Worked there for 5 years. The owner, Alan Taylor, is not only greedy, unprofessional, and irresponsible, but also refuses to hire professionals to keep maintenance within the restaurant. The gaskets, air ventilations, thawing cabinets, and etc are disgusting. When the health inspection comes he pretends to fix everything and makes it seem as if the restaurant is well-kept and clean, however, on a daily basis those tasks are not done. The pictures I posted are that of a pallet of buns infested with rat droppings(pest control). Jocelyn, his right hand on command does everything he tells her to do to keep everything under the wraps. He also commits nepotism with the promotion and hiring of his children within the establishment. There are so many things wrong with that place. Lack of care, repair, maintenance, and professionalism are some of the aspects, Alan Taylor hides behind the curtains of Chick Fila Greece.

Their chicken sandwiches are good. A piece of fried chicken, it was moist, pickles on a toasted bun on a heat preserving bag. No sauce, no Mayo. I ordered the meal. Not crazy about their waffle fries, they were soggy and very salty. Root beer was the drink. Next time only the sandwich.

Alright. I caved to the peer pressure and decided to come here because why not, I love chicken. As imagined, the place is absolutely packed, and constantly crawling with people. I don't know how the workers do it. We decided to park across the street at the mall and then walk over--best decision we could've made. We ordered our food on the mobile app, and there is a little corner of the restaurant specifically designated for mobile orders. You walk over, give them your name, and they give you your order. Pretty simple. I did like how on the app, it tells you to click a button when you arrive, so your order can be made fresh. I got the spicy sandwich meal. The chicken was very finely seasoned, although I now wish I got tenders instead of a sandwich so that I could fully appreciate the flavor of the chicken. The flavor of the chicken was definitely overshadowed by the rest of the sandwich, which isn't technically a bad thing, but if you really want to taste how the chicken is truly different, I'd get some tenders. Waffle fries were also pretty good. I got iced tea lemonade, which was very sweet and authentic. The sandwich was pretty good. Would I go through all the hassle of the crowd and wait for this chicken again? Probably not. I will come back once the crowd and novelty have worn off. But for fast food, it does set a pretty high bar.

Cold piece of cheese and a stale-like bun on my spicy chicken Deluxe sandwich

First time here..... glad I waited till the MAD RUSH of the "grand opening" to be over. I must report that I was sadly disappointed in the cold cheese and stale-like bun on my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I took it back to the register and asked if they could melt my cheese. The girl at the register stared at me for a few long, extended seconds and then at her manager.... They continued to make eyes at one another (I swear there was a real conversation happening without a single word uttered). Finally, the manger took my boxed spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and disappeared behind close doors. I waited for several minutes. All the while wondering what's taking so long to microwave my sandwich for 10 seconds. I decided to check on my husband whom I left to eat all alone and chatted with him and ate a few waffle fries. Then I got back up to wait near the register for the reheated sandwich. I was standing there long enough that 2 different employees approached me to see if they could help me with something. Still waiting, and hungry I head back to my table to eat more fries. My husband is about to finish his sandwich and he asked where mine is... IM STILL WAITING I exclaim! I went back to the register and was pondering the thought that with the amount of time I waited, maybe the manager is making me an entirely new sandwich and just didn't inform me of the long wait time. Well, about a minute later the manager reappears with my same grease-stained box so I know its my same sandwich. I open it to inspected....yes, the cheese is somewhat melted, but now my chicken looks almost black because it was re-fried, AND my lettuce formerly bright green and crisp lettuce is officially greasy, dark green, and wilted, Bun is still stale-like and not warmed. I'm so hungry at this point I'm just going to eat it. I'm regretting not taking a photo of the "reheated" sandwich for Yelp... I was just tooooo hungry! DARN! My husband and I discussed Chick-fil-A on the car ride home. We both agreed we like the thick, real piece of chicken compared to other fast food joints. We are NOT willing to wait in long lines for it however. Also, we are not in any rush to go back, but if we were craving a chicken sandwich, we'd likely come back because of that.

Why don't I listen to YELP reviews? The food was just warm, not warm enough to melt the cheese on the "entrees". The waffle fries felt undercooked and unseasoned. The sauces however are delicious Chick-fil-A, Polynesian and Sriracha were a highlight.

Came here yesterday for Lunch and of course they Southwest salad was great until they mentioned they did not have the spicy chicken that comes with the salad, I was disappointed but hey they had me pay a little extra for chicken nuggets and I was all set !

