This location does it right! Line might be long (it's chick fil a, this is expected) but it always goes fast and the workers are always smiling. They treat me very nice and are super polite. I will purposefully come to this location over the Brockton one for the employees alone. Plus the fries here are always hot and crispy, never soggy! read more

I was in San Antonio 2 years ago and tried Chick Fil A for the 1st Time - absolutely delicious. Nice hot, fresh sandwich etc. Passing by this one and decided to give it a try. It was a weekday at 11:45am. Got the Spicy Chicken meal. My lemonade was warm, hardly any ice but was ok. Not a huge fan of the waffle fries - but ok. Chicken sandwich bun - stale. Top of bun was crumbling in my lap (got my order to go as I was on work time) and was not fresh. Chicken wasn't hot, temperature-wise, but was somewhat spicy. And as on other reviews, the cheese wasn't melted (because the chicken wasn't hot) which I prefer on my hot sandwiches. Attn: Chad Sargent - you won't see me at this establishment ever again - there's just too many decent places to grab a bite to eat than a fast food chain that has a great product, but staff that don't have quality at the top of their list. I wish they would come to Canada. This location is spaceous because it's not inside of a mall like most of the others nearby stores. The dining area was modern and had comfortable seating. Food was ok, attitude of the employees and I assume a manager was terrible. Got my order wrong, charged me for a more expensive item. My son went to the counter to return it, they didn't refund the difference. The drive thru was extremely efficient. They walk right up to your car(masked) and take your order. By the time we got to a window, the food was ready to go. It felt like the food took about 7 minutes or so. The spicy chicken sandwich was quite satisfying. The chicken was thick and juicy, the tomato slices, lettuce, pickles tasted fresh. Only thing is that the bread was a bit too soft (but I wasn't expecting a gourmet brioche bun). The waffle fries were nice and hot, though some were are bit soggy. I would have preferred them more crispy, but overall taste was good/not too salty or bland. The diet coke was carbonated well (not flat, which I Hate.) and not over iced. I asked for the Buffalo sauce for my fries, but they also gave me a Chick Fil A Sauce, which I quite enjoyed. Thick, sweet, with a mustardy kick. Even at 3:30 in the afternoon this past Saturday, the line was long and tables for dine-in were scarce. I left the line to secure a table while my husband waited for his milkshake at the counter. The two (just vacated) tables were sadly left an uncleared mess by previous customers. When the manager saw I was wiping the table off with a napkin he immediately called for someone to wipe down the table and began clearing the trays and food left behind. Out came Stephanie who quickly and thoroughly wiped down the table and booth. And shortly thereafter our meal was delivered by a friendly young man. This is the worse Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. The drive thru line was 17+ minutes. When we arrived to the window and got the three 12 piece chicken nugget meals and the children's 6 piece meal each meals total $34.52 each meal has over cooked chicken similar to rubber. This was our second time at this location and the difference in or orders were grilled chicken vs fried. When getting the grilled nuggets we had to wait a little longer and the staff brought the chicken out to our car and it was fresh.. So over all I wouldn't suggest going to this specific location especially for nuggets half the size of other fast food restaurants at a higher cost. read more

I placed a catering order from this establishment. I was appropriately cautious since this was the first catering order I had placed here. I called the store an hour before I was going to pick it up to make sure it was finished. The person on the other end of the phone was friendly and patient (despite the fact that my call was surely frustrating) and ensured me that my order was A-OK. When I arrived to pick up the order, it was ready and bagged by the designated time. Everything was in the bag, and I was offered the opportunity to include smaller packages of other sauces besides the one I ordered. Everyone was sincerely friendly and performed accurate work. I had a similar positive experience when I went in the drive through a week later. I took a 20 min detour to make a pit stop here. The lady on the other end was very patient with me when I chickened out of a spicy sandwich and switched to a regular sandwich. She repeated the order back to us, and we were politely greeted by the man at the counter who repeated our order again to ensure accuracy. I love this place. read more

It was extremely busy when I got there but they took my order quickly and I had my food within 2 minutes! The interior is very nice and clean and there are options for both indoor and outdoor seating. I honestly enjoyed the waffle fries and lemonade more than anything. Oh, and the sauce was bomb. After Framingham Chick Filet fell WELL short of the mark by failing to serve peppermint shakes until 1/6/2024 as advertised - I called at 3:30 PM on 1-5-2024 and the employee parroted over and over again in broken English that they ran out - I called Dedham Chick Filet around 3:35 PM. The manager had a very poor, non-helpful attitude and rudely explained supply chain issues, "They ran out of peppermint chips for the shake because the manufacturer stopped making them." So I hung up and drove to Westborough who's manager, I think her name was Jade, was very amicable, accommodating and willing to help a father with a disappointed 11-year old son out. We ended up driving 32 miles round-trip - we stopped by Framingham on the way over and still got the same no-shake-no habla 'tude by a different employee there - to get the shake from Westborough, which meant the world to my 11 year-old son. Dedham manager, you should take lessons on customer service from the Westborough manager because you FAILED, big-time! read more

Chick-fil-A opened in Dedham, at the Dedham Mall along Providence Highway (former Route 1), today, October 5 2017. I have been waiting years for Chick-fil-A to open in the area... almost as much as my other favorite fast food joint, Wendy's, which seems to be opening in the area surprisingly soon just a bit further down this very road. It's also quite interesting how close this Chick-fil-A is to the Boston line, where Chick-fil-A was asked to not open from the mayor a few years back. Either way, Chick-fil-A is similar to KFC with the exception of a larger facility with more seating indoor and out, an indoor playground, and continuous fabulous and FAST service (especially a high use of the words "my pleasure" from all associates). This specific restaurant seems to have nearly all the kinks worked out just as opening. Even though they were extremely busy today, service was fast, friendly and just like all of my fabulous experiences at their Framingham restaurant. This Chick-fil-A has a better parking arrangement and layout due to the larger plot of land that this one holds. In addition, outdoor seating is available as well as a round 60 indoor seats. Food is crispy and much better than that of KFC. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against KFC and go their sometimes as well, but Chick-fil-A tastes better and isn't as greasy in general. Plus, the waffle fries are especially the best and not available many other places. I'm very excited about visiting this Chick-fil-A often.... since I live only ten minutes away, and it's right near a whole bunch of other places that I frequent. It will definitely become a regular spot for me and somewhere I highly suggest.... especially over the rest of the mediocre fast food chains along this stretch of highway. 5 stars. read more

I got the spicy deluxe which includes pepperjack cheese, tomato, and lettuce. The regular spicy chicken sandwich doesn't come with anything, not even lettuce. Not sure if they are going for a more healthy vibe, but the waffle fries weren't as fried and crispy as I had hoped them to be. The nuggets were ~$5 for 12 pieces and they were relatively small (not worth). None of the sauces wowed me either--Chick-fil-A, sweet & sour sriracha, and zesty buffalo. read more

Boston is definitely not the south, and the service reflects it. Remarkably disappointed in the service. My order was wrong the first time and the server was quite reluctant to fix her mistake. I was paying with a gift card and was told by the cashier that she didn't know how to run the card and asked if I would pay a different way. That being said, the food is still fantastic, so the service won't be enough to keep me from coming back. I guess I'll just stick to the drive through from now on. The staff are very friendly. When I placed an eat in order, they delivered the meal to my table. A person was walking around handing out ketchup and hand wipes. Who does that?
