The food was so good, we went 3 weeks ago and the day before when we got to bend to visit our cousins.we saw a chick-fil-a and we where so excited but we needed to wait intill morning,and then the next day on the morning.we woke up from the hotel we stayed and then hit road and then we went to chick-fil-a.We got the nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich, and then it was so good.My mom said WOW this is so good, my whole family was complaing how good the food was and how they want to go again.next time we go to bend which is 4 hours away from where I live,we will eat from there again and try new things. read more

I've stopped going all together because twice now in the last 2 weeks I've become sick from their food. First was from something in the breakfast bagels I ended up in the ER with a form of giardiasis and chic fil a was the only place I had eaten out within 48 hours. Second was disgustingly slimy grilled nuggets. Literally dripping with slime. Threw them away after two bites. read more

Okay, the kitchen staff does not know how to read a ticket lol, ordered a medium fry and a deluxe sandwich, the order came without a bun for my sandwich, which I did not press, and they forgot my fry, which I planned on filling me up, paid $40 dollars for food I didn't get, you guys obviously don't know how to read, or else you woulda read the ticket, cause it says it right on there, make sure the people know how to read before they get the job, I feel that would be quite important. read more

Shame on you for turning truck drivers away! Your manager who wouldn't give her name said, because they were only 2.5 months old they couldn't offer the same services as the rest of the Chickfila. She then got very hostile and hung up! I called back and "new" manager on duty changed the story! What a wonderful time to starve our truck drivers! read more

People are very nice, efficient and fast. The food, I can't find anything I think tastes as good as all the hype.

These kids are great!! Always smiling and even if there's a line out the lot they never seem to look anything other than eager to get my order and get me going. Summer was particularly nice to me on Monday the 26th. All the staff are real nice, thanks Summer and the rest of the gang. Okay, so I was reading the other reviews. First off Chick-Fil-A as of 11-19 no longer donates to The Salvation Army or The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. So stop complaining and adding that to your review! So we went to get breakfast on Saturday morning. I was surprised to see a line at 6:20am. The staff opened the doors at 6:30 and were very friendly and welcoming. There were about 15 people ahead of me. I placed my order for two breakfast bagel sandwiches, a pack of minis and 4 hash browns. It took about 5 minutes to get my food which was very short considering the line. The staff were on it and were getting food out very fast. The restaurant was very clean. I know it's brand new but it was still very nice to see that they were keeping up with it. We had a Chick-Fil-A when we lived in Virginia. This location did not disappoint. The food was very fresh, hot and tasted great. If you haven't had them before please give them a try. You will he hard pressed to find a better chicken sandwich in Bend. read more

We were so very excited that Chick-Fil-A was as opening in Bend! We absolutely love Chick-Fil-As food and company culture. Every store we have ever visited has great manners "My pleasure", "Thank you" etc. Sadly, that was not the case with any Bend Staff. However, it was with the out of town trainers. We met a very nice door greeted from Atlanta-who was awesome. I'm giving it a 3 that I am confident can be raised to a 5-after the grand opening hiccups. The franchisee needs to make sure all his staff carries on thE Chick-Fil-A standards with employee etiquette as well as service. Overall they did a decent job during the 2 hours I was in line and waiting for my food. My food was good but I i could tell the deep fryer oil was not the freshest. Again, grand opening and insanely busy. While waiting in line, I heard a young woman with a toddler on her hip comment to what I assumed was baby Daddy" this line is because all the California people are here...". I was disgusted beyond at the outright discrimination against FELLOW AMERICANS CHICKA! If looks could kill-she would be a goner. I didn't say anything as my son was there. He heard it too and looked at me as he knew it would infuriate me. Sadly, It put a damper on our first visit. We will be back but hopefully to a bettter experience! read more

I've been three times since opening night (my wife is pregnant and from Indiana) and let's just say that they are still working out the kinks at this location. Definitely not on par from what you expect from a Chik Fil A. I had my first Chik Fil A when I was in the military and stationed in the South. I was so happy when I saw them at my next assignment in Southern California. But let's just say the Southern Cal locations are more courteous than Bend....and I can't believe that I just wrote that but if you've been going to Chik Fil A for awhile you know how it's supposed to be and it's obvious that is lacking here. Beyond manners, you know Chik Fil A are the masters of the drive thru and to go orders. It's liike you don't have to check the bag because you know they double check it and always get it right. It's that higher level of service you expect. Well they have messed up my order two of the three times now, and the one time they got it right was opening night when it was insane! (Thanks corporate) These last two times it was close to closing time and not even busy. I get home, eat, and discover they forgot my cookie man! I asked for a drink carrier and they give me one for two drinks and I had three lol. C'mon guys. Bottom line, I have faith you'll get it together, but you absolutely can't forget the cookies! read more

I have had an amazing chicken sandwich and just tried the new chicken mini breakfast biscuits. Those are really good. 4 to a serving and just the right amount of chicken to biscuit. I love Chick-fil-A a ton and have been a frequent visitor since the location opened up here in Bend, OR. It's very consistent and the service is top notch for fast food. A huge reason I go is to smother my chicken and fries in all the delicious sauce. I know how many sauces I need when I go there and don't waste it. I just did a mobile order and went to pick up my bag of food and had forgot to add my sauces to the order. I let the lady know how many and what kinds of sauce I need and she said no, o can't give you that many sauces. I have never in my life in many years been told that by a Chick-fil-A worker! Couldn't believe it. Other than that everything is great! I just want my sauce when I go. read more

Moved here from the east coast so I was excited to hear about a Chick-Fil-A opening soon. It finally opened and I was actually appalled with the service and the food. I'm familiar with the franchise and have never had any issues before. Maybe the person that was at the drive thru was having a rough day but she was very rude and my fries were cold. It wasn't just one time. Finally had a chance to see and taste. We went on a Thursday afternoon around 2:00. It was fairly busy but not over crowded. The drive through was pretty busy as well. My wife enjoyed the Chicken Nuggets while I enjoyed a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries and a drink. Both meals were very good. The chicken was very flavorful and NOT over breaded. The fries were not as hot as we would have liked, but still the same were very flavorful. Very clean (new of course) and the staff is very friendly and professional. Went there for the first time ever. The lines are still a bit long and about 25 minutes to get lunch but worth the wait.I'll be going back after they slow down I had the chicken deluxe. I'm being gracious with giving a one but truly I should be giving a negative. I ordered through the mobile app which is normally is amazing. Got to the drive-through this time they needed more time on our order OK. They told me to go wait in the pick up area for them to bring out the food. After 30 minutes I had to go inside the lobby And find somebody to talk to to get my food. They gave away my order. How in hell tarnation do you they do that when they told me to go wait in slot for. Not happy the manager waved it off and just gave me some coupon for the next time. There will be no next Time. This was their last chance and they messed up royale. If you're going to make somebody wait for their food out in the parking lot at least set a timeframe of 10 minutes or less. The fact that they gave away our food while I was waiting is horrid business and I bet once this review comes outThere will be others. With the major being careless is not OK corporate has already been in for. The lack of care and the lack of anything on the managers part is incorrect. They should have comped my entire meal.
