Dominos made up for it at this location. This time around was great. When I called them on the phone they were short staffed and gave accurate expectations as well as were very couteous. Keep it up read more

I want to like this place as the people are nice. Every other time we come into this place there is an issue with timeframe, being unable to make the pizza in a timely manner, long lines to wait to pick up pizza and today's issues is being unable to pay. I canceled my order and moved on. Will probably try a different dominoes in the future. read more

Update it's been over a week and still ZERO REFUND AS PROMISED! Do not come here!! It's amazing how a manager can tell you one thing and promise it to be done the next day if the transaction didn't fall off your account. Well it didn't I still was charged did not receive my food and no refund yet! read more

This is the worst Dominos i have ever seen and I will never order from them again. We have waited for more then two hours for our food in the middle of the week. When I called them they rushed me off the phone said my order was almost ready they didn't even know who I was and obviously lied to me and then Hung up the phone. I will never get Dominos again. read more

We waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then called domino's to see where our delivery was and it had not only NOT been sent yet. But the order wasn't even started !!! It was an order for 2 people. It totally wrecked our night. And the clerk acted like it was no big deal. She was quicker to cancel the order and get me off the phone. Rather than offering a solution or letting me speak to a supervisor. This was a Wednesday evening NOT FRIDAY OR SATURDAY!! Don't chance it. I got burned for everyone else. Good luck !! Can anyone recommend a good pizza delivery place???? read more

Reading old reviews got me curious about if the wait was really that long so I set a stop watch. They gave me an estimated 10-15 minute wait time and they got it to me in 11 minutes! Not only that they got it to me hot and it tasted delicious! Definitely coming again! Thank you guys for the happy meal ! :) read more

I recently placed on an online order for delivery. The order took more than 2 hours to arrive (original estimate when order was placed was 35 minutes). I tried calling the location multiple times but got no answer. Corporates resolution? 50% off my next order - never mind that because I had no idea after the first hour if I would ever get my pizza that I ordered something else for my family and that they would t have ate the pizza after 7pm anyhow. Absolutely unacceptable and they have lost my business forever! read more

I would give this shit hole zero stars if I could. Somehow our order the other night was burnt to shit and still arrived cold because it took the guy 40ish minutes to bring it to us. Dominos tried to make it right by giving a 50% of coupon but after giving them a second chance our order has been in the queue for over an our without them even starting it. Stop ordering from this place so it will shut down and something useful like a bakery for dog birthday cakes can use the building. read more

honestly I liked this place until I walked in and saw a big cockroach on the ground waiting for pickup. makes me wonder if they know and where else they're hiding read more

I found out that this store was under new management so I had to give it a try again. BEST. DECISION. EVER. For a fast food empire this store takes the cake compared to most other dominos I've been to. If you're a pizza fan I'd go here! read more

Don't order from this place. Wings had no sauce. Called to get a refund. They said no and that they'd send me a new order. Didn't get my phone number, and I didn't call from the number on the app. Tried to complain on the app and they offered me 20 % off my next order. You ruined my dinner and only want to give me a small percentage off my NEXT order? Why would I order from this place again?! read more

Terrible experience! The gentleman was really nice and accommodating but the girl working there ignored me then got upset when I got my own receipt. She did all of this while drinking her soda over and near the pizzas and her mask was on her chin/under her nose the ENTIRE time. She also complained about me "standing around" to her boss I'm assuming...while I was still in the store. Never again. read more

I usually love the Bountiful location but lately it has been pretty terrible. My last three orders were wrong and tonight was the final straw. My order was missing hot wings so I called and the dude said he'd rush it right over. An hour later I was delivered a hot pile of garbage. It obviously has been sitting out for hours under the heat lamps. Completely inedible. read more

Domino's Pizza - "Hot Wings" delivered 2 hours late - Pizza Near Me - Woods Cross, Utah

