I don't know what's going on at this location anymore. The last 3 visits I've had here were not good. These 3 visits were all in the last couple of months. First visit, they did not give me the 2 large waffle fries I ordered, but they charged me for in the drive thru. My bad for not checking, but there was a huge line behind me. That's like ten bucks down the drain, but I chalked it up to a simple error. It's busy and someone forgot. It happens. The next fiasco, I order my salad and take it to work with me and they did not give me any salad dressing or sauce whatsoever. I'm at work so obviously I do not have any dressing with me. Again, forgivable. It wasn't busy this day, but whatever, it happened and I let it go. It's just dressing right? Tonight, however, is the straw that broke the camels back. They did not properly secure the top on my milkshake and it popped open while I was driving and spilled all over my connecting cup holders that happened to have my house keys, sunglasses, and lip balm in the connecting holder that got drenched in whipped cream and milkshake. I tried to wipe it up every time I stopped at a light and ended up with sticky hands that got on my purse, seat, sweater, and handle. My cup holders were sticky and already stank of milk when I got home. My food gets cold while I'm trying to clean up this disaster on this rainy night. It's dark, so I'm not sure it's even fully clean, so I'll have to check in the morning. You know what the kicker is? I asked for honey mustard, and they gave me some weird packets of bbq mustard and mayo instead. Like what? I just can't. We frequent this location but every time we go, it just seems to get worse. Maybe I need to try the new location that opened on La Palma to see if I'll have better luck there. read more

Does the drive through speaker not work Or is the staff racist and rude????? Tried being patient with them but she even said my name wrong interrupted me over and over yelled and rushed me then didn't give me any sauce and I asked for sauce and she refused like ruined my meal Mexicanos we're not welcome here is the vibe I'm getting where I exchange money for food I deserve respect and hq should check the managements hiring because literally no diversity here. read more

This location gets VERY busy, with the cerritos mall being in the same lot. With this it takes a while for everything to be made. Customer service still is pretty good with all of this rush and mess. Overall the food is what you would expect as far as fast food. The chicken definitely needs the sauce as well as the fries. The sauce for sure is the star of the show every time. The frosted coffee is also worth trying at some point which I didn't even know they had until my partner brought it up. While the food can be tasty in the moment, it definitely does not sit well with me after. This probably is from all locations, but I end up not being able to leave the bathroom after.. read more

The food is good. However, since it is always busy, it's one of the few Chik Fil A's at Cerritos Mall, they have also had to deal with so many types of people. If you're looking for extra kindness such as myself, I ordered $49.99 worth of food (1 thirty count combo, 2 chicken sandwiches with a combo) and asked if I could receive an envelope sleeve to separate out the chicken nuggets between 4 children and the Manager it appeared, he would not accommodate. I think what Chik Fil A is known for reputation wise this place does not give in service because it has been spoiled but an enormous amount of customers. Usually I write positive reviews, this place disappointed me as I am here once a week visiting my parents whom I help care for. I think to improve this, the managers/employees if they are thinking of business cost for supplies then all they have to do is what other places would suggests, "you can have an extra box or sleeve but you have to pay .10 or whatever amount for it"; I would have done that. read more

This location and the app suck now. App just magically loses orders, employees barely know how to work their tablets and food always seem a little under quality compared to surrounding locations... like today I placed an order on the appwaited 30+ minutes in drive through only to be told the order was never placed. Had to walk inside and waste another 15min. Thanks for making me late getting back to work. Update: came back to this location today for family lunch and they left out all the sauces in the order. Really fun eating plain food! read more

Food was great. ordered around 7:45pm. We pulled up into the drive thru and we didn't hear the guy say anything but hi. Then I said can I have a chocolate milkshake and he said what's your name in a rude tone. Then I gave him my name. I said a chocolate shake w no cherry or whip and he proceeds to interrupt me and says is that all you want a chocolate shake and then I said no I'll also get an ice cream cone and he said yeah is that it and then I said for the shake can I please get no cherry or whip bc I had said it the first time but he interrupted me. Then he proceeds to say would you like any sauces and catches himself and says nevermind and scoffed. The guy was of Asian decent and was young his name started with a j had straight black hair ear length and should not be taking orders. read more

