The genius working the window 1/19/25 at 2pm couldn't figure out the concept of sauces. Asked they for a reasonable amount of Arby's sauce (we were given 3 packs for two full sized sandwiches and fries) and when we asked for more they said "i can only give you 3 more." Like do these fckrs get a commission based on how few sauce packets they give out?? Can you imagine deepthroating corporate c*ck this hard?? Unbelievable. This location has the friendliest staff of any Arby's I've been to! That alone makes it a joy, but then there is the food, which although fast food, I prefer to so many other options. I also like that they don't make me feel odd ordering a sandwich with no bread. read more

Used to be a lot better. New employees seem less attentive and customer focused than their predecessors. I placed an order in the lobby today, and the cashier seemed more interested in her phone than taking my order. The food seems pretty identical to how it was before. The lobby has a couple of issues. The speakers, which play music, sound broken and staticky. The fountain machine has a couple of heavily leaking soda taps. If you get a Diet Dr Pepper, you will soak the floor. Drove in with a group of friends around 8pm on a cold Saturday. Drive through was busy but the inside was empty. There was plenty of parking in the private lot. We had coupons and were super indecisive but the staff was super friendly and patient. It was obvious that they have recently had a huge focus on customer service, because I felt super well taken care of. The price was great and they had reasonable add-ons for custom orders made by some in my party. The food came out faster than most of the surrounding fast food places, and was very satisfying. We had mostly the tried and true Arby's favorites, beef n cheddar, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. Will be back again when I get coupons or a friend wants to go and I'm in the area. read more

Really hit or miss. I've lived here for twenty years and have had some great service and food in the past. These past couple of years seem to be hitting hard as they closed early while we were in line (albeit late we were still there before closing) and they all hid in the back or something. The food here has been getting worse as well, they would benefit from doing the fresh fries thing Wendy's has going on right now. I actually like fish sandwiches at fast food places. Everywhere but Arby's in Centerville. It was room temperature, rubbery at the edges, and had been sitting out for a LONG time since it was cooked. I spoke to the manager about it, and I feel bad for her - cuz she had Tourettes (without the swearing). She said "I'm glad you liked your sandwich" and started to walk away. I couldn't tell if she was further dissing me or just didn't hear. I said emphatically, "I HATED it. You need to throw food away that's been sitting out longer than a half hour", to which she said "Sorry" and THEN she walked away. I couldn't believe it. I'm so frustrated, I'm going to start switching the channels when their stupid ads come on. I complained to corporate because I was in line before happy hour ended, but a long wait made me miss it by MINUTES. I was rushing to get to my ill brother in the hospital, so I foolishly opted for a "fast" dinner.) The Centerville manager called to say they couldn't honor happy hour even at 5:01 because of their computer settings. I said that this made me not want to return. His reply? He WAS going to "make it right" for me but... Nope. He did nothing but get snarky, despite corporate saying they make it right for every customer. So if a customer isn't pacified by the excuses, they don't get the courtesy of Arby's making it right. Clearly Arby's doesn't "make it right for every customer". Wanna see fast? That was light speed fast food. I ordered the #4 and a turn over. They took my name and gave me a cup. Awful. My sandwich had hardly any cheddar cheese in it at all. Looked like someone had spread it thin with a knife. When I asked for cheddar and showed the pitiful sandwich , the little dark haired short female manager told me it was "a full pump" of cheese and more would cost me 50cents. Couldn't see the cheese until I took the bread off. The pictures of the food are huge lies and the customer service was horrible. I will not return to this Arby's EVER.