Gotten domino's a few times lately because they have a really good carryout deal. I love the pan pizza. Really good and fresh.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! While in town on a business contract for the media, I'd ordered a pizza last Saturday and it was NOT what I ordered. They offered me a credit... I accepted... and JUST called in for my replacement order TONIGHT at 11:40pm, only 3 days later, making sure I wasn't 'that guy' waiting until 2 minutes before closing. Because I was working on a project late at night, I'd DEPENDED on them for a late dinner since there's nowhere else open this late that I wanted... and KIRSTA (the so-called shift manager), claimed MY CREDIT ISN'T IN THEIR SYSTEM!!!! This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I'll NEVER rely on THIS DOMINOES PIZZA in Bountiful ever again!!! "THANKS, KIRSTA!!! I've been working since noon with a deadline and I'm hungry as a hostage and now I'm S.O.L. because your CS skills SUCK!!! Whatever they're paying you... it's TOO MUCH!" I'll be contacting the Dominos' head of PR & Consumer Affairs first thing in the morning AND writing a formal review via their top 3 sources on this being a FIRST EVER in absolutely HORRIFIC service from Dominoes!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I recently moved to the North Salt Lake area and have ordered from this Domino's Pizza twice. The first time I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich (I'm a vegetarian) and it had meat on it!!! I was pissed and threw the sandwich away. I also ordered the cinnamon bread twist, but I never received the icing. I figured I would give them a second chance and ordered a pizza, sandwich, and the cinnamon bread twist again. The sandwich literally had one piece of spinach and missing tomatoes and banana peppers! The cinnamon bread twist are dripping wet and sitting in what I assume is butter with cinnamon. This time I did receive the icing for the bread twist, but did not receive the side of ranch I ordered. I asked the lady that delivered my pizza if she had the ranch and she said i should have it because she remembers grabbing it. I am beyond pissed! I don't recommend wasting your time or money on this Domino's. In writing this review I got sick from the two slices of pizza I ate. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Plenty of other pizza places in the area. read more

I wish I could give this location zero stars. We ordered our pizza, and after an hour the app still showed they were making it. We tried to call the location to wait on hold almost 30 minutes before someone picked up. At that time we were told our pizza JUST went in the oven. No call. No notification that it would be so long. The employee we talked to offered three choices. 1- wait it out and get the pizza EVENTUALLY. 2- get a refund and no food. 3- get credits for two pizzas and a coke, but call in to use the credits, AND he tells us to call 1-2 hours ahead to ensure we get the pizza when we want it. AND THEN he asks us if we know anyone who wants to work for them because they are so understaffed. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Fast forward to when the pizza finally arrived... it was made incorrectly. read more

Worst customer service I've experienced. Had a worker eating in the back. Another one at the phone moaning and groaning about working,, she was being loud about it. They didn't have what I ordered on my first pizza I did online and didn't call me let me know, so I showed up and they had to make another one. Messed up on my card. Charged me twice then had to go back and refund and they charged my card again. Not a great experience at all. If you want pizza. This is not the place. The pizza itself was alright. Customer service just made it a bad experience read more

Do not order from this Dominos. It took over two hours to receive a pizza that the estimate was 61-71 minutes. A long time but it was a Friday night so I expected a wait-just not two hours. They have this tracker to watch the development of your pizza order. Mine didn't get started until 75 minutes after online ordering. Don't bother calling because no one answers the phone. Once baked the pizza did arrive quickly and was hot. Pan pizza was very good-regular crust cheese pizza not so great. Avoid at all costs unless you have a lot of time to wait and do not have a hungry family waiting. read more

Normally we got decent food here for a chain restaurant pizza place. I would give it 3 stars usually and that made us keep coming back and we always ordered at least $40 worth of food every time. But last time we ordered, all of our food was cold. The pizza dough was undercooked and when I saw our bread bowl I literally laughed out loud because I don't see how anyone would think it's ok to serve this. Some toppings were on the bottom with sauce just poured over the top. Definitely switching pizza places after that. Just shows how little the workers care about the food they're serving. read more