I'm so fed up with this place. I keep coming back, thinking maybe this time will be different, but they always mess up my order. After a long day at work, at the end of the month, and dealing with my time of the month, I was craving one thing: nuggets with fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. It's my favorite sauce, and honestly, the main reason I come here. But almost every time, they forget my sauce. I'm tired of eating dry nuggets and fries. It sucks and ruined my day again. I know I'm being dramatic, but I was really looking forward to some fries dipped in Chick-fil-A sauce to soothe these cramps, and they just can't seem to get my order right. At least they remembered to give me my drink with no ice this time. $20 an hour to not even get basic orders correct is bizarre to me. Kids back there need to stop acting like it's social hour with their friends and try and take some pride in their work. read more

I visited the drive thru service and the staffs including the line cooks were doing a great job keeping the lines moving. Rather than opting for the curbside pickup to save time, u did the drive thru to add gift cards because they're not available for purchase online. But the gift cards are not offered at this time and unsure if it's only this location or all other cfas due to covid19. I ordered the chicken sandwich with Colby jack cheese $4.39, a grilled chicken wrap with Avocado ranch $7.35, large fries $2.55, and redeemed the free fudge brownie $2.09. The grilled chicken wrap was smaller than expected and I'd pass on it if youre hungry. Otherwise, good choice for a light lunch but the price is meh for the amount of protein it contains. Seems the franchisee has reduced the amount of fries to cut costs when compared to the prior year's order; it does not leave a positive impression with their decision. They did provide plenty of cfa sauces so that's a plus. The fudge brownie was rich in taste and quickly melts in your mouth. It was worth the extra calories. read more

First of all, I have to be honest and say that I do not have anything negative to say about the food at Chick-fil-A. My comment is based on something that happened to me at the Cerritos Town center Chick-fil-A. As a proud, retired military veteran, I get a kick out of Veterans Day for a number of reasons. One is because I get to reconnect with a lot of my brothers and sistersand celebrate some of the sacrifices and hard work that we did during our time in the service to our country. Another Is seeing all of the veterans walking around through different establishments that are offering free or discounted meals as an act of appreciation for our service. Well, Chick-fil-A was advertised as one of those franchises that would give a free chicken sandwich to Veterans. I understand that not all franchises participate in these giveaways, although at the Cerritos town center, they displayed a very solemn, military, emblematic scenario where traditionally, at any military function or dinner, there is a seat and table setting for the fallen soldier. The fallen soldier is a symbol to remember that there will be Soldiers, Service members and Veteran alike who will not be able to sit at the table because of the ultimate sacrifice. I'm stating this because at the Cerritos town center, they had a commemorative table displayed at the entrance of the store highlighting how they honored the fallen Soldier but, they did not honor giving away any sandwiches.I'm not trying to be petty because a chicken sandwiches but a couple bucks so that's not the comments I'm making. I'm not even complaining, but what I am doing is calling out the hypocrisy that this franchise wants to be recognized as a establishment who honor Veterans on Veterans Day by their symbolic gesture, but yet turned away every Veteran throughout the day because they didn't feel it was something that they could do to honor Veterans today. Again, I'm not complaining about the giveaway because I could buy my own chicken sandwich. What I am doing is showing that this happens every day to our community where the establishment says one thing but does another and take full advantage of what we honor. They appeared to take advantage of the solemn action but turned away the Veteran. Not cool Chic-Fil-A. read more

I will not recommend going on this location. The wait on the drive through was unbearable. 2 lane drive merges into one lane, with non of drive thru ordering system working. After waiting for 15 minutes for an employee take the orders, you got fight your way in to the one lane merger which takes forever because the line is barely moving. Service was very slow at non rush hours of 1:45pm. Very very poor service. read more

