Employees openly did not care. Customers coming inside were ignored. It took 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff. No greeting when I came in. Lady in long blonde braids took my order didnt even look up at me. 20 minutes later when she gave me my food, she didn't even say anything. White employee picked a oiece of debris from a table and flicked it in the air across the restaurant instead of depositing in the garbage. He then rang a bell on the wall and then said something like "I can help you", to which the lady in braids replied loudly, " No I can't". The men's restroom was dirty. The toilet did not flush and the sink was dirty. The food I ordered was sloppily prepared. The tables were sticky. I had to look around to find one i could sit down in. I placed an online order and drove to three to pick it up at this location. There was a handwritten note on the order board thing that their drive through computer was not working. Let me pause here as I've worked in multiple fast food restaurants and it's not incredibly challenging to take to go orders on another computer. That means that either they're staffing has reached critically low levels where they can't run the store or.maybe something shady with the registers. So further confusing the situation. The woman on the speaker tells me the same that the drive-thru computers down and I said well. I don't need to place an order I already have online. It should be ready. They tell me I still have to park and come in to get it. So I do. And when I walk in the place is literally infested with fruit flies. I grabbed my food, went home and recooked it in the air fryer to make sure it was safe. Definitely avoid this place at all costs. read more

I stopped at the Boonville, Missouri Arby's. It was a Sunday night after eight. I have been driving all day stopped to get a bite to eat and I asked them to go very easy on sauce because I was driving. So I had to wait for them to, make it which was fine. This is what I got. The food was really nice but I do have some issues with the establishment. The staff were fine and service was pretty quick. The place was half-closed off and there was no bathroom. The sauce dispenser was missing a few parts but overall, it was nice visiting Arby's again. read more

It's an Arby's. Not that special. The staff aren't the politest. The food is the same as always, since it is a chain. The best part about my trip here recently is that there was girl in front of me with a bag of food, so you knew she had just got her order. She showed the workers that for her chicken bacon swiss sandwich, they gave her a bun with a piece of lettuce. That's it. No chicken, swiss, or bacon. I don't even think I heard the people apologize. I went through the drive thru a few weeks ago. The young man who took my order was super polite and helpful. Thumbs up for that. I ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches and some mozzerella sticks to split with my boyfriend. We both liked our sandwiches and the mozzerella sticks were super tasty, even after a car ride home. The process did take a little long.. considering that there was no one else in line. But, our order was accurate, service was professional, and they were very generous with the Arby's and Horsey sauce! Would go back. read more

The wife and I come here every now and then when we're craving Arby's. It's always a long wait no matter how much food you order. The staff is always rude and never friendly. Sometimes I don't even trust the neighborhood going through the drive thru at night. We will continue to go but I wouldn't be surprised if they close sooner than later. read more

am here currently at the moment the faculty is filthy. It smells horrible in here. The whole staff is rude. I've paid for my food and I'm sure they're making it fresh but it smells way to horrible to handle. I wish I was able to post my pictures. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand being busy on a Friday but not cleaning not one table, or having napkins, or straws is not okay! As well as they aren't taking any orders because they're so understaffed one person. I came through the drive thru last night and was very displeased. I had a larger order and it was all messed up. First of all I ordered a large curly fry and a large order of potato cakes and when the lady read back my order to me she read it back correctly. But there was a 2 minute pause before she said ANYTHING back to me after I said my order. Then she told me my total and I pulled forward. I got to the window and paid then the lady walked away for like 10 minutes. THEN a different girl comes back to tell me they didn't even have the cookie that I ordered. AFTER I PAID? So I had no choice but to get a different cookie. Wasn't a fan. Then she walked away and I waited more time. Then when I got home and looked in our bag. We got a small curly fry and a small order of potato cakes.. looked at my receipt and she charged me for smalls which makes no sense since she repeated my order back to me as larges. Clearly she wasn't even putting my order in when I said it and she was probably texting. I watched her sit on her phone when I pulled up. My boyfriend and I are not coming back. That's for sure.
