My wife Bridget and I attended the Clinton Community Day and EV Event at Bundt Park in Annandale yesterday. Chick-fil-A was setup and selling all of their items. They were shuttled over and somehow kept the chicken sandwiches extremely hot. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Box Meal. The chicken sandwich was so good..... The chocolate chip cookie 5 * wow *. So if you're in the area stop in and treat yourself to some delicious food. The service by their manager was exceptional and with a huge smile. Everything delivered to table piecemeal, incorrect food, a staff that appeared to be wanting to be anywhere but working on a Friday night. They corrected the order but how difficult is it to remember to put pimento cheese on a sandwich with the name Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich? A woman behind the counter had to look at the menu to confirm it went on the sandwich (not a special order). The young man who delivered our food seemed to be the only "invested" employee and enthusiastic to make everything right. He was busy delivering food and cleaning up as best he could, but seemed to be the only one. He was further given a list of tasks in front of the diners by a manager (?) who proceeded to walk away instead of trying to help his struggling employee. Maybe the worst dining room experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. The waffle fries were hot and crispy though which you generally have a 50/50 chance of at Chick-fil-A. read more

I am a self appointed 'connoisseur' of fried chicken sandwiches and often stop at Chick-Fil-As for their sandwiches in North / Central NJ and while traveling in New England / Upstate NY. The Deluxe Chicken Sandwich I had yesterday at the Flemington Chick-Fil-A was excellent! Large piece of moist chicken, neatly composed with fresh crispy lettuce, tomato and American cheese. Well done! (Sometimes these sandwiches are thrown together creating a mess.) Verify your food. Don't order a burrito or anything that you cannot immediately verify that they are giving you what you ordered. Don't pick up in the drive through. You have to watch them make your food. I ordered a double chicken burrito. First they gave me the wrong food in my drive up order. Drove home to see it was wrong. Drove back to pickup the now cold burrito. Got it home, cut it in half, and it was all rice with about 1/3 a normal portion of chicken - 1/6th what I ordered. Clearly done purposely. Do they administer laughing gas in the interview, grow their staff in a test tube or recruit at choir practice? Whatever it is, it works. I'm a recent convert to Chick-fil-a. I've been to this one about 6 times now and ordered inside (I'm not a fan of drive through's because the ordering is hard and you can't check your order. The dining room is always clean. The cashier person and the food runner girl are always very friendly. I've tried 3 different chicken sandwiches with waffle fries, the chicken strips, a kale crunch salad and the chocolate cookie. They were all excellent with the chicken sandwiches being hot, tender and juicy. Most chicken sandwiches at 'proper' restaurants are dry and rubbery. This is the only place I'll order a chicken sandwich now. Looking forward to trying a grilled chicken sandwich next time. read more

This order was placed through the app, which was flawless. It was user-friendly and very detailed. The food was ready upon arriving to the establishment. I ordered 4 chicken strips ($5.75), medium waffle fries ($2.09), and a spicy deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese ($5.09) and a bunch of chick-fil-a-sauce. The chicken strips were smaller than I thought, but they were fried with all white meat. The waffle fries were decent, not too crispy though. They went well with the sauce. The sandwich was the highlight here. It came with a spicy chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle chips, and pepper jack cheese. The chicken breast had a slight kick to it. I am giving up Chick-fil-A until they open up the dining room. Yes, their chicken is consistently wonderful but I've had enough. On my recent trip to Chick-fil-A their were four order takers working the two lines and they met you before you passed the menu board. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal but I thought I was ordering the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal. The deluxe comes with lettuce tomato and pepperjack cheese. The one I got comes with one pickle slice. More importantly the deluxe comes in a box and you can dump your fries in the lid for efficient in car dining. The one I got came in a freekin bag with no place for the fries. The dumb as a stump governor of NJ has allowed restaurants to open at 50% capacity and believe me that I have seen places operating at well above that level. What the hell is taking Chick-fil-A so long to open the dining room. You won't see me back there until they are completely open. read more

We stopped here to pick up a quick lunch, which was done as a curbside pickup in this socially distant time. My wife ordered through the app, and there were clearly marked spots to park for curbside pickup, along with numbers that you could enter in the app. It's really quite an effective system, and we were glad that we chose curbside rather than drive-thru, which was very crowded. I really have to hand it to those team members who were serving people left and right, even though it was starting to rain! The downside of this location is... its location. It's in an area with a big traffic circle, which makes it hard to navigate to and from. That has nothing to do with the restaurant, but yeah, if you're going, keep in mind that it's not the easiest to actually get to. read more

You know I'm usually pretty satisfied with Chic-Fil-A but today I don't know what's going on. They messed up my order. I was missing a large fries which they did give me when I went back but my salad was missing the chicken and the panko topping which I love and that's part of the reason why I get it. Not only that they messed up my change and shorted me $10. The girl outside only gave me $1 but that's my fault for not looking at it before I pulled away. I was on my way to Lambertville to go biking but was very early so we had time to stop here. I had a spicy chicken biscuit and my friend had a regular chicken biscuit and I also ordered some hash rounds. Everything was good. I wish I could make biscuits like that. my sister, brother in-law &boyfriend are all addicted to chick-fil-a. they could keep the company afloat by how much they get food from there ! stopped at the flemington location today for the first time to get an online order (curb side pickup) we had ordered when we were a few minutes away and sat in the car waiting for less than 5 minutes. maybe ten minutes total time from ordering to having food in hand. which was great. this chick-fil-a has their curbside employees carry bins to the car that they allow you to pick your bag out of and grab your drink - so there is one less person handling the food. i'm jealous of the employees cow face masks - super cute. good job, to this location. read more

I always pass this on the way home but never have tried it so today, was that day. I googled what was the best things to get and ended up trying their spicy chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries, and lemonade. We also asked for every sauce to try lol which they gladly obliged to. The lemonade was soooooOooOoo good it hit every sweet spot I have, and that sandwich was unreal! I want it every day for lunch. Unbelievably bad service. They failed to take their breakfast menu down. 10:30 in the morning. So I ordered breakfast at the drive thru only to get yelled at by an argumentative employee. Is it my fault I didn't know you weren't serving breakfast when your menu was still up? Did you need to take it out on the guest because you hadn't gotten around to it and instantly went on the attack? Think about it. I would have been fine with a reasonable 'I'm sorry about that', but you treated me like I was the bad guy. Of course I'm upset now, but I wasn't went I came through to order. I have to say I'm a little embarrassed of how much of "regulars" we are here. They have great food, wonderful service, and SO many great kids events. I don't have a single complaint, but if we did I'm so confident they'd happily take care of any issues. One time we came and the power was out throughout town and they came running to our car with coupons for free meals in the future. Their play place is wonderful and always feels clean. Sorry, body, I can't resist. This location has the double drive thru and is a mad house inside, just like every other location. In other locations, though, I've gotten my shake while waiting for my food. That didn't happen here, but no biggie. At one point, the manager must have seen I was waiting a while and asked if I wanted to sit down. I went outside and they brought me my food a few minutes later. The meat wasn't over cooked at all. I went another time to try the chicken salad sandwich. I liked that a lot. The seasoning was on point and it tasted fresh. The venerable Chick-fil-A, who doesn't love Chick-fil-A. There's not much you can say. It will run, it's on point all the food is always perfect. All of the staff is always perfect. They're close Sunday, they are a godly company and stick to their morals. They are a Republican running company and that's good as well. I'm sticking with my Chick-fil-A. I don't know where that whole "they don't hire diversity," thing came from because I saw people of all different backgrounds/orientations so if that was a problem it certainly isn't anymore. read more
