Before I cut the carbs I wasn't the biggest Chick-fil-A fan. I just thought it was ok. I had the usual spicy chicken sandwich(crispy) with the waffle fries. My family raved about it. I just thought it was "meh". Fast forward a year later and I really don't eat fast food all that much anymore. But when I do i like to eat as healthy as I can get. I remembered that Chick-Fil-A had their grilled chicken varieties of their various menu items. Which is great for someone watching the carbs. Their grilled nuggets are really good. They are a little on the pricey side I think..Especially when I can probably replicate them at home. But when you are out..have not ate..need to eat and don't want to eat junk..They are perfect. You can get them with a side of sauce but honestly I think the grilled nuggets taste so good on their own. They taste like they have a light sauce on them..Almost like Italian dressing. Not a good experience today. Ordered via app for pickup at drive through. Upon arriving am told they're out of biscuits. I ask what alternative options are available and am then told they do, In fact, have biscuits. Great! Not so fast. After waiting 10 min in line to get to window, am then told at window no biscuits. And-am offered no alternative options. Miscommunications happen. However: 1. If I was given correct info at drive through speaker I could have ordered something else. 2. No alternative options offered at pickup window, and no real apology. For company that prides itself on customer service, today fell short. I'd expect this from a typical chain, but CFA has set a higher bar. Owner of this location is great guy, so here's hoping this is the exception and not the rule. read more

I work nights as an emergency department nurse and thought let's get the kids something quick to eat so I can try to take a nap before I have to work tonight. We go to the Chik-fil-A at lunchtime and wait in the line for 20 minutes. We order 3 chicken sandwich meals with fries and cokes. We drive home 30 minutes and open up the bag and it's not what we ordered. We got some cut up grilled chicken, chicken nuggets and the chicken deluxe sandwich. My kids are starving so they start to eat the food. I try calling the store and it just rings and goes to voicemail. I left a voicemail. I decided to take pictures of the food with the receipt. I drive back to the chik-fil-a 30 more minutes. I present the receipt to the manager and said I would just like the 3 chicken sandwiches that I ordered. They said they couldn't help me unless I brought the food back. I told her my kids were starving and already started to eat the food. They said they couldn't help me and gave me corporates number. I am in shock at this point and said fine, I'll wait right here and call corporate to get this resolved. The associate asks me to move to the side and I said no thank you, I am going to wait right here to get this issue resolved. They said "fine we will call the police on you, and they will be here soon" then the girl went to the back. The corporate lady on the phone was listening and asked "who was that, that said that to you? Was that the manager or an associate?" I said I didn't know, she didn't leave her name. Long story short, they took my $26 and didn't replace the meals or refund my money. They said the owner will contact me in 3 business days. I feel ripped off. Most of the food was untouched that we ordered and that was the biggest waste of $26 of my life, and I also wasted a quarter tank of gas for nothing. I also didn't get my nap and now will be up for 24 hours trying to save lives on no sleep. Terrible Chik-Fil-A. Will not be giving you any more of my money. read more

I am a full time student that spent $15 here yesterday and wasn't given all of my food. I didn't have time because I was in school to come back yesterday so I came back today so they can make it right and I could stop thinking about the money I wasted. Side note Chick-fil-A is not cheap. This manager was the rudest person I've ever met in my life. Told me I needed to "call ahead" if they forgot something. I had my receipt and everything. I said okay I'll call right now and she goes no no leave as she could see the look of frustration on my face. I definitely had a tone because I can't afford to pay for food I didn't get... I'm not going to lie I did blow up on her because why can't you give me the $3 fries???? I had my receipt in my hand, why do I need to call? I swear she just didn't want to give it to me and that's fine but after that I asked for a refund on my chicken strips because why would I pay $2 a chicken strip and you won't even give me the fries? Nope she wouldn't do it. the manager's name is Joselyn, she had a short unsuiting haircut and was not only ugly on the outside, but on the inside too. Some people enjoy putting others down and I could see the look of "pleasure" on her face at my disappointment. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that treated me that way, I will not be back, it's not worth the money or the time you have to spend trying to get the food you didn't receive. I've never met an employee at Chick-fil-A that wasn't super kind but this lady knocked it out of the park for me, the devil was in her eyes. It's hard to imagine any other fast food chain that can create the excitement that this newest addition to West Ridge Rd has. Lines around the block for opening week didn't keep me away and it was well worth the wait. From the extra friendly staff working out in the cold, mouthwash in the restrooms, free sauce (CFA sauce is literally amazing), and hearing "my pleasure" when I said thanks, this place isn't just about a chicken sandwich. Don't get me wrong, the chicken is delicious! I got the number 1 with a sweet tea and a side of nuggets - light, succulent chicken (REAL chicken) that makes one question how something so simple could be so full of flavor. I happened to be out this way for an appointment (I live an hour away), and it was opening day so everyone around me was super excited. I found myself wrapped up in all of the excitement and hype and decided to check it out before heading back home. I commend the Greece police department because they had a mobile station up and officers directing traffic everywhere. It was PACKED. Fortunately, we found a parking spot and jumped in the line, which was outside of the door. One of their staff members was offering umbrellas for anyone who needed them as it was drizzling out. Another was handing out menus. The owner was everywhere. He was so personable and genuinely nice and helpful. He got everyone in and out. He was fantastic. Ironically, it took longer exiting the parking lot than it did waiting in line and for food. It's fast food, but for fast food is great. I had a spicy chicken deluxe. Spicy real chicken breast with pepper jack cheese. It was fresh and piping hot. The waffle fries are ok. Nothing to write home about. The chicken nuggets are real pieces of chicken. They have some great sauces to dip them in, and the grilled chicken nuggets are marinated in something that elevates them a bit, but it's more or less something you'd anticipate on top of a salad. I suppose it's a nice option if you don't eat fried. I got the sense the establishment is well received by the locals and they needed it. For that, I'm happy for them. Apparently, plans to get one opened have been in the works for 8 years. Good for them. If they continue with the great service and all of that, they should do quite well. read more

