I enjoy this Arby's, but they can be a little slow and they don't have all the selections that you can get if you're passing one on the street. I was hoping to get the Gyro that other locations sell, but no go. Anyway they usually have the shortest line among all their competition in the airport, so I stop here a lot.

I haven't been to one in years- friendly service- efficient. Ordered a classic and a soda. Sand which was warm- had to ask for salt and sauce as it's pretty bland. Not like a Neba Roast beef. This is shaved thin and seems to be a low quality beef but this airport meal was less than $7. The Arby's sauce is like vinegar ketchup and of course high fructose syrup...hot sauce or 1000 island might have been a addition. I was going to try the Greek Gyro And probably should've

I love that I can get a market sandwich with roasted turkey on whole grain bread or as a wrap at BWI without waiting in a long line (like Chipotle). I would give it 5 stars for that but the breakfast was terrible. The order line seems to move quickly but you may have to wait a bit for your order.

    Poor service

I had little to no time before my flight and u decided to shoot for arbys since I've eaten there before and it was a short line I go and order 2 large meals with mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites instead of fries but the person taking my order asked repeatedly if I wanted it small when I said more than once I was ordering a large I get my food and I come to find I have 4 sides 2 of which are fries I wanted subbed for mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites and a crushed sandwich box. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS JUST ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Brisket sandwich for me and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for the missus. My brisket was super tender and rather tasty for a fast food joint and the missus' egg sandwich was great. The service was good and nobody had an attitude. All the tables were clean and the condomint thing was full and ready for the rampage. Would definitely return if we pass through again.

Great food, great service. Nice for a quick layover at BWI. I wish they had locations in my home state.

It's the airport Arby's. They're fairly quick and the food tastes the same as anywhere else.

We were greeted by a pleasant host and seat d right away. Our server, a pleasant young g lady came by quickly, introduced themselves and took our drink order. We ordered lemonade and a lemon drop margarita, which was so good The server gave us time to peruse the menu and we were ready to order: an appetizer platter with egg rolls, sliders and mozz sticks and a shrimp pasta dish with a started of potatoe soup. The soup was good, nice smooth and with a taste of real potatoes. The shrimp pasta was a hearty portion with a nice slightly spicy seasoning; I had to take half of it home! The appetizer as a meal was good with all of the items hot, fresh, and not greasy. The lemonade was free refills and not overly sweet. All in all, a nice fast casual restaurant to enjoy food and drinks that won't break the bank.

Somehow it tasted a little burnt, probably from the bread. Crispy on the chicken was good though! I did enjoy the fries, despite usually liking thinner fries! they were crispy and had a good amount of salt and pepper on it! Mac and cheese was watery, the pasta noodles were a bit hard lol. Service was great and timely despite how busy this location is! Our server Desiree did amazing 10/10 waitress!

Today shows just how bad it's gotten, having the single worst ordering experience of my life. It was Friday and didn't bring lunch, so I decided to treat myself to a burrito bowl. I ordered rice, beans, chicken al pastor and steak, and fajita veggies. The worker asked if I wanted double protein to which I agreed. No problem at all. When she was finished, she placed my bowl on the side with toppings where the serving spoon for the tomatoes was knocked over and landed across my bowl, where it sat until the second person working the line came to take the rest of my order. Hungry and now a little irritated, I continued and ordered hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Some lettuce fell and she tossed it back into every container not holding lettuce. She placed the lid on my bowl and said to the cashier this one is double steak and queso. I resolutely stated that I had not ordered queso which prompted the second line worker to REOPEN MY BOWL AND FINGER THROUGH MY FOOD to figure out whether it had it or not. Yes, she had gloves; and yeah, I get they use gloves to put lettuce and cheese, but when were they last changed? When is it EVER appropriate to further touch a customers food? She then said "oh it was guac" to which I responded, now even more irritated, "I didn't order guac either". Confused, she looked to the front of line worker who was busy with the rush of customers who had come after. I tried to explain that it was just double steak, to which she put her hand up to cut me off. I tersely said I no longer wanted their food and walked out. The biggest problem at Chipotle used to be whether you were getting a full scoop of chicken. Now they're manhandling your food because the workers can't keep track of what they put on your burrito. Take what you will with this and form your own judgement. This location downright sucks. It'll be a while before I step foot in a Chipotle again.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.
