The survey does not work. I paid for my food at 9:18 am and ordered decaf coffee that they explained would take 6 minutes to brew, and I was asked if I would like to change my order? I said I would wait. The lady said she went to check the coffee, (but I think she went to start it.) This was in drive thru. I parked in the spot ahead and waited. I got my coffee at 9:35. 17 minutes to brew and bring out what was supposed to take 6 minutes. the coffee is very bitter. They brought my creams and sugar in a bag nothing to stir with. the lady ran back and got a stir stick that didn't reach the bottom where the sugar is. Overall? Not a worthwhile experience. I can't eat egg. I ordered the bagel with chicken and cheese and paid the full price as if I got the egg. My daughter got the lemonade. I got a large ice water. we drank down the water then added the lemonade, because by itself, the lemonade was way way too strong! All of the boxes mention "to dip it not to dip" but we were not asked or offered any choice My survey didn't work. I thought by leaving the survey, I could give feedback on poor service and remedy a few problems. instead, they somehow invalidated my survey. So maybe a yelp review will help? 1. decaf means I can't have regular coffee, i'm not changing my mind. 2. offer dipping sauces. 3. your stir sticks are too small to reach the bottom of the cup. 4. nobody wants to try to balance their Hot coffee on their lap in a car while adding cream and sugar. 5. you need more egg free options. or prices that exclude egg. Absolutely disgusting food. Tried it two different times at two different locations. Never going back.

Food was fine but the restaurant was dirty and there was trash all over. They didn't have anyone out to clean the whole time I was there.

So how was the wait, you ask? We came by for an early lunch hoping to find it less busy but alas the drive through line was very long and inside there were 30 people in front of us. We found a parking nearby. That said we were shocked how quickly and efficiently the line moved. It took less than 10 minutes to place our order and then our food came our really fast. We had the chicken strips and sandwich. Overall the food was ok not great. But we were happy to stop by and support this business. We appreciated the letter to the editor in the Source magazine from the gay person who worked the company and reported how well he was treated and well run these restaurants are. Given the crowds it looks like a good start here in Bend too. read more

My family and I recently moved to Bend from Georgia and are VERY familiar with this franchise. I've been going to ChickFilA since I was 13. We waited until the initial wave and learning curve of a newly opened store to come by and give it a try. We were not disappointed. The service was good, prompt and our food was VERY good. Chick-Fil-A has tasty food and phenomenal costumer service. Today I realized that I forgot to put my wallet back in my purse once I was already in the drive through line and couldn't back out. I asked if I could pay via phone and they said that I could but that my meal would just be on them today! I was shocked and told them but it's for my family of 4! They confirmed that was fine and that they're able to give away so many free meals a month. What a kind place, it really made my day! Here's the thing...my wife LOVES Chick-Fil-A. For a fast food restaurant, they usually get 5 stars. As we were passing through Bend, OR around dinner time, it was a welcomed sign along the road. Then we went inside. They were out of items all over the place, the wait times were ridiculous, and it seems no one had ever trained any of them on how to make an ice cream cone. Then as we tried to re-enter the restaurant for a forgotten item, we found the doors locked 2 hours before closing time. A staff member came to the door saying they were closed due to short staffing. We then proceeded to eat our food outside and watch a LOT of employees working on putting up Halloween decorations inside. ?????? Yeah...not impressed. Enter at your own risk. Service was great even though they were over working the young woman at the order counter. Before the pandemic I would visit CFA in another city frequently and I was always happy with the chicken sandwich. But I finally visited the Bend location and my chicken was over cooked, too crispy and darker than I remember. If I hadn't been so far down 97 I would of taken it back. They focus all of their efforts on the drive through, and they neglect to-go and dine in orders to a fault. One of the best spicy Chick-fil-A sandwiches I've had in a long time. You could tell the peanut oil they use for frying was fresh, the chicken was seasoned just right and it was fried to perfection. The bun was buttered just right and the frys were cooked and salted to a T. Customer service was A+, the line flowed fast and smooth in the drive thru like it should. Absolutely the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. EVERY TABLE was filthy with grease, food and wrappers. The floor from the cash register though out the entire place was FILLED with food waste napkins wrappers. Used the drive-through for lunch during a road trip and service was friendly and efficient, as expected and the chicken was crisp and delicious. Just writing about it makes me want to go back again. Sat for over 20 minutes waiting for a pick up order for DoorDash. Called the store twice and nobody picked up so I went through the drive through and they said it was ready for pick up so I went to the front and had to wait till another order was called just for them to say that the order didn't come through all the way so instead of calling it out to ask about the order they just ignored it. They could've answered there phone or asked when I went to the drive through or called the order out and asked about it. Poor customer service. With all the hype it was exciting when they finally opened. We waited in line like everyone else and decided to try the breakfast offerings. I ordered the chicken bagel and hubby ordered egg biscuit we shared a order of potatoes. The two lines where order were do loud and close together that you could hardly hear anything the order taker was saying. We got our food and HELLO my bagel was BURNT the potatoes were so greasy I ended up sharing the egg biscuit that my husband ordered, and don't like biscuits. So we then thought ok lets try them again for lunch...HAHA throwing good money out the window again. I went there for dine in at 9pM. Drive thru line was very busy but no need to wait inside. I got the Spicy Chicken sandwich and it's great. Chicken has flavor and spicy and I put mayo and CFA sauce on the bun.. Waffle fries was pale and kinda cold. I hope the fries is slightly crispy but that's not a big deal for me. Like everyone else, we just had to try it. Something new in Bend. It is what it is, fast food. We stopped in before 10:30am one day to beat the crowds. There were only 2 people ordering in front of us and we were first in line, but they are so verrrrryyyyyy slowwwwwww taking orders. By the time we stepped up to place our order I counted more than 20 people behind us. The cashiers appeared clueless on what to do and even unable to answer simple questions about the menu. Gee whiz.... We ordered the basic/classic chicken sandwiches just to get away from the confused cashier. We sat down, watched and waited. We were amazed how many people came in and the amount of traffic in the drive-thru. It's interesting how they have condiments displayed at different locations in the restaurant. We saw several people just pocket what they wanted- a handful of mints in one pocket and enough ketchup and mayo for the next week or two in the other pocket. It was clear these weren't for their meal. This has to effect the overall price of the food and total operation. As for food, the chicken flavor was OK, but was far and away TOO SALTY for our tastes. We expected more on the sandwich, but realized it was up to us to visit those condiment stations, otherwise you just got a couple pickles on your sandwich. And we didn't really care for the drink refill experience. An employee comes and takes your cup, with no lid and "just hold on to your straw please" and walks through all the other customers eating (and coughing and blowing thier noses and talking and whatever else) and refills your drink, still with no lid, and makes the trek back through the germ-highway to give it back to you. There has to be a better way...... We will be back, no thanks, once was enough. read more

