I try to not be negative, but this is not the first disappointing meal I have had at KFC. Bottom line, someone needs to be on quality control before the food is given to the customers. The gravy had a film on it, the fries were cold, hard, and stale, and the chicken was mostly inedible. The biscuits were fine. I'm sorry, but there is a reason it is never busy. read more

Worst experience ever. Shorted us on food. Upcharged for white meat but didn't deliver. Upcharged us for 2 sides but failed to deliver. I ordered a 3 piece but they quit counting at 2. Come on guys. The colonel would not be happy. I'm not happy and neither will future customers. These boys need to be fired Do not expect anything but the lowest intelligent idiots in the state of Utah to be heling you with your meal. My suggestion: take a few more minutes and go to In-n-out. Sad lukewarm heatlamp food I'm so sad. I've giving this place second chances over the years, but I always get the same result. Cold limp food. If you took more time to cook food fresh to order and trashed food that has been sitting under the heat lamp sooner, it would make a night and day difference! I'm hoping management sees this and makes some changes regarding freshness. As of now, myself and others are just going to go to the multitude of other chicken places who serve fresh food. read more

Been going to KFC for years with my family. Always loved it. Except today, April 11 at 1:00, at this place. This particular restaurant wouldn't take my order. They wanted me to use some machine to order. I couldn't figure out how to use it so I asked for assistance. I was told I would have to figure it out. I tried. I asked nicely again for assistance to order through the machine. They weren't going to have that. And they wouldn't take my order at the counter. All I wanted to do was order some chicken meals for my family. They wouldn't have it, because I couldn't figure out the machine. So I went to Big Guys burgers and fries. Never coming back there again with such horrid service. You can keep your hellish machine to yourself. read more

The service was a complete disaster. We had missing sauces, wrong gravy size, and fries that tasted stale. To top it off, their drink machine was busted, so no large Pepsi and the staff was rude about it. Honestly, waiting even longer just to get a refund was the cherry on top of a pretty terrible experience. trying to call them is kind of a joke. The phone just rings endlessly, and when someone finally picks up, they'll just say the manager's busy, and you never actually get through to them. It's just pretty sad and frustrating, read more

KFC - The cook I ate him - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bountiful, Utah

This location is terrible. The almost always mess up my order or leave something out. Last time I got home and realized they left out half my order, I called and they said they would give me the rest of my order if I came back in. Went back in a few days later to get the rest of my order and the manager wouldn't even take 30 seconds to talk to me. Finally I left after standing there for a long time. (The managers name is Jeanna.) For the prices these fast food places charge, it is amazing how much they mess up on simple orders and how unwilling they are too take two seconds to comp you for a messed up order. (Two thumbs down!) read more

so yum I loved everything I ordered! service was great and very good. The ambiance was 10/10! love me some KFC!!

I ordered a couple of chicken pot pies online. The KFC website/app gave me a pickup window half an hour into the future. I waited 30 minutes, got a message from the app saying my food was ready, and showed up during my pickup window, but my food wasn't ready. I spent five minutes trying to flag down an employee behind the counter, (there was nobody at the register) to ask where my food was. When I was finally able to speak with someone they said "Pot pies take, like, 20-25 minutes to cook." So I had to sit in the lobby for an additional half hour while they cooked my food. Really disappointing and unprofessional experience. read more

We stopped here for a bucket of chicken enroute from Nevada to Montana. This was a total waste. $37.88 and 10 miles down the road we find barely edible chicken, and only 10 pieces, a large side missing and a bucket of sift drink missing. This is the worst KFC ever. What a waste of money. read more

Super super super super slow! 25 minutes to get an order and we are the ONLY people in the store.

Our local KFC in Bountiful, UT, still has pretty good original chicken, but lately it has become much too expensive for our family. A bucket of chicken for over $25??? And then if you add sides, it's another $20+! Today we bought our usual bucket and a large side of coleslaw. Immediately we could tell the taste of the coleslaw was different than ever before! It was just okay, not as tasty as usual. WHY CHANGE THE RECIPE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS?????? We are extremely disappointed, and probably won't go back for awhile, if at all. Not a wise move, KFC! read more

love the food, the customer service at the Bountiful location is always 10/10! KFC famous bowls are our favorite to-go meals!

Right after the store opens, I went to the drive thru and ordered my usual. 5 fill-ups. The service was lightning fast. I suspect that they were heating up the chicken instead of frying a new batch. It took under 3 minutes to receive my food. Now, I don't know how the food industry works but I wouldn't mind waiting for my chicken to be fried for 10 minutes. I guess I should've gone up front than in the drive thru and receive a heated up chicken from last night. Food taste good, but just the thought of it makes me uncomfortable. read more

I see the low scores but my visit tonight was great. Friendly staff, quick service and KFC chicken just the way it should be.