I love CFA, the food is always good and the servers are always so polite and helpful even when I'm a giant emotional mess! I lived in the south for many years so when the homesickness hits I always stop by and it always helps. Plus if you frequent get the CFA app because the rewards program is actually worth it, I visited maybe 5-6 times before getting enough rewards for a full meal (entree, side, and drink). The sauces are great I keep like 5 in my car just in case I get food from other places that's too bland.

Top notch I'm still so happy this joint came to town! I love this chain since their chicken is, as you may have guessed, delicious and not gross like other fast food places. If you've never been, of course you have to try the signature Chik Fil A sauce and their thick milkshakes....and their grilled sandwich. Oh and their French fries and their breaded sandwich and pretty much the whole dang menu. This location is clean and has a nice staff! The only complaint is the location and tiny parking lot but it will do. You can download the app and pick up your food at a separate entrance to the left of the main doors. Their is a sign that says pick up. This has always saved me time and helped me avoid the rush of people eating inside. There is also one parking spot for pickup only which is semi across from the pick up door.

From their friendly staff, to their delicious food, Chick-fil-A will forever be a favorite of mine! I've tried just about everything on their menu and I highly recommend you try the grilled nuggets and waffle fries, my go to order. They're the best chicken nuggets I've ever had. I personally dip them in the Chick-til-A sauce but they're great with any dipping sauce! Their milkshakes and frosted coffee are to die for. If you're stopping in earlier in the day the Chick-n-Minis and hash browns are where it's at. Hopefully we'll get a second location in Rochester to help alleviate how busy it can get here during the lunch and dinner rushes! Other than that, I think the restaurant size is perfect.

This was the first experience I've had with Chick-fil -A and it will be the last. It cost me thirty some dollars and I wasn't happy. The only thing that that was good were the chicken tenders. I ordered two macaroni and cheese but I didn't get them. The waffle fries were cold, undercooked and soggy. The chicken nuggets were hard as a rock and went in the garbage. I didn't even bother to call and complain cause I had no way of taking the food back. The delivery was fine. It came on time. I don't know what happened because I always see a lot of cars lined up there, so I figured the food must be good. Maybe it was just a bad day but I'm not going back there to find out. Can't afford it and I can't afford the aggravation. The two mac and cheese I didn't get was about eight bucks alone . Zero stars if I could!!! read more

Food is fantastic, but I gave it a three star because it is so overpriced in my opinion. They never offer any discount on the receipt or otherwise like other fast food places either. You can earn towards a discount with every purchase you make though the app but you have to spend a lot for a little bit of a reward. read more

I am so happy Chick-fil-A made its way to Rochester! The food is delicious and the service is pleasant. You can't go wrong with much on the menu, but my favorite is the nuggets with lots and lots of Chick-fil-A sauce! Frosted lemonade is a must-try as well. Tastes like a lemonade creamsicle. Dreamy! Despite the crowd, the line moved quickly and we received our food promptly. No complaints here! read more

They make a mean chicken sandwich and bangin waffle fries, these guys will give you food fast even if the drive through is backed up and the dining room is full and after my 7 times of visiting I've never had a messed up order. Idk if it's me being on vacation but the chicken out of state just has a better crunch to it with less dryness... non the less store is always clean and food is always delicious!! Staff goes above and beyond and the bathrooms are nice and clean. read more

Only complaint about this place is that there isn't another one just like it on Jefferson Road! So far it has been pretty hectic getting in there in the evenings, but I've found that mid morning is a great time to go, especially when you got to the breakfast-to-lunch switch and get to eat both! I always get the chicken breakfast biscuit or/and the basic Chick-fil-A sandwich - and you have to have some Polynesian sauce with both. I don't get the waffle fries because I'm not a big fry person and hate combos in general, but I definitely recommend their milk shakes and lemonade. The "my pleasure" part of it is priceless, they do a really good job with keeping the place clean, and the flower vases are a really nice touch. Oh, and their chicken strips and nuggets are as good as it gets! read more

I love chick fil a more than anything but I have to give this Greece location a 3. If it was a Monday I would have given it no more than 2 stars. This place has the SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH OF ALL TIME. Especially for breakfast or after 9pm. They have the friendliest people working there and the food is almost always perfect. read more

It's like any other fast food joint. I don't really see the true appeal to it other than the main stream one. Had a stomach ache the day after, but not used to fast food - just went to experience it. Drive-thru was busy (2 ordering lanes that turn into 1 paying lane). read more

