The food comes in different kinds of containers allowing for an easy order of different kinds of Asian foods. Inside you can see pretty easily into the kitchen which in ways can be entertaining. However multiple times when I have ordered from there they were out of rice completely. The staff is 50/50 because some can seem a little on edge sometimes while others are great to talk to. Not the best but not the worst. read more

Very disappointed!!! The drive thru gets a big priority and customers that go inside are almost entirely ignored! Staff running all around but no one to help walk up customers. I was waiting for chicken & string beans and the cook was breaking string beans with what appeared to be bare hands. I left. I am frustrated every time I go. I am not going to return here! read more

How does an international fast food location run out of food during the day? Bend, Oregon, on a weekend, in the summer and you actually ran out of Orange Chicken, the Chicken special and Kung P chicken. Either cook the food to order or have plenty on hand to serve when ordered. Whenever I see a kitchen looking at each other in confusion and frustration, I know ownsership and management are done. Pasting a hand written note to the door tells me management is not on site and does not care. read more

Great customer service at this location. The manager went above and beyond when I accidentally sent an online order to a different store. He helped me get it sorted out and gave me some extras for the trouble. The food was fresh and delicious. read more

I've been to this location a couple times and everytime I visit I get nothing less than amazing customer service greeted my way. Very impressed compared to other locations! read more

The food is alright, classic panda. My only problem is that they always give like... half scoops. Each scoop of chicken is like 5 pieces and they'll just do one or two. I like Panda Express because they give big scoops! This location absolutely skimps. read more

amazing customer service!!!! everyone was amazing and very polite!!! got us our food as quickly as they could and everyone was awesome!

I don't understand all the negative comments about this location. I'm in Bend at least twice a year and never had a bad experience here at this Panda. I've been there twice this week and the portions were huge and freshly made. I got Chow Mein (to those who complain about the veggies compared to noodles ratio, it's not spaghetti folks), Orange Chicken, and Teriyaki Chicken. For less than $12 for the bigger plate order, you really can't go wrong. All the employees are great AND did offer sauces! I also walked on inside to order this trip but I do remember last visit the inside dining room was closed. Everyone is having trouble hiring which is why the inside was closed, but drive thru was open. read more

I never thought I would write a review for a Panda Express but the service here was absolutely amazing! The workers are so generous with portions and are so accommodating-- even when they're super busy. read more

The orange chicken was all just crunchy dough without any juicy chicken. The teriyaki chicken tasted like 3d printed food.

Kyle helped us with our order and was extremely kind and friendly. His service was beyond our expectations. The food was fresh and the orange chicken was the perfect level of crispy! read more

I have been a loyal Panda Express patron for the past 15 years and have visited these restaurants in four western states. I found their food to be good and the prices were fair! Then I moved to Redmond Oregon and found that there was a Panda Express here. I have lived here approximately three months, and have ordered from Panda Express probably seven or eight times. In the beginning, the food was what I expected, but my last three orders have been extremely disappointing. My last order of today, I noticed that the chicken was way overcooked and almost burned I never got the things that I had ordered with this meal, such as utensils, napkins, sweet-and-sour sauce, and teriyaki sauce. I called Panda Express and they said that they were having trouble with one of their computers and that is why my mail was so dysfunctional. I wanted them to do something to help, but they would not! I tried to eat the burned chicken, but I had to throw most of my meal tonight away. This meal was so bad that I don't think I'll be contacting Panda Express again. read more

Ordered a family bundle with a large chicken teriyaki as one of the entrees. I asked for additional extra sauce on the side and instead I got a large entree of plain chicken with no sauce on it and no sauce on the side. The chicken is so fatty, there no way I am eating this plain. The sauce is literally the only thing that goes on this. It's ONE thing and it's the important thing. read more

Panda Express - Fatty chicken with no sauce. - Chinese Near Me - Bend, Oregon

Poor on almost every front other than customer service. They are constantly out of everything and often forget sauces and side entrees. Tables are often left dirty and I'm left to wipe them down myself. Seems like every time I go, they give me less and less food for what I pay. Every other Panda I've been to gives me much larger portions and the quality is far more consistent than this location. It's sad to see one of my favorite fast food establishments operate at this level. Save yourself the disappointment and just go to Chic-Fil-A across the street. read more

Went to the Bend Panda today. First time in a month. Wow what a crazy shrinking of containers I noticed. What was served to me is not at all the quantity of last month. What a rip off. Probably won't go back. Value is now no longer there. read more

