I end up leaving and walking down the sidewalk to the falafel restaurant, good food, service and always have food. I think this location should just call it good and close their doors. Don't come to this location. Not only did they mess up our order again, but the staff were extremely unkind and refused to give us a refund for waiting an additional 20 mins for our food (since we put in an online order) they gave us pork instead of steak which is what we order and we asked if we could have the some of the steak that was just taken off the grill and the staff was cutting it up and they said no, even though we paid for it. The food is just like any other Chipotle, the service fine, but this place is ALWAYS closed. The app says it's open, and Google says the hours online, but after driving 15 minutes, 9 times out of 10 there is a piece of paper in the window saying something stupid like "oops we're sorry!". I understand the staffing shortages that all places are having now, but PLEASE update your hours in real time, Taco Bell does that, so that should be the minimum Chipotle does. read more

Tried too order about 100$ of food today and was told that they do not take TOGO orders . How is that?? Every business in this town takes TOGO orders. The young man I spoke with on the phone was a bit rude and didn't offer to help or anything.. I tried to do the automated order and was told several times by the automated system that they no longer carried the items I was ordering. I was ordering a bunch of burritos and burrito bowls and am sure what I was ordering was on the menu... I eat there ALL THE TIME. I have been patronizing this company for several years and I'm done now... the way I was treated was unacceptable and he should have helped me Your store lost out on a 100$ sale... that's a lot in this time in life and apparently they don't need the business or he would have taken the sitch a lil more serious... I'm in customer service and that's not the correct way to handle the issue. The automated system is not good either. She hung up on me twice. And no one cared. THIS LOCATION GAVE ME FOOD POISONING 2/11/22 I've been going to chipotle's all over the places for as long as they have been a brand. There's just something about quick serve restaurants in bend that is such a let down. The steak was terrible, tortillas weren't even done right.. how can you mess that up? Also the staff all had their backs turned to me and it took the guy rolling my burrito having to holler at someone else to come help ring me up. My guests wanted to try chipotle so we checked the website and according to it they are open. Now don't let this fool you because they are not open. So if your hungry, have kids with you promising them a big burrito, chipotle is not your place. I also made the mistake of driving that several extra miles to the second chipotle location in Bend Oregon off of 3rd st. only to get horrible service, horrible food, oh yeah and way overpriced for what you pay for. But hey don't take my word for it. I even tried to feed the leftover steak (gristle) to my 2 dogs but they wouldn't even touch it. They love all foods with the exception of Chipotle. Again don't take my word for it, Just drive on over pull on the door handle find out they're not open then drive to the other location and get your, well I'm not sure exactly what it is but I'm sure you'll be unimpressed. My family of five stopped here on our way through Bend. The food was great and the gentleman putting our meals together was working very hard and was really friendly. Wish one of the six other employees would have been as hustling as he was, we would have gotten through much faster. Wow, won't be back to this one. Rude employees from the start. Under stocked in multiple options. The worker gave me barely any meat, and scraped the last of the cheese out of the container and said "well this is all I have." When I asked if she had more for my boyfriends burrito, she said something along the lines of "no this is what I have I'm giving you all of it." 10 seconds later someone replaced the cheese. I just went in there and tried to get food and i didn't have a mask, i tried asking for a mask multiple times and they said i was arguing and then they proceeded to kick me out. if you are a restaurant that is open inside then you should definitely provide a mask.
