    Cheddar Brats - SO good!
    Hannah S.

They certainly live up to their name here - these were definitely the best corn dogs we ever had!! On my last Utah visit, my son and I were exhausted after couch shopping for him and we saw this pop up truck in one of the furniture store parking lots - we were SAVED haha! We grabbed a couple of cheddar brats and they were sooo good!! Definitely not a health food - but for sure some comfort food lol. The breading is tasty - just what you'd want in a corn dog. A thin layer of crispy on the outside and velvety soft batter on the inside. The brat is pretty substantial and has a decent sausage-to-cheddar ratio. Very delicious! The corn dog prices seem a tad high but the quality is definitely there. The chips and drinks are very reasonable though. PRO TIP: bring cash bc there's a fee to use a credit card. The staff are absolutely lovely - so friendly and eager to chat! A great little pop up in the area - highly recommend!

The amazing smell of batter and honey pulled me here as I was leaving the grocery store. Despite having a trunk full of goods, I had to experience the worlds best corndogs. Since I'm not very fond of hotdogs, I accepted the cashier's advise and got the halfsie. I have to say, this was the best corn dog I've ever had--the warm honey drizzled with mustard was absolutely mouthwatering. The drawback is that it is not located in Southern California.

My family is OBSESSED! My sister thinks these are even better than the ones found at Disneyland. Every time I go get one, I always tell myself they can't be that good just to keep by expectations low, but then the corndogs are always the perfect combination of crispy batter on the outside and salty hot dog on the inside. Wow. You will every so often start to crave these corndogs and find a need to figure out where exactly these food trucks currently are. They offer you different condiments to put on the corndog. In my opinion the honey is the perfect dipping sauce for these corndogs. You will revel in every bite. I split a foot long with someone and could have easily eaten one by myself. Follow them on Facebook to see where the food truck will be traveling that week. These are the real thing. You will not find a better hotdog in the city, state, country, maybe even the World!

Truth in advertising! Not gonna lie, hands down the best corn dog you've ever had. Crunchy and sweet on the outside, fluffy and delicious on the inside. Definitely get the honey on the outside. The cheese sticks are also phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I don't know if this is the world's best corn dog, but it is definitely the best I have ever had. If you like honey, I recommend adding it.

The batter was good, nice and crispy, and the honey drizzle was a nice touch.. wish we would have tried the cheddar bratwurst. The halfsie just seemed like a generic hot dog, the footlong wasn't much bigger and was in all likelihood a Costco hot dog. Overall they were good, but I wasn't blown away.

These are indeed good corn dogs. The batter is a little lighter, sweet, and crispy on the outside, but doesn't have a ton of cornbready flavor. When it comes to hot dogs and corn dogs, the ratio of processed meat product to breading is of the utmost importance and the foot long corn dog (more like 9"-10") is a very thick and meaty, ahem...wiener. However, I don't think it runs afoul of the ratio rule, as it was still very enjoyable. The other issue I've sometimes run into when ordering a corn dog, is the fried-frozen nightmare. Some restaurants of ill repute will take a store-bought frozen dog and fry it, I kid you not! This leads to a crispy outside but mushy, soggy inside. Any establishment that does this should be banned. There are no such crimes here. How to get the most out of your WBCD experience? When you order, they ask if you want honey...now, pay attention here...I'm a traditionalist and usually only have them with mustard, but, get the honey and mix it with the mustard, and it's really the best of both worlds. It's very good. Was it the "world's best?" Well I'm still partial to the more cornbready kind you get at the fair, but it is a very good corn dog, and I would be happy to patronize this mobile establishment again soon.

I went here twice in one week and was totally ok with it. I got the half this time, and the honey on it is just so good.

My plate even came with a side of some of the best teriyaki sauce I've ever tried to be honest and let's not forget the Mac Salad. Executed to perfection. Hawaiian Mac (DONE THE RIGHT WAY!) Ahh unfortunately it was a let down :( I think I may have set really high expectations. I ordered the pork sandwich, mac salad, and spam musubi. I review restaurants with my OAT method: O= Overall experience - It's a food truck that had benches and chairs, but no umbrellas. It was super hot out and would have been nice to have some shade. We ended up waiting in a car and they just delivered the food to us. A= Appearance - It all looked super yummy! T= Taste - The pork was good, but the only downside with the sandwich was that the bun got soggy fast. I LOVE spam musubi, but this one had a greater ratio of rice to spam. Personally, I prefer it to be more even or spam heavy. The best part of it is was that it was hot and fresh! The mac salad was my favorite! A little trick I like to do for my mac is ask for a side of teriyaki sauce and mix it in.
