Three of the four front doors were locked when we got here; even though it was only around 2 pm on a Saturday. For some reason the hours posted on the door don't include closing times, either. There's just a blank space and then "PM". My husband and I ordered appetizers and were not very impressed by the foods' appearance. We ordered the sampler which said it came with chicken wings on the menu, and instead, came with chicken tenders. The marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was no good, and the artichoke dip was too thick. We also ordered the loaded cheese fries and the bacon bits were way too big for how dry they were. The fry-to-topping ratio was way out of proportion with a very small amount of melted shredded cheese, a large amount of bacon bits (seemingly meant for salad) and a minuscule amount of sour cream. The establishment is disgusting, with something sticky and brown covering the walls of the booths. The table was not clean when we were sat there, nor was it well-organized. The service was okay. The floor and tables dirty, and for some reason there were leaves everywhere. This was my first time going to a Ruby Tuesdays, and I don't think I'll go back. read more

We went to dinner today and it was horrible. Service was OK but not great. We ordered crab dip which was horrible, I'm not even sure if it had crab in it. We ordered sirloin steaks baked potato and salads. The steaks were very bland, no seasoning at all ,and very small and thin. Our waitress was also tending bar, so we didn't see her much.I ask for the check from another waitress passing by but still had to go to the bar and wait to pay ,before finally getting out of there. We came here for dinner. The cost was $50. I had a broccoli cheddar soup, baked, potato, and broccoli. My wife had a loaded baked potato and a salad bar. The salad bar was not fresh, and one of our baked potatoes was cold. The other baked potato was warm. My broccoli plate was good. I also enjoyed the broccoli cheddar soup. The service was not good. We came here on a Friday night before heading over to the movie theater. The place was packed and very lively. We were seated right away and our waitress was very friendly. The food came out in decent time. We had the trio started and the smokehouse burger. Both were fantastic and the trio had a very generous portion! I had to take it to go because there was so much food. The salad bar was a bit of a mess so it was not appetizing or appealing - hence I ordered off the menu. Typical Ruby Tuesday food, nothing spectacular. I ordered a Mojito, which was awful that I had to send back and decided on the White Sangria which was delicious. Our server was very attentive and super friendly so I did appreciate that. We ordered wings for our appetizer and the taste was fair but a bit too saucy for my liking. I typically dont like ruby tuesday because my order somehow comes out wrong. My sister came to visit and was staying at a nearby hotel so we came here for food and drinks. It was super close to the hotel which was a plus but the service was also good. Oh my god what is this place? I walked in and stood and waited for someone to seat me until I finally saw a waitress and walked to her to see if I could seat myself. I was pushed to the bar presumably so they would see me to be able to wait on me but that was wrong. I happened to walk past the salad bar and it looked like the place where salmonella grows. I love salad but that made my stomach turn. I went to the bar and sat down about 50 minutes until closing. I ordered immediately and waited. And waited. And waited. 25 minute later by BBQ bourbon burger I ordered was ready. Except the burger they gave me was a bacon cheddar burger and the fries were stone cold frozen almost. Asked to have it replaced and it came out 20 minutes later the way I ordered it. I didn't get my food for 40 minutes. Uh. This place is so dirty feeling that I cringed the whole time. The burger was good and the fries were okay, but the service was awful and the salad bar was disgusting. I will never eat here again. read more

We ordered online for curb side but had to go inside. When I came into the restaurant I was guided to the bar for pick up. At least three people asked about my order which exceeded the time that they said it would be done by at least 15min. When the person finally brought my food out he never offered napkins or silverware or any condiments to go with the order. When I got to my location the chicken tenders were dry and lacked chicken as you can see in the photo. My daughters burger was completely burnt. It was a complete waist of 41 dollars plus my time . I visited this place during lunchtime on a Friday during my travels. Despite the bad reviews I decided to give it a try anyway; I was one of the lucky people. I sat at the bar and was served by "Kat"; She provided really good service. I ordered the Parmesan Shrimp Pasta for lunch, and it was decent but nothing special. The noodles were a little over cooked but the overall meal was sufficient. I think the reviews are taking a toll on this place because it is really slow at the restaurant, I stayed for 2 hours and only 3 customers had come in after me; businesses should beware of the power of a review. Nonetheless, I will remain neutral on whether or not one should visit this place. 1 star was subtracted because of the ambiance and overall attractiveness of the restaurant; and, another star was subtracted my food was not anything special. read more

The food and service wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend the food besides the salad bar after 6 because their food isn't fresh they will just throw already cooked food in the microwave. I tried to send the baked potatoes and fried pickle chips back to the kitchen. The baked potato was just mush.. disgusting. My fried pickles came out just tasting like microwaved fried breading not to mention there was a hair in one of them. The waiter was nice. The chef was not that great after she came out of the kitchen already infuriated that I had sent the baked potato back she insisted I couldn't send the fried pickles back as well and will still be charged for that soggy baked potato. After a 3 minutes argument about food costs she took back the fried pickles. Instead of trying to intimidate customers I would focus more on the food. read more