Amazing Managment!! Amazing service!! Amazing staff!! Yummyyy food I love the mashed potatoes and gravy with a side of Mac and cheese

Well, after not having stepped in a KFC for about 12 years, we have ordered twice from this KFC in Bountiful, UT. And twice, they have shorted us on our bucket of chicken - both times our family buckets were short one piece. That wouldn't be a big deal, but the wings and drumsticks in the buckets were TINY, so when you're missing an additional piece for a quick meal for your family, you really miss it. I think this will be our last visit to this one or any other KFC. The original recipe would still hold up if it were thicker and cooked to a crisp on the pieces. As it is, the breading is thin and the skin is too soft - gross! On the bright side, our little dog got a treat when we cut up all of the soggy skin and dumped it in her bowl - she's definitely a fan! I gave this restaurant 2 stars because it's clean, but that may all it has going for it. KFC used to have something, I don't know, the original recipe, and crunchy recipe, and the sides had flavor, especially the cole slaw. Now it's just a shell of itself and I know we won't choose them again for a quick family dinner - not at the price you pay and what you get for your money. read more

Out of all my years of eating fast food, this is by far one of the most run down and dirty facilities I have EVER been in. It smells putrid and there is dirty liquid on the floor. Not to mention the customer service was awful, we walked in being the only people in the facility and waited at least 5-7 minutes before someone even came to the front. When someone finally came to the front she was having a conversation with a co-worker. Every single table was dirty inside to eat at and ended up having to wipe down my own table. The smell in here made me sick to my stomach and loss my appetite. Can definitely say I will never be coming back here. read more

Well once again, I get what I deserve for walking through the door. This place is horrible. The service is horrible for my experience. I'm sure other people are going to say it's OK for me. It was horrible. The floor was soaking wet with. I don't know what problem the coleslaw was as dry as a popcorn fart I guess they don't know how to mix it when it's just been sitting there for 12 hours, the chicken stunk like chicken the best part about my meal was the drink because the employees didn't have to touch it. I asked my wife if I could put in a request to never come back here again please I'm begging please don't make me come back here. You get the $20 fill up or whatever it was called supposed to come up with four different sauces we got one sauce, the other three were open oozing out the side just a horrible experience and I swear about a year ago I said I'd never come back so I don't know why I walked to the door this time. So I hope to never see another KFC as long as I live, just my experience go see for yourself maybe it'll be better but for me it was horrible. Oh one more thing. I'm not sure where the music selection came from but they need to turn it off or turn it down. That was way so bad so bad I think they they bought the cheapest radio they could get what you pay for I guess the same can be said for the service and my food he get what you pay for! read more

Bountiful, Utah KFC. March 12,2023. I clicked on the menu tab on the internet. The menu listed 8 piece chicken bucket for $10.00 and 8 piece chicken tenders for $10.00. I went through their drive through and placed the order. when I got home I saw my receipt stated $40.00 instead of $20.00. I called and was told it was an online special only. The menu did not state online orders only. I was told I could come back. I went back the next day w/receipt. The district representative told me they could not refund the difference. He stated the store does not produce the ads. I asked if he read menu on the internet. he said No. He said corporate does the marketing. He basically blamed the corporation and did not take any responsibility For my issue. I did register a complaint with the corporation. Received email acknowledging they received the complaint. I wonder if I will ever hear anything more. Please be careful with any of their ads or coupons. I will not return to any KFC. read more

I came for, guess what, chicken. Like is often the case, they're out of... chicken. All they had were breasts. "Sorry we don't have any drums or thighs" I said "this is like a pizza place being out of pizza. You guys only do one thing and that's chicken. How can you possible be out. It's a Monday night, not Super Bowl Sunday" (reminds me of when I went to Dunkin Donuts for a donut and they were out of like 90% of what was listed on the menu... anyway) So to make it worse he says "well we close in 15 min so it would take too long to cook stuff again before we close" "Then close when you're supposed to close and cook stuff while you're open" How can a business work like this? "Here please take my money." "No. We're open but we choose not to give you what you come here for, so, too bad". Your employees are turning away customer after customer! read more

KFC chicken was a summer staple growing up but as the brand struggles and tries to find cost saving measures, I find I don't enjoy it near as much any longer....or maybe it is just this location. First, every order has at least one mistake. Second, it now appears that as part of their latest cost saving measure, they no longer include condiments, including butter for the biscuits, unless you specifically ask...this in addition to their previous cost saving measure of not including napkins or silverware. For feeding a big group, KFC is still a nice option, as Chic-fil-a doesn't have a "bucket" of chicken, but unless KFC makes some changes soon, I will find other options that provide better service and food. read more

Can't ever seem to get a fork or napkins - whether it's a single meal or for 20 or so people at work. Biscuits are doughy and food is just not quality taste for KFC. I've tried original, extra crispy, and just takes like chemicals. I even got an iced tea today (but no ice???). I'm Switching, and work has started getting food from Popeyes. Where to start with this location... From the manager to the two-faced employees - run very far from this location. The manager has no clue how to treat people, she has a reputation of being a real winner... and I am not being nice with that phrase. How someone can be so decent in an interview and turn all *****y after that is beyond me....., but that is the reputation of this manager. The employees won't say a word.. they just praise GOD when she is gone - and oh, just deal with it - she'll be gone in a year or so... So you treat people like crap Heidi, because you think you can - in this "position" of yours??? Oh... and as you read the other comments - trust me, Heidi blames this one and that one, and another one before she will look at herself for any issues or blame. Obviously she can't run a store right - obviously people don't like her store and obviously KFC doesn't care... So take your money elsewhere guys! read more

Well I just like to say thank you for these skin tenders, no spoon for my coleslaw, And the derogatory demeanor and comment that was made (when you all thought the window was shut) about my profession as I came through your line in uniform. Since it's crystal clear that you don't support any kind of Law enforcement or Security, and allow people to work make derogatory comments towards them? I will never ever visit that place again.
