When tipping is no longer my or others choice, don't be surprised customers are going to feel indignant. Cubby's system, at least at this location, is automatically set to give a tip. Make sure you select "no tip". Yes- I agree, I should've made sure, but it's set to give a tip as you're about to check out. A more appropriate approach is to have the system set at "no tip". This allows the customer to determine if "the service" provided was sufficient to be rewarded a tip. Lastly, I didn't feel it was appropriate to walk up to the staff and say, "I want that tip refunded"... as they're making my food.

It was plentiful over both their smothered fries and in taco and burrito form. Asada was too tough and low on flavor. Al pastor was better flavor, but not saucy enough, and also tough. Salsa bar was clean, salsas just okay but better than the canned stuff you get elsewhere. Service was fine for fast food, communication easy. But good luck pulling napkins out of that damned dispenser of theirs. After all these years, I do still love that simple but tasty guac they smother everything in.

My husband went for the turkey avocado, and I had the deluxe vegetarian and both were delicious. My only complaint is that sometimes the avocado isn't always green but it's hard to get it always fresh. Of course, we can't leave without cookies! This time we shared the glazed sugar cookie, mint brownie and classic chocolate chip. All were amazing. Pro tip: starting in November they'll be adding seasonal cookie flavors like gingerdoodle, frosted doodle, and even pumpkin-shaped cookies. Now if only they'd open a location in California!

After my husband picked up our food, when trying to leave, we were blocked in by the cars waiting in the drive-thru line. It was such a pain! The employees at this…read morelocation, specifically the gentleman with red hair, are incredibly rude and disrespectful when under pressure. I was assigned to pick up and deliver a cheeseburger and fries from the bountiful location, they were very busy. I let them know what the name for the order was and was told it would be out in a second. I waited patiently with around five other doordashers that had been waiting for over 20 minutes, and watched as some lady's order got taken by the wrong person. She came up to the counter a few minutes later asking where it was, the employees just told her to hang on. She waited for a good 15 minutes before they brought out a new order. I was asked a few times to repeat what the name was for my order, each time being told "it'll be right out", and then another 5 minutes go by and the man with red hair tells me my order has been picked up by someone else and there is nothing they can do. Even though I had watched them replace and comp the lady next to me's order. I asked him what I was supposed to do, his tone became condescending and he told me to just click the button on doordash. I was frustrated and trying to understand why he couldn't just remake the order like he did for the other customer, I mentioned that I had just stood there for 30 minutes and his only response was "that's not my fault, bye" in the same condescending and belittling tone. I was shocked for a second before I turned and walked out. I understand being busy and stressed out but I will never understand speaking to someone like that. Will never suggest eating here.

He saw In n Out on our way to Target so of course we had to make our way in. He finally found something that sounded good to him. I really wish I can remember the gal's name who helped us. She was so sweet! She greeted us with the best smile. She helped my husband with his order. He's picky and didn't want all the extras on his double double, he's a simple kind of guy. We got all checked out and chilled in the dining area. It's so weird sitting inside this venue. It's so chill and cool. Our In n Outs back in Idaho are pure choas. It was nice to be able to find a clean table right away. We didn't have to stare awkwardly at guests to see if they are almost done eating. It was truly a refreshing experience. My husband polished off his double double. It was perfectly made. The fries were a little cold but he didn't mind. He enjoyed the main attraction. I asked him if Utah's In n Out tasted different from Idaho's. "It tasted the same". I think that's a great thing! Gotta love consistency. My husband had one last great lunch in Utah before we hit the highway to head home. Thank you to the sweet gal for helping us. I don't know if we will be back to this specific In n Out again but if we are by chance in the area, I'm sure my husband will want to make his way in again.
