I was passing by College looking for some quick lunch when I stopped by Chick Fil A and I am so glad I did! The food, service, and ambiance were great. I got their new bacon jalapeño ranch sandwich with fries and their strawberry hibiscus frozen lemonade/ice cream drink. Everything was literally perfect, very fresh and hot, and delicious. Their sandwich came served on a jalapeño bun with a packet of jalapeño ranch on the side. I got the chicken fried on the sandwich but it also comes grilled. It was so yummy I know I'm gonna be back soon. Their fries were crispy and hot. The drink was very interesting and not something I would usually get. It honestly tasted like pink bubblegum but in ice cream form. There were not a lot of people in the drive thru or in the parking lot which was very nice. In the drive thru, they were quick and the lady who took my order was very nice and patient as I looked for any new items they recently added to the menu and answered any questions I had. Sure. It's one of the better fast food places in my opinion. I love the spicy chicken sandwiches there and recently I've just been getting the chicken tenders. That the options are three and four. It seems like there should be more variety in that. I mean what's one more chicken tender? Also, I just discovered the Chick-fil-A sauce, which is now a must have what I order from there. Goes great on everything including the waffle fries. Today, happened to go inside which I rarely do but it happened today. I noticed that they had a seasonal peppermint chip milkshake so I decided to give it a whirl and maybe make a YouTube short about it. All went well but the table I went to and sat down at had several flies flying around it during the course of my meal. Period. That is really Too much for any place that you go into. Where do they come from? What's going on over there? I ended up having to get up and move to a table in the center which was fine, free of flies, but I did notice a man sitting at a table across the restaurant swatting them away. Holy cow. It could be a freak occurrence, and it won't keep me from going back inside, but let's do something about the flies! That being said, they do have the drive-through situation down pat. Went in today to get lunch. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with an order of Pimento cheese on the side. I paid $3.99 for the side of Pimento cheese but what I received was not worth the price! I was not given the cup of as advertised, I was instead given a tiny clear plastic cup. EVERYTIME I get to the window to get my food they are rude , short and want to throw your food at you . This Chick-Fil-A location is so busy at all times, and they are definitely understaffed. I came by on a Saturday around noon and mobile ordered three shakes, a 12 count nugget, and a large waffle fry. It took over twenty minutes to get my food, not a big deal I can wait and I see how busy they are. The bathroom was so wrecked, there wasn't toilet paper in the stalls, for over 30 minutes. We asked workers for toilet paper and they finally came and replenished it, but didn't change the fact that it needed a good cleaning. The food was good, and the staff was friendly but it was not the above and beyond Chick-Fil-A experience that I am accustomed too. I went through the drive though today around 11, and it was slammed. The parking lot here is horrendous and so is the entrance to the drive though. Once you make it into the drive through though they have it covered nicely with an awning with fans. I chose an off time to drop by on my most recent visit, so I did not experience the lengthy lines around meal times (though the lines move extremely quickly even during peak times). From the time I placed my order to the time I drove off the property was maybe 3 minutes. I appreciate the work flow system they have in place. Their team members are friendly and helpful. My food was packaged neatly with plenty of napkins. I greatly appreciate the manners of the team, and I feel valued as a customer. If you're going to eat fast food then you really can't do a whole lot better than Chick-fil-A! I've visited BR frequently last year, and found this location in particular to be consistently excellent. Tip: My breakfast favorites include the cheese whole grain bagel and the chicken mini-biscuits. For dinner my go-to favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. I also really like their chicken nuggets! Who doesn't love chick fil a? I totally love their spicy chicken it's so good and I usually put honey on it for sweet n spicy taste. The chicken was super moist and delicious as always the vegetables on my sandwich were all fresh. I got a side salad instead of the cottage fry's and it was all nice and fresh, I got the apple cider vinaigrette dressing it was delish. Also got a fruit cup that had fresh strawberries, blueberries, Granny Smith and red delicious apples and some mandarin orange. I also used the curbside pickup and that was super easy. For fast food you can't do better than Chick-fil-A. It's difficult to stomach their bigotry and hatred of the LGBTQ community but despite that shortcoming, they do produce a fantastic product. Where else can you go for freshly crooked nuggets with an amazing sauce and enjoy fresh flowers on your table? It is rare that you find fresh flowers on tables at moderate priced establishments. This location is super busy no matter what time you visit. The exceptional staff keeps the line moving quickly and efficiently. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This location is close to the interstate and has an indoor play area for kids. Best thing about here? It is clean. Really clean. Chick-fil-A is awesome. It's hard not to love it. Food and quality is at the same greatness as all other locations. But at this location the service needs to put in work. Wait times are extended and they do not try and make sure you are accommodated. They don't ask you what kind of sauces or extras you may need. Employees seems unhappy and unenthusiastic, not what you would expect from your typical Chick-fil-A experience. My drive thru order was good but be prepared to wait longer than usual. Although CFA will always be one of my most favorite fast food chains, this location alone needs some tweaks and adjustments. It seems like it's hit or miss, depending on whos working that day.
