Order 2 items. Ending up taking a dark looking men's head hair out of my mouth as I ate my burrito bowl. Pretty gross and disappointing. They should be wearing guards that protect against that. read more

Another terrible experience at this location! Only one employee working the line at lunch hour (12:20pm) to both handle customer orders and ring everyone up. Only one employee working the grill/prep and another working the "Chipotlane. Meanwhile, another employee casually sits in the (very messy) lobby on a break while the line runs out the door. When that employee finally comes off break, he doesn't join the other employees helping prepare customer orders....he proceeds to spend 20 minutes adding ice to the soda machine, fills the fork, napkin and straw dispensers, and fills the hot sauce bottles. All while the other employee works the customer line all by himself. Then, when I finally get my turn to order, they of course are out of their featured protein (Chipotle Honey Chicken), grilled veggies, and 2 of their salsas. EVERY time I come here they are ALWAYS out of stuff!!! Meanwhile, the line keeps getting longer, and customers are walking out the door without ordering. Oh, and of course, the place is a mess, the floors are dirty, trash bins are overflowing, they are out of ice tea, and so on. How is this place still open?????? WHERE IS THE MANAGER?!?!? read more

We walked in....immediately noticed how filthy the restaurant was....walked right back out. The front doors and windows, the floor, the tables, under the beverage center...really dirty. read more

We ordered on the app and the food was ready probably 15 minutes after the app said it would be. I got a burrito bowl with extra cheese and rice, fajita vegetables (which they forgot to give me), black beans, pico, guac, sour cream. Good amount of food but still too spicy for me (not a complaint bc I know I am sensitive- just a note for if I find myself here again) Chips were good. Nice and salty. Guac had no flavor besides the occasional spicy bite. My son got a steak burrito bowl and chips and guac and he says it was all amazing and better than other chipotles. So... looks like this food is ideal for teenage boys. read more

In the past, our experience was inadequate to say the least. However, we decided to give this location another try tonight. The three gentlemen that made our food this evening + the lady with the ponytail were so unbelievably kind, greeted us with smiles, and loaded us UUUP on our bowls. We walked in an hour before closing and it seemed like they really prioritized the cleanliness of the place as well. Bottom line: service and food were awesome. We were so impressed, that we wanted to leave a review :) this chipotle really switched up for the better! read more

Service was not friendly, portion size was really small compared to other Chipotle's I've been to. The tables and floors were a mess, half of the staff was outside vaping when I walked in. Overall, the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. read more

Hands down the worst experience at a Chipotle. We spent over $50 for food that was essentially inedible because the rice was completely uncooked. I was able to pick off the meat and eat that, but even the meat was the wrong meat. I ordered steak and was given barbacoa. The order was placed through the app, and it took an additional 40 minutes for the order to be ready. The chips I ordered weren't given to us. We eat at Chipotle all the time, so we know when it's good. This was absolutely terrible. Now I know not to just trust that Chipotle will be reliably good. I'll be reading the reviews for any of the locations before I go. The worst part is that there seems to be no accountability. I went online to contact someone and the app just gives the run around. Money is tight for so many right now. Dropping $50 for what should have been a nice treat, felt discouraging when we had to throw most of it away. Do better Chipotle. So disappointing. read more

The trash was completely overflowing inside. No Toilet paper in the women's bathroom. (For the 2nd time!) Hot water turned off in the men's bathroom. Service completely slooow! Not enough people to service after lunch crowd. Floor was dirty from lunch crowd. No ice in the drink service! Not happy! read more

I can't help but to say something because I've been into this place many times. It seems like management has gotten worse and worse today I walked in and there was food everywhere on the counters where they're making burritos in the kitchen on the floor everywhere. complete mess not wiping up anything. It's only a matter of time that somebody gets sick last time I go to this chipotle additionally they're often out of items and either can't take cash or credit card machine isn't working. It's a complete disaster. read more

2/17 @ 5:30pm My brother and I have never eaten at a Chipotle and decided to give it a try. When we walked in it was obvious the floor hadn't been swept in a while. We walked up to where you view the menu and place an order. The prep area was a mess. We walked out and went to Jersey Mike's. read more

We will not be going back. The man attending the order line seemed genuinely angry the entire time for no known reason. He didn't speak or make eye contact but impatientlot hit the spoons on the counter.A very uncomfortable reception only to discover that the chicken was over cooked and the rice was undercooked. Im unsure if there was a management or staff change in the past year but can we please have our nice Chipotle back? read more

Staffing issues for weeks on end. Several visits in a row they wouldn't let you order at the counter, only online. Then today at 6pm during what should be their busy time, the staff simply said they were closed entirely due to staffing issues. Hey Chipotle, hire a better manager! It's not that hard. read more

Give whenever was working tonight 4/21 a raise bc that was the best bowl I've ever had from chipotle

only had 1 person working the counter, in the middle of lunch rush. food everywhere on the floor, counters. very frustrating especially when you're on work break for only 30 mins and you spend the entire time waiting in line just to leave and go hungry because the one employee working is spending the whole 30 mins trying to check ONE person out. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

