This business is truly amazing and everyone is doing their job from the manager right on down. I just went there around 3: pm to get our dinner (We eat early). I didn't know if the drive thru people could take cash so I parked an headed for the door. One of the outside people rushed to open the door for me and I entered. No wait at that time and a very pleasant cashier took my order. I had a few questions and he had all the answers. My wait time was less than two minutes. Great food, great service. We came here around 4:30pm on a Tuesday and there was no wait in line. We ordered our usuals and everything came out perfectly. I was impressed by how quickly our food came out. The estimated time was 10 minutes, but our food was ready in about 5 min. Even though the drive-thru lines were long, the inside dining area was only about 1/3 full. Parking was easy at this location. We sat on the east side of the restaurant to avoid the glaring sun. The music was quiet enough to hold a conversation without the dining space to sound too quiet. This location has a small play area for kids and we have seen young children enjoy their time in there in the last. Overall, a great experience and just what we expected from Chick-fill-A. read more

My experience at this location was great on Saturday. My coaches love CfA so I make an exception and go there on tryout days to feed them. I should actually thank the company for making such poor decisions, because if I weren't abjectly against eating their fantastic food, I'd eat there all the time. Then I would be way less healthy. Apparently online ordering is absolutely worthless with Chock fil a. I ordered breakfast beforehand to be ready when I came by. What they don't tell you online is that they won't process your order until you are there and if you miss the breakfast window (by 4 minutes) they will refuse to serve you. I ordered online specifically to prepay and have my order ready like every other restaurant does. This location is a nightmare. Chikfila staff need to take a note from innout workers and organize their drive thru/parking lot. People are blocking other businesses and wrapping their cars into 4 way stop signs and causing horrible traffic jams. I saw almost 2 car accidents in the span of 5 minutes and decided to leave. Workers here need to please help the people in the drive through make an appropriate car queue instead of overflowing into the starbucks drive thru. Never had any major issues here. The wait times can be long but it's fast food order ahead on the app. Sometimes the milkshake machines aren't operating or maybe when I tried it's because it's early in the morning and takes time to get going. This place is going downhill really quick. On my last visit, I ordered two sandwiches, fries and a drink. Pickles were put on one of my sandwiches, even though I clearly ordered no pickles, as indicated on my receipt. The fries were soggy and the box was only half full. This Chick-fil-A is a bad experience every single time. I work in the shopping center so this location is most conviennent otherwise I would never come here. I have come in at all times of the day, used the app, delivery, in-store and have been disappointed almost every time. I have had several bad interactions with Roland's bad attitude, nobody ever has service with a smile, and they consistently "lose" my order even if I'm 1/3 customer even there at 6am. If they were open earlier I would go to Canes for my sweet tea instead. However, this is a horrible location for getting in and out from the drive through. Even if you order online you're still stuck in horrendous traffic to get out, especially with the holiday rush. From the time I got in line, worked my way up to place my order, work my way around to receive my order, and get out onto the main road, it took me 45 minutes !!! Today I spend 19 minutes for my order to be corrected three times so here goes my review. I have been hoping not to have to write such a low-star review but I think giving someone multiple years to improve is enough time. Never have they gotten my order right. NEVER. Two stars for at least having nice employees but I really don't know what the kitchen people are doing to never get my order right for the 2+ years I have been going to these guys. This is a decent outlet of CFA. I'm generally a fan of this restaurant chain, and this one does have the trademark friendly, helpful servers as well as good, hot food. I especially like the fact that they asked me up front if I wanted unsweet instead of sweet tea in my Arnold Palmer. (Most don't, and you get a drink that has enough sugar in it to give you instant diabetes). I'm amazed that I was able to sneak in at 10am on an off-day. This place (like most in the chain) is jam-packed and has a double-lane drive-through to handle the traffic. That said, I'm not sure how they handle peak-time traffic. Based on other reviews I've seen, the answer is 'not good'. I ordered a 3-pack of the Chicken Biscuits and the Combo #1 - the mainstay sandwich, drink, and waffle fries. And wow...it took around 15 minutes for the staff to get this out to me when the restaurant was less than half full and the drive through was almost empty. The chicken biscuits are strangely dry and mealy, so I'd advise against getting them. However the trademark sandwich is excellent, and damn if the waffle fries are heaven's gift to potatoes. Average it all out and I'd give it 3 stars on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Waited twenty minutes for two chicken biscuits. Never got them. I was told that the kitchen wouldn't do it. I'm still waiting on my refund.

I want to first state that I live in Round Rock but this reveiw is for the 1890 Ranch - Cedar Park location. My wife and I used to like Check-fil-A until today! It's Saturday, 11-9-24 and I went by for early dinner. There's a traffic issue from order area to going around to the window. I ordered in the outside lane and the girl who took my order told me to move to the inside lane. The woman in the inside lane rolled her window down and said she had to get to my outside lane!! She said how weird is this?! After I got the food home, I could tell my fries had been re-heated (brown and greasy - -a major no-no in the fast food industry), the honey, pepper, pimento cheese sandwich that I had literally only had 3 small slices of jalapeno and maybe a teaspoon of pimento cheese (not exaggerating). My wife's mac & cheese was so dried out, she couldn't finish it. Too many things wrong here at this Chick-fil-A. Big disappointment! Probably won't come back! read more