I'm on the road a lot and I eat at Panda Express frequently. I come up to visit my sister in bend Oregon I decided to take her out for lunch she pregnant and wanted Panda Express as i frequently going to panda did not object. The Experience started out delightful a gentleman the door open for my sister and I we get to the front counter created with Smiles by Alazae great attitude ,great customer service.thank you Alazae Followed by the manager rudely barking orders and not allowing his staff to do their job . when the line wasn't moving fast enough he would reach across crossed the fresh cooked food trying to hurry the process up neither me or my sister were NOT ready.. we were tasting samples .we then felt rushed to make a decision on our food order and quickly pay for it . As we paid for our meal we ended up paying for an extra meal because the manager was not paying attention to what his job was , he was too worried about his team (co-workers) .. when I had mentioned something instead of taking responsibility he blamed his mistake on the staff working the line. Then the atmosphere became uncomfortable to sit down and eat .. the manager stared while we were trying to eat our food to the point where we couldn't even finish our food and we left to feeling of being uncomfortable. read more

Pretty sure this place gave me massive food poisoning. We had just moved across country and I was looking for something quick. Thought Panda Express has already treated me right. I knew immediately something wasn't right, but I proceeded to eat it anyways. About an hour later I was getting severe stomach pain. Woke up a few hrs later and violently vomited. Still dealing with the effects now. Would not do it again. Side note, this is probably the first review of ANYTHING I've written in at least 5-7 years. Please beware, this is not fun. read more

I have an in the closet weakness for Panda, even if I have had some bad experiences at other locations. This was my first time at this one, and we were super hungry. We were on our way back home to Eugene, it was getting towards the evening when everything was closing up shop, and on a Sunday. The line was long, we knew we would have a wait, but to be honest in these times it is like that almost anywhere you go now. And like I wrote above, it was late on a Sunday. Not many options left on our way home. We were actually closer to hwy 58, but we knew their wouldn't be many food options, so we decided to take Santiam Pass home to Eugene, and check out our food options in Bend. So we landed here. They were super busy, I thought they were going to mess up on our order because there was a slight language barrier with one of the employees who had asked what we had on our ticket. It's not like it would be an easy fix with a huge line like that behind you, and you can't really go up to them. The staff was very nice, and I felt bad for them because of how backed up they were. Thankfully our order was correct, and the food was very fresh, and delicious. It was actually one of the better Panda's I had been to in a while. So that was very refreshing. I hope some people learn to get some patience during these times, and realize things have changed, and it is not easy with all of the regulations. Everyone is in a rush, yes, but be patient, and thankful. read more

everytime I show up no matter what time of day they are out of Teriyaki Chicken, today it was dinner time and they quoted my a 25 minute wait. it's the high time of the day to eat and they don't have their number one item? they should be more prepared and think ahead with regard to preparing food during the peak hours. the employee told me to order something else. I didn't want something else, I made a special trip to get exactly that. I will be going elsewhere in the future. I understand the reason for 2.5 stars. read more

Thought I'd give them another chance after a year of opening, and I regret it. Waited 35 minutes in drive thru, still messed up order, In the beef n broccoli there was no beef, maybe 4 bites and a mountain of broccoli, rice sucks ass almost tastes like brown rice with salt. Noodles suck. Just close down and open something else already seriously lol. read more

I ordered through GH a big plate with chow mein, super greens, shrimp, chili crisp shrimp, and broccoli beef. My "super greens" were all broccoli that was turning yellow. So I got a lot of broccoli. The crusty shrimp was okay though kind of soggy by the time it reached my house, fifteen minutes away. The chow mein was okay. Everything smelled a bit off, like the grill oil hadn't been changed in awhile. The peach tea was tasty, though a bit watery after its 15 minute car ride. read more

It's inexpensive because it's cheap. It's cheap because of quality. Everyone inside runs around like a headless chicken and the way entrees are built especially for more than one person, nobody uses those cute little buckets anymore. Just for drive thru and fortune cookies. Food runs out quick here. Watch the local evening sherrif pull into the drive thru to get a quick meal, also barricaded so there's one entrance and one exit. You gotta commit read more

Today was the 3rd time (in over a month) that I've tried to come into Panda to get food. The lobby has been closed each time. I will not go to Panda again. I want to see the food & see who's serving me. I went to Chipotle across the road instead. Terrible business. read more