My son and I occasionally go here because of the salad bar. We have had decent experiences. However today we were very disappointed. The iceberg lettuce was discolored and soggy and the bar was missing some items they usually have. We could have gotten a better kids burger at Wendys. I showed my coupon for a discounted half rack of ribs. Once the server and manager brought out the ribs they told me they couldn't accept the coupon (it was valid, but they couldn't figure out how to give me the discount). I told them that it was unacceptable I was told this AFTER I had received the meal. And I expressed to them that given the circumstances, you would think a nice apology and complementary drink or something would be offered. Antonio, the manager, did not offer anything but a minimal apology. It amounted to a measly $6 dollars. I just thought it was very poor customer service! The server later was very apologetic and he did a good job. And it was very strange that the host was dressed in full ninja garb. Not judging just very weird. read more

I just refuse to give a national chain five stars but today, Ruby Tuesdays came close. The girls were friendly and even though it wasn't too busy, it was still important we got done with lunch within 45 minutes. They made it happen without us feeling rushed. Our waitress was ready to do single checks and she was quick. Now that's how you do it. What an impressive salad bar! Granted they had just opened a few minutes earlier at 11am but it was gorgeous. I should have taken a picture. The different types of lettuce and baby spinach were artistically piled high next to each other and each vegetable platter was mounds high like pyramids in Egypt. I have never seen a Ruby Tuesdays salad bar look so good. They didn't have pineapple today but I was happy with the apple chunks. Their ranch dressing is always great too. But regardless of where I'm at, I just don't understand the popularity of their swirled macaroni salad with ham? I think there are much better recipes out there. The entrees came out quickly and I just discovered their little cheesy herb biscuits that some people got. Oh man, Red Lobster you better watch out! A salad bar and cheesy biscuits, what a combination. But wait, I'm not done. I also got the buffalo chicken mini burgers. Two of those little guys were perfect for a midday meal. It had the perfect zingy buffalo sauce and came with some fries and my salad bar for under $10. I'll take it! Everyone else on my table enjoyed their meals too. If this were a family owned restaurant and had more character, more of an original identity, then I'd give them five stars. I was happy and comfortable sitting in here today but I could have been in any state or in any city in the world and wouldn't have known any different except maybe for a different accent from the waitress and different company. p.s. they have cupcakes for dessert. I had the opportunity to dine at this Ruby Tuesday's for my birthday. I was greeted immediately, and seated at a booth. The waiter displayed excellent enthusiasm and energy throughout the evening. My birthday dinner was great, and ended with a slice of strawberry cheesecake. Oh, my poor Ruby. What has happened to you? You used to be my favorite Sunday night go-to girl a couple short years ago. Now, you're a stinking shithole, obviously barely clinging to life. All of the servers were our friends that Mr. X and I would see each week, and now they have all jumped ship and I don't blame them. There is without a doubt no management going on here, and the worst of it all is this latest redecoration attempt featuring the cold, stark white fluorescent lighting at 1000 watt brightness in all of the fixtures over the tables and in the ceiling. It seriously looks like a UFO is attempting to land over each table and that's not a joke. An older couple's gray hair was actually fucking glowing, and another lady had sunglasses on. I don't know how anyone can have an appetite here, let alone eat under that kind of an ice-cold nightmare of glare. We walked in last Sunday evening to find no one at the host stand. We were really kind of stunned by it all, and just taking in the entirely new alien environment. We stood there about 2 minutes, when finally a server who was off duty and helping herself to carry-out meals at the salad bar gave us menus and told us to have a seat wherever we wanted. The fire alarm on the wall by the door chirped every 3 seconds right next to our table. The light over the booth was ridiculously bright and menacing. We had had enough and got up and left, driving another 1/4 mile down the road to the brand new Glory Days, where we had a wonderful experience. The last time Mr. X and I dined here, the water smelled like dishwater and the table next to us was stacked with dirty dishes. The carpets were stinking and the bathrooms reeked of piss. Toilets and sinks were filthy and I noticed that the same lung hockers on the walls that had been there for months were still there. Food portions were getting smaller, and would often come out wrong, or sometimes not at all. Seriously, this is really bad. I don't enjoy giving out 1 star reviews, especially to a place that used to be so great to us on a weekly basis. It feels bad even writing this, but it's the truth. You only need to look at the other reviews. Someone corporate better come in and steer this ship or it's going to sink. Take the short ride down Nursery Road to Glory Days or Chili's and look at how this concept is supposed to be done. I'd love to meet the idiot that thought this new "lighting" was a fabulous idea. What the total fuck is WRONG with you? Drive by at night, park outside and look in the windows and tell me I'm wrong. This is what it looks like when a restaurant is ending.