I will say the staff has gotten my orders wrong a few times though, pickles when there shouldn't have been, spicy instead of regular, etc. but they fix it real fast and it has not happened to me in the last few months. Ok Ok. I HATE crowds but with all the office talk about Chick-fil-A opening, I offered to go today for my co-workers who were very eager and excited to try it out. I myself have never eaten at a Chick-Fil-A before so I was a little excited too. I drove from the South side of town so was a bit of a jont. When I arrived, the drive thru was completely ridiculous, people were trying to cut through another part of parking lot to get in quicker, it was a hot mess. So, I parked closer to Crapper Barrel and walked in. It was sprinkling and lucky me, I got to wait outside because the line was so long! It took a good 15-20 minutes or so to get up to order, I had 4 separate orders so wasn't too much, stook around and waited for my order and back to work I went! When I got back to work, dished out the food to my co-workers and here's the bummer. They didn't give me the sauces which they asked me what kind I wanted, for my co-workers' nuggets), they didn't give us any straws for the 3 drinks nor did I get the sandwich that I ordered although my co-workers go theirs! Pretty disappointed but understand they are new and will have a lot of things to iron out although with ALL the employees they had working (and there's ALOT) there wouldn't be anything they could miss? I will say with the to go order, I didn't have to stand and wait very long, they got it to me pretty quickly (maybe because they were missing some of the order - LOL ) Not sure I'll try this place again, from the photo, we're not too impressed!! Called and manager refused to give a refund, she laughed and would only offer a gift certificate for another sandwich. We were visiting and have no Chick-fil-A near us, so that is worthless. I just went to Chick-Fil-A to give it a try. After waiting more than 5 minutes on the street to just get into parking lot, then waiting in line to order, some woman in a bronzy orange jeep cut in front of me. The woman behind me was mad after waiting & having some rude person cut in front of us. She got out of her car & headed to the woman who thought she was entitled not to have to wait online like the rest of us. I joined her to tell her we were all waiting in line. The order taker gal said she'd get her manager. The manager came out & said "he'd take care of us." That didn't mean a thing-we had to wait in line, behind the woman that cut in front of us that got her order before us. There wasn't anything special about Chick-Fil-A's food, just the run of the mil fast food. The waffle fries were barely warm, greasy chicken nuggets & the macaroni & cheese tasted like frozen Stouffers macaroni & cheese. I will not be back here. After the hassle waiting in line, a rude woman, awful food, there are other fast food choices without a rude, do nothing manager & waiting in line for so long. read more
