If you also like your chicken seasoned with a little bit of Christian righteousness and when I say righteousness I mean right wing. Although I am politically opposed to the owners persuasion and I hate hate hate lines, the chicken sandwiches are reasonably good. I am a big fan of Chick-fil-A in general, and I'm so happy one has opened up so close to Boston! It is still very busy, because it's still a novelty. But I think I'm a few months the hype will die down. Besides the long wait in line, the staff was very efficient, the dining areas and facilities were very clean. The food itself was of the typical standard for Chik-fil-a, it was all very delicious. I love Chick-fil-A and have never had a bad experience until I came to this location. My sandwich was incorrect. My nuggets were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting for a long time. Straws weren't given to us. More importantly, the employees at this location were extremely obnoxious, unprofessional, and rude. I ordered through the drive thru and the girl taking my order was not paying attention at all, due to the yelling and laughing from multiple employees in the background the entire time. She was not nice and didn't repeat anything back. (also said "no problem" instead of my pleasure ). The kid at the window was so distracted by the other employees talking and barely said anything to us- handed our stuff out of the window completely faced the other way while goofing off with a bunch of other employees and the MANAGER. When I had to go inside to have my sandwich fixed, the guy at the counter didn't say one word to me and seemed annoyed that I wanted him to fix their mistake. I am completely done with chick-fil-a. i ordered a grilled club no bun because I am celiac, it came with a bun. I called and told them and the Apologized many times and told me I could come back for a replacement but when I came back days later they said i only had 24 hours even though they told me otherwise so they refused to make my sandwich. Long wait, this is a very popular spot! Aside that, the food here is so so so delicious and worth the anticipation. Characteristic of CFA, the workers are so friendly and do a great job at explaining the menu if it's your first time (which mine was, but I'll definitely be back!). Two stars because the quality of the food hasn't declined but the service is no longer acceptable. They have forgotten items a few times over the past two- three months. Today it was a spicy chicken sandwich which I paid for and is on the receipt. So annoying? But let's get to the real crux of the issue- it's with the war on sauce. Chick-Fil-a has been known for its sauce... and before it used to be plentiful. Now I've heard "you have to ask for how many you want" which is fine, except when they don't deliver. Next time I complained about the sauce shortage they said it's "2 per sandwich". I had a car full of people and had 5 sandwiches so I asked for 10, was still given 4. Went inside the store this time in my pajamas to get more sauce... not ideal. Today I go, and I say I'd like four for my 2 sandwiches (one of which never made the bag) and was given pushback "I'll give you as much as I can- there's a limit". Get it together. The past year that I had starting going here there standards have not changed (good thing) the restaurant may not be clean as a whistle all the time but clean like your parents telling you, that her friends are coming to visit and you need to clean up. This has got to be one of the worst if not "the worst" Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to . Chick- fil-A has set a standard that this location can not fulfill and as a loyal customer to CFA I am very disappointed. I actually watched a nice young man stick his fingers in his ears three times, When i caught his attention, I motioned for him to wash his hands. The place just seems in need of adult supervision. Gracie is awesome and in control, but their needs to be supervision up front. My sandwich as stated by someone else had cold cheese and along with cold chicken and the fries are always cold. I can't imagine what it it like to run this place and I don't envy the person who does, but maybe spend the money on adult managers that are available all the time. Upon arriving, the drive thru service was much slower than all other locations we have been to with a woman taking our order without a pleasant attitude and gave me the vibe that she wanted to be anywhere but there. My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich meal without pickles but with cheese and Polynesian sauce, we both got small Mac and cheeses, and I got a chicken nugget meal with a side of ranch and Buffalo. Everything about the order was wrong. His sandwich came without cheese and with pickles, both our Mac and cheeses were cold, my medium coke was an iced tea, and instead of Buffalo sauce I got barbecue. Did they look at the drink and think, "similar color... good enough" and the sauces like "both start with a B, good enough." Worst Chick-fil-a ever. I'm from Houston so I'm used to going to CFA's and recently moved from one in CT that was top notch. This had had dirty floors, over cooked chicken, trash overflowing, my salad had 2 tiny strips of cheese in it and I didn't even eat my salad cause I couldn't find a fork after I realized I didn't get one with my order. The baby chairs were filthy too. The station where you get napkins, utensils etc wasn't filled for the hour we were there... no napkins & forks!