This was literally the best Chick-fil-a experience ever? The gal that took our order was the sweetest. She made our drive-thru experience fantastic. So much so that we came back in half an hour after our small meal. We ordered two kids meals the first round. Then for the second round, we got a chicken tortilla soup,a mac n cheese and another kids meal. Yum, yum and yum. By the way, the drive thru was wicked fast at this location. Just wow! I find myself here during my lunch breaks a lot and one of the things that keeps me coming back is how fast they prepare your food! I order my food as I'm walking to the location and once I'm there it's ready. Customer service is amazing! Who's reviewing Chick-fil-A anyway? Easily an affordable meal that's top quality and delicious. Only tip I would have is to super size on the drink and fries and skip buying a $5 kids meal that comes with apples and a non-fun toy. We don't eat fast food often and I'll be damned if they can't enjoy that delicious chicken with a few hot waffle fries cooked to perfection. Moderation at its best. :) read more

Terrible service tonight . Was in the drive thru and they told me if I can park infront and they will send someone to take my food because it wasn't ready yet . So I parked and waited. Saw that they sent two other cars after me. They bring out food to the other cars but mine . Waited 15 minutes so I got out of my car and walked in. They were cleaning up already and I told them I have been waiting for my order . A lady checks on their computer and says "I probably gave it to the wrong car" and she proceeds to check Inside a chik fil a bag and tells me that they only have chicken nuggets to offer me. That bag looked like it was an order that never got picked up and idk for how long it's been out so it wasn't even fresh!! . I just told them to give me my money back. Updating this review for yet again the food being just meh... First of all, ordered two large fries... As it is the new fry boxes are definitely smaller than the old ones.. Two.. They do not fill the new boxes generously like they used to... 3...the fries are almost always undercooked, floppy, soggy, and lukewarm.... Like.. Cmon... Please?? My wife and I had a the worst experience today. We would order our normal 8 pcs nuggets and the number 5 which is the grill chicken combo. I requested to have the tomatoe on the side instead of in the sandwich and to make the combo a large also. Everything is was fine until a short hispanic girl with glasses came to the register. First total was 20.30 after she came by it went up to 20.59. Thats when i asked why the total went up. The clerk looked at the girl. So i asked her why are you charging me for an extra tomatoe when i didnt asknfor an extra but i juat wantnit in the side. She said thats how it is. So I said wait a minute. You are going to charge me for extra tomatoe when all i asked is for it on the side. Thats when she said that how it comes. Wow.... read more

Order #885776 this is the order that cause me to boycott and never eat this mess again. i asked the my pleasure devils to ensure that my Son's Biscuit Sandwich was in the bag and I guest as a damn joke it wasn't present. I call the phone number and mike answers the phone. Mike says he is sorry multiple times (like a reflex) so that's a signal this Wingnut location constantly forgets stuff. I simply request they remove the charge of the item THEY forgot, well Mike position is "I need the physical card" no Mike you don't because I could just get the sandwich you forgot if I wanted to drive back to Cerritos. *Stay in Fast Food Mike because logic strings isn't your strong suit*. So I will allow a $3.39 missing sandwich rid me of eating at Chick- CRS - Fil - A from now on. read more

I think it is way too doughy compared to typical focaccia. I like my focaccia airy, with some bounce. This one was like a dense bread. Definitely not my forte for having focaccia. You're able to see in my attached photo just how thick and dense it looks. The salmon bowl itself was pretty refreshing. I think the dresssingggg was perfectly tailored to the bowl. Not too acidic, not too sweet, not too salty. It dressed the bowl up real nice. The salmon was tender, nicely cooked, not chewy-- I hate when I get cheewwwyyy salmon I want fish not gum. The rice and sweet potatoes were perfect! Absolutely a nice bed made for the salmon to lay on. I tried the Shirley temple it's way too sweet, more grenadine than anythang. I just optd for half unsweetened tea & half of their lemonade. It was average. The cranberry cookie was pretty good! Not something I usually lean towards but I was wowd to taste how good it was. Cranberry gave it that nice kick of tang on your tongue. Service was friendly, I ordered through the kiosk screen. It's clean inside and in the restroom as well. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

Both were great with surprisingly me preferring the chicken parm. It tasted fresh, the chicken was juicy and tender and the marinara sauce was amazing. You could tell it did not come from a can and was handmade as the flavors were bursting and there were bits of bell-peppers in it, which I have not seen before. Would definitely return to try other sandwiches. They have pastas as well.

