wings. I was still kind of hungry. I got dooped, ended up eating a small 2nd dinner at home 2 hours later after I got after running a couple of errands. That's annoying when you spend over $10 & are still hungry. But I also didn't want to deal with this crabby server & wanted to leave quickly. I only left 12% tip, $1.21 on $10.79 after tax, about 1/3 of what I'd normally leave for that. Tues., June 20, 2023: Server was very friendly. I told host I didn't want to be in bar area. Like Apr. 2022, a date but girlfriend as opposed to simply a date. Much better than October! read more

I ordered a bottled drink off the menu that he didn't know existed and didn't bring after two requests. Finally, when asking for the check, I was told the bartender needed to get the drink out of the back. Refused at that point since I had to drive. I ignored the sign telling us to just turn around and walk out. Only a hand full of people here and they seated us in the bar area. Was told we can get happy hour anywhere, as long as it was inside. After waiting a bit, was told that we just missed happy hour (5 minutes after 6) and when I challenged our time, our server started telling us about her bad day. She did however get my wife a $2.00 margarita. I myself didn't really care to drink at that point, and just got soda along with a Cajun seafood dish. While hot, the food was less than par. If I could give them zero stars I 100% would! First, as soon as we walked in the hostess told us to wait because the kitchen was backed up. Mind you, there were only 3 tables being sat at in the restaurant. Once we were sat our waiter said he wasn't ready, and would come back to get our drink order. One side of fries, the catfish and shrimp platter, and a mushroom smash burger, and an order of Brussel sprouts. Between him taking our order and coming back, was about 25 minutes. When I asked how long until our food was ready, he said I don't know, there's a lot of to go orders in front of you. When I reiterated that an order of fries for my son should've already come out, he continued to say there's orders in front of us. Not even 5 minutes later, the order of fries came out along with the mushroom smash burger. When I asked about my food, he said they were just frying the catfish... that is the first thing that should've been made if it was going to take that long! Then he said the mushroom burger had been sitting under a heat lamp for over 5 minutes to melt the cheese. WHAT??!!! Another 15 minutes, and I have my food... I immediately asked for to go boxes, because there was no way I was going to sit there any longer. He asked if we needed anything else, I asked for a sprite to go and a cup for my son's lemonade. Not once did someone come out and apologize for the slow inconsistent service. Again, there were 3 tables being waited on, and a ton of waitstaff. We were there for OVER an hour, and made to feel like WE were the inconvenience. After we paid, did our waiter apologize for the wait. Too little too late. We were in the area and hubby wanted ribs. Ruby Tuesday has daily and weekly specials on their web site and email, if you subscribe to the newsletter. This location was clean and following covid protocols. Customers wore gloves while using the salad bar. The place wasn't busy and not running at full capacity. We were just thrilled to be in a restaurant. There was a special (one appetizer, two entrees for $22, ribs add $2) that even us "po" folks could afford. I also has a birthday coupon for a free burger. Our server was friendly and has the potential to be great. The visit started off wonderful. The pretzels were soft and yummy. The cheese sauce was goo-ey and tasty. Hubby enjoyed the ribs (and sides). The salad bar had several greens: Romaine, Spinach, Iceberg. The toppings included chick peas, corn and sunflower seeds. The vegetarian burger looked better than it tasted. One bite was enough. The server missed his cue to have it remade or offer something else. The fries were crisp and tasted fresh. The potato salad was delicious. I would have enjoyed a few more heartier choices on the salad bar (cottage cheese, meatless pasta) and not canned pears. The Ranch dressing was amazing. I am glad that salad bars are coming back. The plates began piling up and we stopped getting regular visits. I assumed it was due to covid, but it was simply because the server was new. I felt rushed to pay and the ice cream was served before I had finished eating. The manager helped make the visit better. He was the source of my celebration dessert. I'm shocked this establisment made it through covid. We arrived around 8pm on a Saturday night and there weren't 10 people in the restaurant. I used my buy one get one free entree coupon with Ruby Rewards. The service was prompt and friendly...no issues. I ordered the T-bone steak, my wife the NY Strip. The salad bar was ok, a bit decreased from recent years. The NY Strip was sub-par, probabaly a 'C' quality. My T-bone as probably 'B' quality. Both were thin and had a decent amount of fat. Not even the quality of Outback which has marginal steaks. Would return? Maybe with a coupon. read more

It is amazing the flavors you can detect in an ice cold bier ... The shorty of O-rings were crispy, just the way I like them. The salad was cold with not too much dark green leafy lettuce filler and the bbq ranch dressing had a nice kick. However the one chicken breast was the smallest thing I've ever seen; must have been a VERY small chicken; with chicken boobs that small there should have been two. Overall a good lunch! read more

Third, every employee(minus bartender until it got to 845 and didn't ask if I wanted another drink) seemed more interested in making damn sure ALL were gone at 9pm(Covid hours, not sure really what that even means) and wanted to leave ASAP.....customers meant nothing. Walls next to booths have peeling paint, light over couple's booth adjacent to us burned out, tears in chairs in waiting area... Service was slow - When the food was served we were asked if we needed anything and my husband asked for steak sauce - waitress returned empty handed about the time he was finishing the well done steak he requested be cooked medium. We told her we never received the steak sauce and got a curt "sorry" when we let her know it was no longer needed. Wanted to ensure she understood her 10% tip wasn't because we're poor tippers. We ordered sirloin steaks baked potato and salads. The steaks were very bland, no seasoning at all ,and very small and thin.