Second time in a month my family an I have been screwed going through the drive thru. Half orders, half filled fry containers and the sandwiches not cooked. I'm done with this establishment. They serve fast food chicken and fries. Is it good? Of course, it's fast food, is it amazing? Not really. If you want a fast food chicken sandwich then go here, just like if you want a fast food roast beef sandwich you go to Arby's. Nothing special... just another chick-fil-a (in California they're everywhere)... for local people it's like a rock star is in town and this place is still jamming :)! Busy ass drive thru, crazy line inside, employees themselves probably want to quit (because it's so freaking busy)... I heard it took 8 years for Rochester to get this place in town ?!?! R u serious? 8 years... Hope it doesn't take another 8 years to get another location... if ya'll think that chick-fil-a is good, then you need to try In-n-Out Burger !!! read more

So we took a boring Friday night and sat in the chick-fil-a line for a late dinner. You should expect a wait a, even thought it's been open for about a month. I was really impressed with the efficiency of all the lines, and steady work flow happening. We opted to order and eat in, but you can order ahead on the app, do take out, or the drive through. If you haven't had chick-fil-a before, I'd suggest a standard chicken sandwich. Simple, but so flavorful and juicy! The nuggets are also really good dipped in chick-fil-a sauce, which is a combo honey mustard and barbecue sauce. I can't wait to go back! read more

Talk about hype , disappointing. Burger king has a better chicken sandwich with flavor and the price is better. Waited for the novelty to wear off and went to experience what it was all about. What a disappointment. taste flat , waffle fries so so . only thing I have was a milk shake which they got wrong but it was good. won't return, Hail mc donalds ,burger King, Wendy's better taste and less $$$$ will read more

Not going to crush them too bad but come on chick-fil-a of the north. I live on the border or PA/MD and each chick-fil-a we've visited has been top notch, great employees, excellent service, and solid food. This chick-fil-a both visits have had less than par food quality, but more importantly unfriendly staff. I know New Yorkers can be a bit short having grown up there but come on. read more

I don't know what to say here. It's something I could cook at home, which is cool. The wait was crazy, almost 2 hours for drive though . Staff was nice. Home cooking isn't a bad thing but the wait? I ordered and the girl couldn't figure out how to get the order into the register, and what I asked for n she asked another girl who had probs understanding. When I got the meal it was wrong! A heavy set black young lady asked if there was something wrong, so I explained what had transpired, she understood the first time and said that she would take care of it for me. Now, when the order came out again she looked at me and said that it still wasn't right and asked if she could personally fix it. Nice of her to notice and see the frustrated look on my face, I told her that I am done playing games with it. Horrible customer service except for the smart young lady who knows how to listen and use her eyes, to bad no one of the rest of the staff has the same skills! The chicken was tender, but the meal was WRONG AFTER 3 front staff and the kitchen staff were incapable of getting it right. $24.00 can be better spent elsewhere for a better quality product!!!! I also feel that for the price, we got shirt changed when the salads didn't fill the bowls and the centers were raised which cut down the portion in the salad. Next time I'll go to Tuesdays down the street for a better meal and better service for less money and more portions. read more

This place is so overrated. Not worth the wait or the money. Not sure what all the hype is. My chicken on the grill is way better than this fake ass chicken. Waffle fries are beat and plain my sweet potatoes with adobo is way fresher. Spicy chicken sandwich, well not much to say about that either. I do know that Wendy's spicy chicken is way spicer and tastes better. If you want good fries go to five guys Cajun son son. So not spending any more time on this shit food and overrated place. wife said lemonade was good. read more

When I was an employee here, one day a pregnant lady came in to order a milkshake, and you could already tell she was having a hard day, she received a milkshake that was completely melted and asked for it to be replaced and the manager refused to replace it for her which made her very upset and she started to break down. As a bystander this was very hard for me to watch. Luckily one of my other employees felt so horrible that she used her own money to buy the lady a brand new milkshake. The fact that she even had to do that is completely ridiculous. The managers there are college students and don't know how to run a business. They are rude and unprofessional. read more

The food was good but gave me some sort of food poisoning, i ate my food and then felt severely ill. Prior to coming there i felt completely fine and then i left and ran errands and about an hour later i was having the worst time of my life!!! After reading some of the reviews that are posted on here i now know it's definitely from this location due to multiple people stating that this location is very dirty and not a very nice place to trust with food. Waited in the drive thru for close to 10 minutes! So much for " fast food". Nothing worst than waiting ( we only ordered chicken sandwiches) and having 5/6 cars who were behind you get there orders first The delivery person was even directing traffic What a joke!