The taste portions were very reasonably priced, allowing to create your own flight (or two). Specifically scheduled an early afternoon to come to the Lakewood Village neighborhood of East Long Beach. My wife found an angled parking spot right in front. It wasn't too crowded inside and the four of us found easy, comfortable seating in the brightly decorated dining room. One places and pays for the order at the counter, with the proprietors being very friendly and engaged. They brought out our beers after the pour, and the sandwiches a bit after (since each is individually carefully made). Beers: - Northern Lager [Oxbow] - ($5 for 13oz pour) was clean, crisp and a hoppy aftertaste. - Infinite Hotel [The Wayfinder X Bierstadt] (marked as $3 but charged $4) is a rice lager and was the favorite of the group for its drinkability - Winteruption [JK's Farmhouse] ($3) is a cider with very strong maple syrup overtones: never tasted anything like it. - Hyper Paradise [Rare Barrel] ($4) - saison and ale with mango and passion fruit. I liked this beer very much. - A Place Like Home [Pure Project] ($3) - Nitro poured Extra Special Bitter. - Double Negative [Grimm] ($4) - Imperial Stout, which I really enjoyed. - Amongst Friends [Sante Adairius] ($4) - a cherry saison, unusual and was glad to sample. A lot of work was put into creating this flight, with the careful pours and markings to make sure I knew what was what. I really appreciated the opportunity to sample all of these on-tap. In terms of the food, the group as a whole really liked them, though I guess I wasn't as impressed with my two samples, mainly because it used non-descript deli meat in OK quantities, heating them up when necessary. Hot Beef ($18) was my wife's, and it had been griddled with cheese to form a crispy lattice. The Ham and Cheese ($16) was served cold and had potato chips inside which my mother-in-law liked (saving the other half for home). Our friend and I split the Hot Turkey ($16) and Pastrami No 19 style ($20). The pastrami meat was piled high and the cole slaw was crisp and good, but was served cold (should have read the description more closely) and mediocre rye bread broke apart quickly. The Hot Turkey ($16) was served on ciabatta that had been grill pressed for a long time, creating a wonderful crust as good as any sandwich I've had. But the filling was OK, using standard turkey breast slices from a loaf and an ok stuffing...using hand carved turkey would have made a big difference here, but understand it's hard to do. Strangely, even though it's a pickle adorned shop, each sandwich just came with an ordinary pickle spear, what one would expect from a diner, not a deli. And the prices are on the higher side, especially with no sides and most not being particularly ginormous. But I loved how each sandwich used different breads, and how some of them were toasted very well. And having the opportunity to try these unique beers made it a really good experience.

I stuck with the basic build your own salad... you are allowed greens mix, choice of only 5 veggie ingredients for the base price, a dressing. I didn't need to add meat or more veggies as I was taking it home to eat later. Ordering was easy on the app. I arrived about 20 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, but the staff at pickup was very nice and let me know it would be up quickly. Store was fairly empty at that time. Restroom was available with code. They asked if I needed a bag for the salad bowl but I had brought my own. Utensils and salt/pepper were available to take. I liked the variety of chips and bottled drinks they offered but did not get any extras this visit. Salad was a good sized bowl. It included a little slice of pita bread that was tasty. There were lots of the sliced black olives and edamame. I understand having everything chopped bite sized, great of you are on the go, but my lettuce and other items were diced so finely... I could barely find the cucumber, the pickled onions were still pretty bitter tho tiny, and having grape tomatoes sliced up made them lose their flavor and texture. Mixed together, though, with some of the creamy Mediterranean dressing I chose, it was delicious and filling.