I went to Chick-Fil-A in Greece on opening day and was pleasantly surprised by my overall experience. I waited 50 minutes in a drive thru line that wrapped throughout the backroads of Greece. The line of cars moved slowly but I knew there was going to be extreme lines and wait times before of the area wide demand. There were employees walking the entire line of vehicles hanging out menus and walking the line of cars in the parking lot taking everyone's orders. Every employee was a pleasure to speak with, and was well prepared for the demand. Months into the grand opening and finally made the trip. Still packed. Luckily learned the carry out via mobile ordering trick so we got our food immediately. Minus the 5 min walk we had to make from the side street because the parking around the place and drive thru was overflowing. Pro-tip: Download the app. I got a reward for a free grilled nugget my first trip there. And they tasted great. The fries were mediocre. Dipping sauces were great, especially their special sauce and the Polynesian sauce. Restaurant is great, presence in Rochester could be improved. A second location would do the trick. read more

The milkshakes are thick and creamy and the chicken sandwiches are well seasoned, crispy, and juicy. Unfortunately, the chicken noodle soup I was not a fan of as it was thick and gummy. Can't say I'm too impressed with this only Chick-fil-A in Rochester. My main complaint is the location and small parking lot. It doesn't allow much room for the drive thru lanes and actually creates a dangerous situation when the line backs up into the side street. Why couldn't they find a better location in a strip mall or something? Plus, the Chicken Cobb Salad had about HALF the normal amount of diced chicken I get at other Chick-fil-A locations. A very professional, organized and well-run business. Despite the crowds of opening week the wait times are not significant at all once you're at the restaurant. They are fully staffed and able to handle the overwhelming demand. I'm a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich, the waffle fries, the chicken biscuit and their lemonade. It's not a five-star steakhouse, but Chick-fil-A has some of the best fast food in the Rochester area. read more

Love the food here can't stress that enough and would provide a score of 5 except for speed of service I know they make everything fresh so I expect it to take longer if I go in or even go through drive up but if I'm over by Charlotte Beach and order on the app and press prepare my order then make a stop at another store and then get to the restraint and My order is still not prepared I have also ordered from home driven up to ridge road 8 min and still need to wait additional 10min in parking lot for order to be ready. What is the use of the prepare now button if your not going to prepare it till I check in? Even the app tends to realize it's long since it usually will ask at least 2-3 times if I have received my food yet. So I go into the restaurant to pick up my order. The first thing that happens while I am ordering my food. I order 3 chicken sandwiches small cookies and cream milkshake, 12 count nuggets, and 6 count nuggets. The chicken sandwiches are supposed to have no pickles and no tomatoes. I am allergic to pickles. I call the store to report it and Jeremy the manager refuses to help me. He then hangs up on me when I ask to speak to the operator. I am unable to leave a message for the operator. I called the corporate office about the issue and they don't do anything about it. Supposedly the locations are not corporate related. The operator decides everything about refunds. Now you choose if you want to eat here or not. Jeremy will by far not help you out. He will instead avoid the operator (owner) from knowing anything about the staff messed up. I have been trying since April 4, 2020, to get my money back. Make sure you see the photos attached. This chick fil a must be the worse chick fil a in the entire United States. The employees are so incredibly rude and Nickel and dime you for everything. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. My grandpa found a bread clip in his sandwich and chocked on it and when I called to let them know what happened they said well you have to drive back to the store to be refunded for only the sandwich and that was it. So this is how it goes in Rochester: 1. Well- known national chain announces months in advance that it is expanding here. 2. Local media gives updates every step of the way as the day approaches for the franchise to open. 3. Day finally comes and literally everyone in a 50 mile radius descends upon the new novelty for approximately 2 months. 4. Unable to live up to their high standards, locals retreat back to their neighborhood garbage plate joints, never to visit again, citing reason as "I don't see what the big deal was". Well, let me tell you Yelp, we've travelled a lot, been to a few CFA's in the south and west of here, and this one is as good or better than any we've visited! We waited for a lot of the hype to die down and stopped in tonight, a Friday, at dinner- time. Big mistake you say? Nah, it was good, got a parking spot right away, no line to order, and plenty of clean, comfy seating. No music playing was a little odd, I seem to remember like adult contemporary in the southern ones, but a small detail. Chicken sandwich was UN REAL. Nuggets were hot, fresh, same fries, and Polynesian sauce? BANGIN. I can't wait till the gawkers subside even more and CFA becomes a regular spot for me here.