There's some critical issues with how they do mobile orders. This is the closest Chipotle to my house so I periodically give it another try hoping they've sorted things out, but if anything they keep getting worse. Routinely 15+ minutes behind, have had multiple cases of getting the order wrong, always seems irresponsibly understaffed. I think I've finally given this location its last try. The Emerson one isn't great either but if you're craving Chipotle, go there instead. I'm guessing they just don't pay enough to maintain a properly trained staff. read more

How are you going to make me something that I did not order and expect me to accept it? I ordered a burrito. Was told they didn't have tortillas and made me a bowl instead and expected me to just take it instead. When I just wanted a refund I was told I had to go through corporate. When I tried to do that I was told they're closed?! Are you kidding me? Immediate chargeback. I'll never be back. read more

When we walked in almost all the tables and floors were dirty. The food containers were almost all empty and the prep area was a mess. They were "out" of many things. Or were they? Seed like they weren't keeping up on restocking the food. The food In the containers looked dried out. Nervous to even finish the food I ordered. Hopefully I won't be up all night with food poisoning. I don't know if I'll come back to Chipotle for a while. read more

This place had been a staple for me on my work days! Great food and they have really improved there service recently

Dominick saved the day. The Mountain View high school robotics team didn't have anyone sign up for dinner one night this week. I discovered it late morning for dinner that night. Feeding 25 hungry teenagers on short notice is no small task. I talk with the manager, Dominick, and he said that he could make us a to go order in a couple hours. The whole team got burritos with chips, and salsa, and was super happy. They said it was delicious and filling. This branch has some poor reviews in the past and I got the impression this is a new manager. He told me they are really working to turn it around. We had a great experience and they really came through for us on such short notice. read more

noah and the staff are the best employees i have ever seen at chipotle cant wait to come here again 10/10

Tables all needed cleaning, food and trash on the floor. Check out counter HD food and trash on it. On the positive side employees did good job of washing their hands followed by a hand sanitizer. My Burrito was pretty good. The wife said she would not go back due to cleanliness. read more

The employees are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs but this location is not well managed. The restaurant is filthy, there wasn't a single clean table/booth, the trash is overflowing, the Agua frescas are mostly empty and the utensils and paper towels needed to be refilled. I got the same bowl I always get and this time something was WAY TOO salty and my chips were stale. read more

in my hand full of times at this location I've found the service to be extremely slow and chaotic. None of the employees seem to have a sense of time and the assembly line seems to be needing more food in every category. The food is good but pour management and quality. read more

Andrew did a terrible job making my burrito all he did was give me bites full of cheese when I asked for a little bit. He also told me that chipotle had a basement which is not true and he said in the basement his "bitch manager" is apart of a diddy party down there. I will NOT be returning to that location and will make sure to steer clear of Andrew's burrito making skills from now on. He also complained about his pay saying he doesn't make enough to care which is a terrible attitude to have at a job like chipotle. read more

First of all, let me start out by saying none of this is the workers fault. They are doing their best with what they have, and sometimes they can be rude but it's literally two people doing a shit ton of work, of course they are stressed out. That being said, 90% of the time they are out of 75% of their items, and sometimes the quality is lacking. There is always a "We're hiring!" sign out. Management, pay better wages to lure in workers. This is all on you. Treat your staff better. read more

Dom is the goat. he provided excellent customer service and gave us proper portions on our food. He needs a raise.

Flat out fast food Mexican. Place sucks. It never seems fresh, even if it just came off the grill. Last time I was there I had to pause my answers to slow the girl down that was making it. Slapped it together like a crackhead on a prison chow line lol. And $20 for a bowl?! Save yourself $10 and hit the El Jefe food truck, they slay and you'll be happier for it. read more

I don't know what happened to my review, but this chipotle is honestly awful. I have a suspicion that the employees are purposely soaking everything and copious amounts of salt before they serve it because it's always an edible and makes my tongue bleed after I eat it. read more

This location is almost never open when I try to go there, which is wild because I always check google before I leave to make sure I'm going within their listed "open" hours. One time I did manage to catch them while they were open though, and tried to order a quesadilla- nothing crazy, literally a cheese quesadilla. The lady very rudely told me I had to order that online. I didn't, I just left in tears instead because I was pregnant and had zero desire to stand in there any longer with that rude lady AND their online ordering system is garbage. I've gotten it to work exactly once (it usually just freezes when you get to the payment screen), so I was in no mood to mess with that. read more

This place terrible. Dirty counters, tables, and surfaces. Out of some food items. We won't be returning. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst chipotle I have ever visited. The one on 3rd street is always flawless when I go there but this one is so incredibly terrible! I have given this chipotle multiple chances because the location can be convenient and they have the drive through which is nice. The last time I went, I ordered most of my bowl, was almost finished up and they decided then to tell me they were out of guac. I wish I would've known that before I even begun ordering because their guac is one of the things I enjoy the most, I would've simply not ordered my bowl and left. (That also occurred after I had stood in a 3 person line for 15 minutes). Not to mention their rice is always crunchy and undercooked. Their fajita veggies are practically raw and they're also usually out of tortilla chips as well. Not only is their food terrible but the staff is also not friendly, not helpful & they are in no rush to get you your "food" and get you out the door. I seriously do not know how this chipotle still stands. read more

Pulled into Chipotle after a fabulous morning of skiing. Simply lusting for a nice Chipotle burrito, chips, and guacamole. Guess what? No tortillas! Are you serious?
