What a waste of money. Multiple workers were seated in the restaurant on computers and chatting, while one worker served the food (aka: slapped it together). The soda fountain was out of 3 different sodas and one lemonade, yet did not have signs posted saying so. I would not have purchased a drink had I known that the 4 best drinks were out. It's been a long time since I've been to chipotle, but since when do they use jarred roasted red peppers instead of grilled bell peppers in their fajita veggies? Is this supposed to be okay? I LOVE Chipotle. We eat here a couple times a month, but this location is just ok. We've been patient with shortages and COVID related issues, but still, every time we order, something is missing or one burrito is wrong. It's just part of our expectations now. Things are slowly getting better and I've noticed less problems. At least the food is always good and what we expect from Chipotle now. For a while the chicken was hit and miss and the rice was sometimes hard. The one thing that has stayed consistent is the lack of salt on the chips. There is usually 1 or 2 chips in the entire bag that are salted. It's been that way since we moved here on 2018. So weird. Lately, the chips have been bendy and taste stale. We like the variety of meats and like trying new ones, so we stick with what we know is good! read more

First, the workers seemed like they were being held at gunpoint. No happiness to be seen in those eyes. The portions are laughable, I got half a spoon's worth of steak in my bowl, and I could count about 10 small pieces of meat. I asked for a bit more please and he literally gave me ONE singular piece of steak more... What a shame. Chipotle has gone downhill and doesn't treat their employees with integrity, this has happened every time these last few years here. I am officially not going to go here unless life happens. Fresh food and good service, this Chipotle location is unbeatable. We ordered a burrito and veggie bowl when they ran out of fajita, so they gave us two free drinks on the house. They also piled the condiments on like a mountain on both orders. The fajita was fresh and the green peppers were so crunchy! Overall, fantastic food and service. read more

Clearly I'm not the only one that has had an experience with rude employees at this location. I have been to this location 4 times and every single time I have had a horrible experience with the employees. For one, I have stood there for over 10 minutes as the only person in line while they stand there and talk to each other without acknowledging me. Second, every single time I have come in here the employees are whispering about me in front of me and giving each other looks and rolling their eyes at me. If you're going to talk shit about a customer, at least wait until they leave the store. I'm not one to come on here and write reviews but it has been so shocking how I have been treated at this location. I will never be coming back here. Food is what is expected at Chipotle. It's okay, nothing to write home about. I ordered the macro bowl and had 6 of the lettuce cores in my salad. Sometimes you're hankering for a delicious burrito - and sometimes - you randomly find a gift card for Chipotle's that you need to use. If the former, you should really drive somewhere else. To be fair, it's not a horrible 'burrito' (not good by any means), but honestly, if you order a steak burrito (with extra steak), you should be able to enjoy a bite or two with steak in it - again, just one man's opinion. I know, I get it, it was 'free.' no reason to complain. 7/26. Had food poisoning at this location maybe 6 months ago but decided to give it a try again. Probably not the smartest move but I was in the mood for some Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl and the young worker gave me about a half scoop of every ingredient. I asked for a double portion of chicken after dying on the inside looking at the tiny scoop she put in my bowl. I paid 14+ for what seemed to be less than a regularly sized bowl at any other location. It's not a big deal in my opinion considering the miracle it is that food chains can hire food service workers at such a low price, and feed me food that I am extremely grateful for. The only reason I'm writing this review is because when I sat down and started eating, the taste was extremely subpar from what I'm used to at other chipotles. Idk if the ingredients had been sitting out for too long or it was not cooked properly but it was not good. Overall not the best chipotle experience. Safe to say I will not be returning. read more

Last time we were there, they tried to serve us brown guacamole and acted annoyed when I told them I changed my mind. The first time I went there I got the burrito bowl. It's great. The meat is incredibly tasty and the service is wonderful. The only problem is the meat portion. They seemed to skimp on my bowl and it turned out to be nothing but rice and beans which is fine but for the price I expected a little bit more meat. I love Chipotle because: (1) their food is non GMO (2) their CEO (Steve Ells) doesn't serve pork in his stores, because he doesn't like the inhumane way porks are raised in the US (3) food is so delicious, and (4) employees are nice to customers.
