He saw In n Out on our way to Target so of course we had to make our way in. He finally found something that sounded good to him. I really wish I can remember the gal's name who helped us. She was so sweet! She greeted us with the best smile. She helped my husband with his order. He's picky and didn't want all the extras on his double double, he's a simple kind of guy. We got all checked out and chilled in the dining area. It's so weird sitting inside this venue. It's so chill and cool. Our In n Outs back in Idaho are pure choas. It was nice to be able to find a clean table right away. We didn't have to stare awkwardly at guests to see if they are almost done eating. It was truly a refreshing experience. My husband polished off his double double. It was perfectly made. The fries were a little cold but he didn't mind. He enjoyed the main attraction. I asked him if Utah's In n Out tasted different from Idaho's. "It tasted the same". I think that's a great thing! Gotta love consistency. My husband had one last great lunch in Utah before we hit the highway to head home. Thank you to the sweet gal for helping us. I don't know if we will be back to this specific In n Out again but if we are by chance in the area, I'm sure my husband will want to make his way in again.

No one acknowledged us or even checked on the orders that were clearly sitting there ready, and our food was left out for a full five minutes before anyone bothered to bring it over. By the time we finally received it, several of the items we had ordered were missing, and on top of that we were given multiple incorrect items, including the drinks. It was honestly shocking how careless everything felt, especially since this isn't a complicated process. I've worked in this kind of environment myself, and I know for a fact it does not take that much effort to press a button, check a ticket, and make sure an order is correct before handing it out. What made the experience even worse was that the food we did receive was already cold, which clearly showed it had been sitting there unattended instead of being brought to us promptly. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency, organization, or basic customer service, and no one apologized or tried to fix the situation once the mistakes were pointed out. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish, and it really left a bad impression. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. I came in expecting a much higher standard and left extremely disappointed. Based on this experience alone, I can confidently say I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

This review is not about the food but about how I've noticed the management. So last week I was in the drive-thru of the restaurant and I noticed the disrespectful behavior of an adult towards the young workers who were outside taking orders, I asked who he was and they told me he was a manager, I forgot to ask for his name but he was very tall and with black hair and a beard, he ordered them very loudly to pull the cars forward even when there was barely room to move, the young girl who helped me was only waiting for me because I couldn't find my card to pay and I felt very bad for taking a while to look for it, because I also realized that they were demanding! that she HAD to move the car but I couldn't do it at all, and I think it's very bad that they yell at young teenagers for things like that, since it's not the first time that I've seen this situation happen, young people are outside regardless of whether it is too hot or cold, and I think it is unfair to see them spend so much time outside and that they are still required to move their cars when sometimes there are older people like me who forget things or need some time to be able to look for something, in my opinion it is very unfair that young people are being required to rush for something that is not their fault!!!!! read more

The burgers are fresh, made to order, and have that classic In N Out flavor that keeps me coming back. I really like their fries too. I know fries can be a personal preference, but I genuinely enjoy In N Out fries, especially when they are fresh and hot. Their shakes are another favorite of mine. They are thick, creamy, and go really well with the burger and fries. The customer service is consistently good as well. The employees are friendly, the lines usually move pretty quickly, and the restaurants are generally clean and well organized. Overall, In N Out is a reliable go to when you want a fresh burger, good fries, and a great shake. The consistency and quality are what keep me coming back.

I was assigned to pick up and deliver a cheeseburger and fries from the bountiful location, they were very busy. I let them know what the name for the order was and was told it would be out in a second. I waited patiently with around five other doordashers that had been waiting for over 20 minutes, and watched as some lady's order got taken by the wrong person. She came up to the counter a few minutes later asking where it was, the employees just told her to hang on. She waited for a good 15 minutes before they brought out a new order. I was asked a few times to repeat what the name was for my order, each time being told "it'll be right out", and then another 5 minutes go by and the man with red hair tells me my order has been picked up by someone else and there is nothing they can do. Even though I had watched them replace and comp the lady next to me's order. I asked him what I was supposed to do, his tone became condescending and he told me to just click the button on doordash. I was frustrated and trying to understand why he couldn't just remake the order like he did for the other customer, I mentioned that I had just stood there for 30 minutes and his only response was "that's not my fault, bye" in the same condescending and belittling tone. I was shocked for a second before I turned and walked out. I understand being busy and stressed out but I will never understand speaking to someone like that. Will never suggest eating here.

Sticky. Table? Also sticky. After the third visit with the same issue, I felt like it was worth saying something to the management. Now, the food itself is a different story. The burgers are simple, solid, and always hot. I can honestly say I've never been served a cold burger here. The cheese curds are a hit with my family, and I'll give credit where it's due: they're pretty darn good. The shakes and frozen custard are excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The chicken? It's fine. Not bad, not magical. Kind of in the "you could make something similar at home" category. If you love ranch, that may help the experience along. Drive-thru is where things can go sideways. Be prepared for delays, repeating your order, and the occasional feeling that the crew is having way more fun than the customers are. Maybe it's an off-day thing, maybe it's a pattern, but it has happened enough that I expect it now. (I don't care if they're having fun. It's the screaming through the intercom, inattentive order taking because they're screwing around that I am simple over it) Would I go back? Yeah. The food is good enough that I probably will...not. (my kids will) Would I prefer to be in the passenger seat while someone else handles the ordering? Also yeah.