My kiddo has taken a liking to PE's Teriyaki Chicken and I am partial to their kung pao chicken, so for the last few months, we would have a Panda Express dinner once every other week or once a week at times. I can honestly say that service has improved and food is always freshly cooked. The $20 family meal which serves 3-5 people is definitely an awesome deal. The app is very easy and convenient to use. It's my preferred method of ordering instead of waiting in line at the drive thru which could get very long at times. It's convenient and pick up is a breeze. read more

We came here about 30 minutes before they closed. Selection was already to a minimum. The person helping us was trying to multi task with running the drive up. When we went to pay she took my debit card with her to the drive up and called another employee to ring us up. The food we choose was still pretty good but not the over all best experience for a Panda Express. read more

We go here all the time, but just walked out. Granted it was busy, mostly with the drive thru. The first person got it started, so far so good. Then the food just sat, sat and sat. The manager was coordinating people but no one paid attention to the backlog of food just sitting there. Or even acknowledged the problem and waiting crowd..we're now 3-4 stacked up waiting on someone . People ahead of us had one entree just waiting in the other, which was full...just needed to be scooped, and there they waited too. We spoke up so the first guy added an entree we had ordered to the plate and let it sit. Finally w just walked out. Who wants cold food after being ignored? read more

Pretty frustrating when I order through door dash they ALWAYS forget items! Paid $12 for 6 egg rolls and didn't get them at all.

Worst service! Register lady didn't know how to run debit card. We waited in the parking for 30 minutes for our drive thru meal last time my family will be going to this restaurant. #disappointed read more

We used Door Dash to bring us Panda Express. We spent $40 bucks plus tip. Half my food was missing, the veggies were hard, the rice tasted old and dry.. it was absolutely terrible. Very sad.. we are all under quarantine so we thought instead of cooking we would kick some money down to help the business still.. you would think they would go all out now with the food since no one is in there. We got no Soy Sauce, no fortune cookies. It was all just terrible. read more

It's a Panda Express. I'm not gonna bag on it cause it's fast food Chinese. Sometimes that's just what you need. I'm only rating it as fast food Chinese. Yeah, sometimes they're out of a dish, order something else. I like the chicken & green beans. Never order the soup. The employees were nice and the place was clean when I went. My shortest review. read more

Panda Express - Chicken with green beans and Beijing beef. Lots of hot sauce. - Chinese Near Me - Bend, Oregon

Do NOT come here if you are in a hurry. Every single time I come I wait over 15 min to be served. Including drive thru. Update: 6:49 pm on a Friday. 4 cars ahead of me in the drivethru this lady has been waiting so long at the speaker to order she actually got out of her car to look inside to see if anyone was working since she hasn't been helped yet. Line inside is getting pretty long too. Just a thought.... maybe get more staff to work this shift?! read more

They somehow managed to be out of orange chicken at 2pm in the afternoon. Not really sure how that happens as this is sort of what they're know for. read more

I shouldn't expect much from fast food Chinese, right? However, they are always out of food and they don't tell you...then they make you wait extra long after you've been through the drive thru. Terrible business tactics. Workers can't speak English and lack in customer service (Drive thru lady). I don't think I'll come here again. I would have rather gone to an actual restaurant with this long wait and crap service. read more

I get tired of the fast food merry go round. Urgent-tacos-pizza-sub...So a quick turn around the circular drive thru at Panda Express and you've got a different dinner menu and plenty to eat for about $8. Have you priced a burger fries and a soda lately? About the same, or more! No one will say Pandas food is excellent, but it is good. And better than most of the competition. And fast! Even if you're 5-6 in line, it's still less than 10 min. Friendly server at the window, and all the accouterments- soy sauce, chili sauce, got mustard, chop sticks, napkins. read more

Would not recommend this location!! Service was slow, and employees weren't pleasant. When handed our food, platters were placed In bag vertically causing the food to come out of the boxes and spill into the plastic bag. Was a mess, and the employees made us feel dumb for asking why boxes weren't sitting flat. Sauce and rice spilled into the bottom of the bag and all over the silverware. They store wasn't even busy. The Whole experience Was inconvenient, and as someone who has worked fast food I left very unsatisfied. read more

This was the only thing open on Christmas day and we were about to give up hope on getting food. The chicken was tender and the extra sauce in the bag wa bomb. Definitely recommend. $20 for 3 meals and we have leftovers. read more
