However, my brother and I came to grab some lunch (which he paid for #realhomie) we sat down and started our discussion about politics and other poisonous topics you're not supposed to discuss in public. As we were getting ready to eat, this older guy gave us some napkins and I was a little startled due to the fact that he came out of no where... Then as my brother and I were about done with our meal I had an empty drink which I was just about to toss. BUT... The same guy who gave us the napkins who's name is Steve (I had to figure out who this mystery man was) he asked if I needed more blue Powerade. I said sure and then upon returning with my beverage he looked me straight in the eyes and said don't worry about the mess. I'll clean it up. He swept me off my feet making me a customer for life!!! Honestly. Best people ever. My thirsty af self just wanted some water so where do i go? Chick fil a of course, where else? They've got the good kush there (pebble ice) so obvi i asked for extra ice. I was half expecting them to forget the extra ice, because I've had bad experiences with Wendy's and KFC forgetting. Anyways, i get to the window and have a nice chat with the cashier and she hands me my drink and i say thank you and she says "my pleasure" because what else would she say? Anyways. Needless to say, they DID NOT SPACE THE EXTRA ICE. My cup was filled to the brim with that pebbly icy goodness and my heart is fulfilled. All in all, 30/10 experience would recommend. Ordered a 30 count nugget for my family in the drive thru. Service was super fast. Everyone was friendly. Got home and the 30 count didn't look like enough for 4 people. We counted, twice, to make sure. 27 nuggets and a few were really small. I would have thought they'd err on the side of more, not less. I won't order nuggets in large quantities ever again. read more

As a frequent visitor, the My Pleasure line each server uses to respond is getting stale. Besides its VERY weird to hear --My Pleasure-- ten times, and when asking for another Honey Mustard packet. My buds all joke that we're going to get some Chicken with Pleasure, when going for lunch. Centerville needs to knock that pleasure off and drop about half the salt from their chicken. Otherwise it's a really good chicken sandwich. Oh, the food, the Chicken Breakfast Burrito is really really good as a new take on the breakfast burrito. Try one, but not the bowl, get the burrito. soooooo normally I love chick-fil-a BUT tonight they did me dirty. so first, it was an aggravatingly long line, second my fries were cold. third, my friend's sandwich was the WRONG sandwich! and FOURTH all I wanted from today WAS A DR. Pepper. it was almost more important then the chicken and fries themselves and they gave us BOTH JUST REGULAR COKE! which was different then what she ordered as well! The food is fresh and the service is great. Their staff is friendly and they offers refills while you sit and dine at your table. One time they even offer to bring my to go food out to my car. I'm impressed with the staff and consistency of the food. read more

The Director of the Chick-fil-A is so great. We went the through the Drive through and part of our order was missing. I called her to see what we could do to fix the problem. She immediately helped us. She got us our food and was so apologetic. We are Franchisee owners of 8 fast casual restaurants in Utah and this Director helped us the same way we hope we help our own customers. She's brilliant and deserves a raise! Dealing with the public can be so difficult but she didn't even skip a beat. The last thing I'll say is that we go to this location sometimes twice a week and they've never messed up on our order! read more

I placed a mobile order and it was submitted at 10:06am. There was a line at the drive-thru and my husband didn't get to the window until 2 minutes after. They said the closed the kitchen and couldn't honor it. When I called they said he would do it if he was okay to wait 15 minutes. Needless to say we didn't get breakfast at this location. We've never had issues with the Farmington restaurant. We know which location to avoid going forward even if it means having to drive a few more miles to get the food. read more

I'm not a lover of their food, but for the cleanliness and (usually) genuine kindness of their employees, I'll tag along with my family when the craving hits them. I only get the 8 piece grilled chicken. Then I'll get a poly sauce and chick fil a sauce and mix it for dip. That's pretty tasty. read more

This is a nice change from McDonald's and the other fast food places. This feels like a little step of from the others. I got the spicy chicken sandwhich and was surprised. This location has really gone downhill .. well actually no matter what location. We ordered their 8 piece nugget meal, and a couple of other items and they alway mess up our orders. We asked for a chocolate shake but they gave us a cookies and cream. We were too far to return to exchange that. Not that good at all. Their chicken nuggets are very tough and chewy. Never freshly cooked. Very hard to eat. Fries taste like they've been cooked and sitting there for a while They do not have their store open for dining and their employees are made to take the orders outside in the heat, and the pickup window has their workers outside handing the food to us in the heat of the day all day long until closing, and their outside help are exposed to constant car exhaust. That feels to me that they are only thinking of the profits and not the health of their people. So disappointed with this location. We usually go several months before we go back to a Chick fil- A, but sometimes travel or working late, with not having any other decent choices, we end up there. read more

I've missed Chick-Fil-a since moving west. It's delicious with healthy options. It's the go to fast food place back east. I don't understand why they aren't more prevalent in the SLC valley. If ya want a chicken sandwich, then go here. That's all they do is Chicken. It is not FAT SOAKED Chicken. If ya want Fat soaked Deep fried Chicken, then go to KFC, Wendy's, and well I am sure you know all the other places to go for that kind of food. I am not a fan of the Waffle fries, but the Sweet Tea is great. It is a nice change having them around here in this town. The Breakfast items are also pretty good. Nice change from the Golden Arches. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but ya get what ya pay for. I personally would not camp out at a new store opening, but I would eat here. Good fresh food but not crazy about some of their new salads. Still feel it has healthy options. Staff is too nice if that's possible. I like the protein salad but feel like they nickel and dime me with any special request. For example, when I asked for extra tomatoes I only got 5 1/2 cherry tomatoes on a large salad. Chicken is not organic or free range but the eggs are though so I think they are making positive changes. Love the tomato basil soup. Desserts look amazing but a great way to ruin a healthy meal. I will go back but look forward to even more healthy organic options. I feel as though the store layout is efficient and the drink bar is nice. I went in today to eat after I had been exercising so I was wearing shorts. It's cold outside because it's winter and a worker came up to me and wouldn't stop commenting on how I was wearing shorts. He asked me how cold it had to be before I stopped wearing shorts and wouldn't stop looking at my legs.
