Absolutely love this burger joint. i go here with my family for lunch every few weeks and the food is phenomenal most of the time. the wait for food is really not that long and it's got plenty of seating. sometimes though, the fries will just straight up be cold for some reason. i really recommend the "supersmash" burger and the Oreo shake and sometimes they have a "shake of the month" and if it's the raspberry shake then i definitely recommend that. read more

Tonight was our family's first visit to Tonyburgers, and it did not disappoint. Service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh. Everything, including the fries, was clearly made to order. The food itself was excellent and easily rivals similar burger spots. I had the Smashburger, and it was the best smash burger I've had. It was hot, juicy, and perfectly balanced with the Wasatch sauce and pickles. My wife and kids ordered the Tiny Tonyburger meals and all enjoyed them. The fries are made in-house and were very good as well. We will have to try a shake next time. We will definitely be back. read more

Tonyburgers used to be one of our date night spots when we lived in Salt Lake, granted it's been about 6 years since we've lived by a location. So on a cold Monday night we saw ourselves seeking the comfort of a cheeseburger and some fries. I have laryngitis at the current moment so my husband had to order for me. That's fine but the problem was half the menu was missing with the prices of sides. I ordered a Big T Tony's southern, my husband ordered a smash burger, and this is where things got pricy the onion strings and the fries. Pricing is crazy for the items, I get that everything is more expensive everywhere but yeesh 45.00 dollars for two drinks, two burgers, fries and onion strings seems steep, but from what I remembered the quality was great so nothing to worry about. The kids working were so nice and tried to deal with the technical issues with their menu but nothing worked. They also gave us large drinks for the price of mediums which was very kind of them. On arrival though I was immediately disappointed with a few items, my burger was cold but at that point I was so hungry I didn't have the luxury of caring, I mean the patty seemed like it just sat there. The cheese wasn't melty the onion straws were cold. Again my bad for not saying anything. The super smash burger was hot but the patties were more meat essence than actual burger meat, my husband hated it and so he asked for a new burger. The Ol' reliable was great, it was super fresh and miles above the first burger. What a difference. The fries are amazing literally untouchable by most fries in the area they are that good. The onion stings were cold like they were cooked and no one wanted them. Overall our experience with the workers was great they were very kind and understanding. I just wish I didn't have a cold burger but that's my bad. I don't know if I would go back or not. The price and the cold burger tell me most likely not. This was my first time at the Centerville Tony Burgers, and honestly it was kind of inconvenient. They don't take cash at all, which was frustrating since my group all had cash that day. I really think they should have options for all forms of payment. The burger itself was good (as always), but the fries seemed a little old, which was disappointing. The inside of the restaurant was also really hot -- not sure if the AC wasn't working, but it made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. On top of that, the dining area looked a bit dirty with tables and the floor not cleaned up, though it was during rush hour so maybe they were behind. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Overall, I'd give this visit about 3.5 stars. I'll probably just stick to the Tony Burgers closer to my house since this one wasn't really worth the hassle. read more

I'm a sucker for technology, so whenever I see a clever use of it, I'm excited to give it a whirl. Which is just what happened recently when I visited this location with a couple other folks. We were a bit strapped for time, and when we saw the line of about 10 people deep, we were hesitant to stay. But then my friend spotted a self-serve kiosk where we could place our order immediately. There was a sign that said if you were using coupons that you'd need to see the cashier, but we were not using any. I wonder if all the people in line had coupons or were just more comfortable placing their order with a person. Either way, it worked out well for us. The food was good, as we've come to expect from Tonyburgers. I really do love their burgies and fries. I also appreciated being able to fill my own soda cup so I could get a refill. My only complaint about my visit was the heat. Holy Hell was upon us as the sun beat down on the window, turning up the temperature in the dining area to an uncomfortable level. If I was this hot (I usually run cool), I can imagine how the employees must feel as they are scurrying about in the hot kitchen. read more

My family of 7 ate here on Saturday afternoon. We really appreciate the fact that they offer vegetarian options. The line went fairly fast to order. We love all of the options to really personalize a burger! The burgers were delicious and the fries are really good, although a bit greasy. As you can see, manager acknowledged my review. If they understand the frustration with being asked to tip before receiving our order, then why do they do it? And rather than take responsibility for the cold food, throws it back on me asking if we made staff aware. We had a showtime to make and did not want to be late. I did make them aware through a review, but nothing has been done to address the poor service. I should not be "impressed" by very basics such as not being put in an awkward position at the register, not having to clean our own table before sitting down and receiving our meal hot. read more

Tried for the first time. Overall, it was an average place, nothing great and nothing bad. Burger was good overall. Both our buns were borderline cold which was weird but the meat was warm. I'm a fan of a warm and preferably toasted bun. Maybe was just out of fridge or something f but was weird. Fries were fresh and better than in and out fries (but their fries are truly sad) but didn't blow me away. All in all seemed fine but I probably won't be going back anytime soon. read more
