We didn't eat it and immediately called the store. The person we talked to promised to replace the order free of charge whenever we came in again, but the name he gave us later proved to be false. On January 4, we called them to place another order and told the person who answered about the previous order and promise to replace it. Only to then be so totally dismissed by a very rude person who told us they would not honor nor replace the food free of charge. After speaking to two other employees they all told us there was't any person with that name who worked there and also after we told them we would not accept their rudeness and also would not support their business again, their response was they really didn't care one way or the other if we never made any additional purchase. They also made it perfectly clear that good customer service was not of any concern for them. So I'll now continually use each of my social media platforms, to remind others of their rudeness and disrespectful treatment towards their customers.

Dont even get me started on his war against lettuce on sandwiches. They wanted $3 to add regular bacon so he went without. We both had very satisfying milkshakes, as well. We ordered from a kiosk rather than at the counter. The kiosk seemed like a slow way to search through the menu, so we"re thinking you want to figure out what you want before heading to the kiosk. After using the kiosk, tell the person at the counter if you ordered a beverage, so they can give you a cup for the self-service soda and ice machine. Besides the kiosk, you can order in-person at the counter where there is a back-lit menu overhead. Or pre-order from their website or their app. And there's a QR-code at each table to their online ordering or to a pdf menu. Man oh man, the fried chicken was good! Freshly fried, very very hot, super juicy, and coated with a thin but super crispy coating! Hot crispy waffle-fries, too! We got the non-spicy version of the chicken, out of about five heat-levels, just to make sure we could evaluate the chicken itself on our first visit. We self-served some not-spicy garlic pepper white sauce, and it had a good strong dose of garlic to it. We also tried the lightly-spicy orange-color Signature Sauce for some zing. Nice! I'm guessing that the spicier versions of the chicken are way spicier than this sauce. The chicken was fried to order! That took about 40minutes, a good reason to order ahead. On the other hand, it was some of the hottest freshest chicken we've ever had! Our meal was delivered to our table by a very chatty robot! We loved it! Kids will love it! I'm not sure how it knew which table we were at. I suppose the person at the counter told it? So don't change tables :-) Oh, one funny thing: the booths are not stuck to the floor, which makes it easy to get comfortable spacing, but also means that the bench might slide a little when you land ... I went with HOT, which is in the middle of the scale, and they weren't kidding. It was actually hot! My faith in my tastebuds was restored! My food contained both flies and hair, and instead of acknowledging the issue or attempting to resolve it, my concerns were ignored. I also have a food allergy, so finding foreign objects in my food made the situation even more alarming. Food safety is not something that should ever be taken lightly, especially when customers may have allergies or other dietary concerns. Because of the seriousness of the situation, I felt it was necessary to contact the health department. Beyond the food safety concerns, the customer service I received was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend eating at this location. I hope management addresses both the sanitation issues and the way customers are treated so no one else has a similar experience.