So we are currently cutting and microwaving our cold delivered pizza and cheese bread. Our extra large pizzas were "cut", more like perforated into massive pieces and crust is nearly non existent. We got these pizzas for free because our last order took WELL over 2 hours and was also sub par. This is ridiculous. We are now in the market for a new pizza place. read more

Ordered in the middle of the day (key: not late at night) and got my food quickly. Everything was accurate, ordering online is extremely easy and our delivery guy was cool. I'll continue to order Domino's, so long as it's not at nighttime near closing hours. read more

This place is awful service! terrible! Waited for one pizza for 2 and a half hours. Don't live far and it was good weather. Multiple times pizza has came cold. and tried ordering a pizza at night well before closing time and got canceled so tried again and canceled it again and tipped both times and didn't get refunded. This Domino's is consistently the worst place to order a pizza. Do NOT bother to try and call the store. I once sat on the phone for an entire hour waiting for them to pick up...and the the phone system hung up on me. I'm am currently sitting in the store listening to their phone ring constantly with them making zero effort to answer it. The only reason we have ordered here in the past is that my wife likes their Mango-Habanero wings. The last time we ordered via the app, and they delivered something chicken finger--ish with sauce on the side. Not wings at all. They didn't bother to call or attempt to ask for an alternative. They just delivered the wrong thing. The only reason that I'm sitting here waiting for food is because when we complained on the corporate website...the manager finally called my wife back and gave her a free pizza and wings. BTW...as long as I've been sitting here typing this on my phone, their telephone has been ringing off the hook with nobody bothering to answer. Unless you love Domino's Pizza...and don't mind incredibly poor service...just don't bother. I recommend Z-brothers or Zeponie (same family). Better pizza and far better service. read more

I did online order and delayed it so I could pick dinner up hot. I was 5 min late in arriving and it wasn't even started. They claimed another big order prior to mine and it would be another 15 min. I left and came back 25 min later and it wasn't out of the oven!!! I know they lied to me, I called BS and she didn't deny it. I would rather be told the truth. Nobody likes to be lied to! I will not be back even though we really enjoy the pizza. I will drive to the next city to pick up IF we feel we need their pizza BUT there are plenty of businesses wanting my money and I will try them. I DO love the Apple Store pizza more so I guess they get my weekly business from now on! You lie, you lose. read more

Horrible! I would rate less than 1 if possible! Ordered at 5:07 (mind you I assumed there would be a wait due to Football) tracker said order can out of the oven at 5:50 at 6:30 I called to find out where my order was. I was told it was just leaving for delivery. At 7:06 my tracker updated that my pizza had just left...driver arrived at 7:35. Pizza was cold and nasty- refused the pizza and called the store for a refund. I was asked what the problem was, and told I would be given a refund. NOT even an apology or offer to re-do my order. I'm disgusted. So much for customer service and pizza guarantee! read more

Pizza left the oven 50 mins ago..,but has not left the store yet. The store said they are busy, understaffed, and limited drivers. I get it, but if you can't fulfill the orders they shouldn't take them. It's leaving now (after I called) but that means an hour out of the oven before we get it. Frustrating. read more

Everyone looked good today and my pizza turned out great. I'm here to redeem this store from it's 1.5 star rating.

Horrible customer service. Waited 2 hours for our food. Hmmmm, called to order a pizza, and the guy that answered was very rude. No manners what so ever, and made me feel like i was begging for a pizza. Horrible service tonight. Our pizza took 1 1/2 HR to arrive and was COLD. Tracker wasn't working online, called the store and they didn't have an update. We ordered pizza at 8:00 pm and didn't receive it until 10:30, it was cold and disgusting. I will never order pizza from you guys again. The delivery driver got here was not apologetic and dropped our Bleu cheese (that we paid for) and didn't say sorry about that either. I am very ashamed! read more
