In the past, our experience was inadequate to say the least. However, we decided to give this location another try tonight. The three gentlemen that made our food this evening + the lady with the ponytail were so unbelievably kind, greeted us with smiles, and loaded us UUUP on our bowls. We walked in an hour before closing and it seemed like they really prioritized the cleanliness of the place as well. Bottom line: service and food were awesome. We were so impressed, that we wanted to leave a review :) this chipotle really switched up for the better! read more

We ordered on the app and the food was ready probably 15 minutes after the app said it would be. I got a burrito bowl with extra cheese and rice, fajita vegetables (which they forgot to give me), black beans, pico, guac, sour cream. Good amount of food but still too spicy for me (not a complaint bc I know I am sensitive- just a note for if I find myself here again) Chips were good. Nice and salty. Guac had no flavor besides the occasional spicy bite. My son got a steak burrito bowl and chips and guac and he says it was all amazing and better than other chipotles. So... looks like this food is ideal for teenage boys. read more

When we walked in almost all the tables and floors were dirty. The food containers were almost all empty and the prep area was a mess. They were "out" of many things. Or were they? Seed like they weren't keeping up on restocking the food. The food In the containers looked dried out. Nervous to even finish the food I ordered. There's some critical issues with how they do mobile orders. This is the closest Chipotle to my house so I periodically give it another try hoping they've sorted things out, but if anything they keep getting worse. Routinely 15+ minutes behind, have had multiple cases of getting the order wrong, always seems irresponsibly understaffed. I think I've finally given this location its last try. The Emerson one isn't great either but if you're craving Chipotle, go there instead. I'm guessing they just don't pay enough to maintain a properly trained staff. read more

Dominick saved the day. The Mountain View high school robotics team didn't have anyone sign up for dinner one night this week. I discovered it late morning for dinner that night. Feeding 25 hungry teenagers on short notice is no small task. I talk with the manager, Dominick, and he said that he could make us a to go order in a couple hours. The whole team got burritos with chips, and salsa, and was super happy. They said it was delicious and filling. This branch has some poor reviews in the past and I got the impression this is a new manager. He told me they are really working to turn it around. Tables all needed cleaning, food and trash on the floor. Check out counter HD food and trash on it. On the positive side employees did good job of washing their hands followed by a hand sanitizer. My Burrito was pretty good. The wife said she would not go back due to cleanliness. read more

The employees are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs but this location is not well managed. The restaurant is filthy, there wasn't a single clean table/booth, the trash is overflowing, the Agua frescas are mostly empty and the utensils and paper towels needed to be refilled. Andrew did a terrible job making my burrito all he did was give me bites full of cheese when I asked for a little bit. He also told me that chipotle had a basement which is not true and he said in the basement his "bitch manager" is apart of a diddy party down there. I will NOT be returning to that location and will make sure to steer clear of Andrew's burrito making skills from now on. Flat out fast food Mexican. Place sucks. It never seems fresh, even if it just came off the grill. Last time I was there I had to pause my answers to slow the girl down that was making it. First of all, let me start out by saying none of this is the workers fault. They are doing their best with what they have, and sometimes they can be rude but it's literally two people doing a shit ton of work, of course they are stressed out. That being said, 90% of the time they are out of 75% of their items, and sometimes the quality is lacking. There is always a "We're hiring!" sign out. Management, pay better wages to lure in workers. This is all on you. Treat your staff better. read more

This location is almost never open when I try to go there, which is wild because I always check google before I leave to make sure I'm going within their listed "open" hours. One time I did manage to catch them while they were open though, and tried to order a quesadilla- nothing crazy, literally a cheese quesadilla. The lady very rudely told me I had to order that online. I didn't, I just left in tears instead because I was pregnant and had zero desire to stand in there any longer with that rude lady AND their online ordering system is garbage. I've gotten it to work exactly once (it usually just freezes when you get to the payment screen), so I was in no mood to mess with that. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst chipotle I have ever visited. The one on 3rd street is always flawless when I go there but this one is so incredibly terrible! I have given this chipotle multiple chances because the location can be convenient and they have the drive through which is nice. The last time I went, I ordered most of my bowl, was almost finished up and they decided then to tell me they were out of guac. I wish I would've known that before I even begun ordering because their guac is one of the things I enjoy the most, I would've simply not ordered my bowl and left. (That also occurred after I had stood in a 3 person line for 15 minutes). Not to mention their rice is always crunchy and undercooked. Their fajita veggies are practically raw and they're also usually out of tortilla chips as well. Not only is their food terrible but the staff is also not friendly, not helpful & they are in no rush to get you your "food" and get you out the door. I went there on a Friday afternoon, and they were out of so many things, including white rice! I had to have old crunchy brown rice. There was only one meat that looked fresh, so that was the option I had to go with. They only gave me maybe 1/3 of a scoop of it. There was guacamole cross-contaminated in with one of the toppings, because I somehow ended up with a little of it in my bowl. Totally out of corn. Barely any lettuce.
