I've never had an issue at this Chick-fil-A before, but my visit a couple days ago was pretty disappointing. When I was inside ordering, an employee named Arrianna suddenly yelled at me after I asked a simple question about my meal. I haven't eaten here much but for a fast food establishment they take pride in their service and the quality of their food. I you door dash them and ask for condiments of flatware you actually get it. Im not sure what the employee model looks like to them but to me they must me a happy group of people to do such an amazing job. The chicken is not like anywhere else it seems so fresh and the nuggets are not a novelty they are a serious entree. im impressed with their breakfast sandwiches and their chicken noodle soup. also those ketchup dispensing things are perfect for eating in the car. anyway im a little critical of the service we get these days and they have impressed me enough to get off my butt and type this review. read more

In their defense it was close to changing from breakfast to lunch. but I still expect the food to be good. Decor was warm, light and bright. Plenty of seating inside and out. Appreciated the little booths. But nice to have seating outside on a nice warm, sunny day. The spicy chicken sandwich was good with pickles, original sauce, seasonings used to fry the chicken was well balanced. And there was spice but when I added the hot sauce it definitely ascended another level. The mac n' cheese was hot and cheesy. Great accompaniment. Kale crunch salad had a packet of roasted almond pieces to top it off with. The lightly dressed salad reminded me what you'd put in coleslaw. I liked it! Looking forward to the waffle fries but this was the only disappointment. It was not crispy but more soggy like it's been sitting there awhile. Maybe we got a bad batch. We'll see next time. Impressive how a place famous for "my pleasure" can't manage basic order accuracy. We were sent home with only half our food and nearly didn't even receive the portion they did get right. Realizing the rest was missing once we got home was the final insult. If basic competence were a side, they forgot to include that too. Next time, I'll just assume the menu is more of a suggestion. I'm a delivery driver, like the food and nice people. Driver almost always have to wait minimum 10 minutes and time cost money. One night after waiting 15 minutes and watch car after car go thru every minute I became so fed up I ask to see the manager and a young lad said I'm the assistant manager. I sheared my observation and he said the quiet part out loud, we prioritiz the drive thru and get to the delivery drivers when we can.very frustrated with this policy as delivery is a large part of there business, There has to be a better way fix it!!! read more

Every time we decide to go inside this Chick-fil-A I regret it and have to come to terms with I'm turning into "that lady". Every single teenager working there has a phone and it's most likely going to be pulled out every 10 minutes. If a worker orders after you, their order gets priority. Mobile breakfast order (biscuit meal) took 21 minutes to receive today. 4 other customers had to wait excessively as well during my time waiting. You need to review Chick-fil-A for what it is, a quick service restaurant. CFA happens to be a quick service restaurant that excels in everything that type of restaurant should accomplish. The food is consistent, delivered in a timely manner, and served with a smile. I stopped in today on opening day to see if this location was up to snuff (I'm from ATL orig and have logged more than a few meals at CFA over the years). At 11:15, the drive thru was almost backed out onto 97 and the line inside was almost out the door. Well, this team was ready. I waited less than 5 min to order and received my food less than 5 after that! I went with a orig number one and I'm happy to report that, even with the massive crowds, my fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly and my sandwich was def up to par. The (steamed in the bag) bun was soft, the chicken perfectly crisp and so juicy. If you're looking to bag on quick service//fast food restaurants, just stay away and a review here isn't needed. But if you're looking for best in class or already a fan of CFA, this location is killing it so far! read more

We were traveling through Bend on the way back to Seattle. A family member had worked there. He worked in the food industry at a couple different restaurants. He was disgusted by the food product in the kitchen. We decided to check it out for ourselves. The fries were served raw. I asked if I could have them cooked and I was told "no special orders." The chicken sandwich was dry and devoid of flavor. We ate about 1/3 of the food and then threw it out. We thought we were done with that restaurant. We were wrong. My family member went on unemployment during Covid. A couple of years had passed since he worked there. The owner of this Chick Fillet challenged my family member's unemployment and showed up at court. I noted that the owner had his work hours not exceed 29 hours. At 30 hours a company has to pay medical benefits. Was this a coincidence? I cannot speak for the other employees, it is just odd that his hours were just a hair under the trigger for benefits. We were blown away that the owner would appear in court to challenge my family member's benefits in Washington State. He made a fool of himself. It was weird that a restauranteur would take the time to go after a minimum wage worker dealing with Covid work outage. The result, the judge embarrassed him. My family member won and was awarded pay and a refund. It made sense why our food experience at this restaurant two years earlier was disappointing. Perhaps the moral fiber of going after a former employee a couple of years later and standards at the restaurant are similar. Only he knows the answer to that. What I can say is, the food was not good. His treatment of a former employee was not good. The court agreed with our family member, not Chick Fillet. read more

The survey does not work. I paid for my food at 9:18 am and ordered decaf coffee that they explained would take 6 minutes to brew, and I was asked if I would like to change my order? I said I would wait. The lady said she went to check the coffee, (but I think she went to start it.) This was in drive thru. I parked in the spot ahead and waited. I got my coffee at 9:35. 17 minutes to brew and bring out what was supposed to take 6 minutes. the coffee is very bitter. They brought my creams and sugar in a bag nothing to stir with. the lady ran back and got a stir stick that didn't reach the bottom where the sugar is. Overall? Not a worthwhile experience. I can't eat egg. I ordered the bagel with chicken and cheese and paid the full price as if I got the egg. My daughter got the lemonade. I got a large ice water. we drank down the water then added the lemonade, because by itself, the lemonade was way way too strong! All of the boxes mention "to dip it not to dip" but we were not asked or offered any choice My survey didn't work. I thought by leaving the survey, I could give feedback on poor service and remedy a few problems. instead, they somehow invalidated my survey. So maybe a yelp review will help? 1. decaf means I can't have regular coffee, i'm not changing my mind. 2. offer dipping sauces. 3. your stir sticks are too small to reach the bottom of the cup. 4. nobody wants to try to balance their Hot coffee on their lap in a car while adding cream and sugar. 5. you need more egg free options. or prices that exclude egg.
