I came here a couple weeks ago. I've never been and I wanted to treat my little niece to something special. We went through the drive through which was pretty fast and the employees were super happy, and overjoyed. They reminded me a little bit about the movie Elf. We didn't go inside but next time I want to just to see if they are like that inside. I've heard great things about chick fill a and kids love it. I have to say though, the meal was good but small for what you pay. The fries were pretty good and the chicken nuggets were good but very small. I don't eat fast food much (hardly ever) bc my stomach gets upset and overall it's not my taste. But...this didn't make my stomach hurt and my niece loved it. read more

Though all the employees we came across were pleasant, Maggie, Harrison, and Italo were exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive to our needs. I have been to lots of Chick-fil-a around the area and for some reason the food always tastes the best here. The biscuits are softer, the coffee is hot and fresh and the level of service is top notch. It is always super clean inside and out. My husband even told me this week if he saw on a resume someone worked for chick-fil-a he would hire them right away since they know customer service and kindness. Its the best complent you can give a store about the staff. But more important! Have you had a frosted lemonaid? It is so creamy, smooth with the right amount of lemon zing to make you happy all day. Go to Raising Caines. Wouldn't give me crispy fries. Let me leave canceling having ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches and large fries. About $20 worth of food. The teller asked the manager and they said no crispy ff. Honestly I'll never come back. Manager was asked over the phone and said no crispy ff. I got raising canes with crispy fries. Right across the street. Won't be back thanks. Your management failed to make me a happy customer and it was an easy fix. Best of luck with that. Also the customer service didn't care at all. Just ate there 30 minutes ago- employees were outside taking orders- ordered a #7 with no chicken (which makes it a normal BLT) the young man (who is awesome, this kid will make a great boss one day) needed help from his manager, a brunette in her 60s, on how to enter it in his system and when he asked she exclaimed "NO CHICKEN?!" ...Um, we were in our car less than 5 ft from her. She then came over to the car with him and continued to pretend to be confused as to why someone would order a sandwich with no chicken (not that i should need to explain but the chicken sandwiches are a little too big for me and they get messy because i cant take gigantic bites, super sorry lady- my husband likes to eat here) I did get my sandwich with chicken on it so they had to do a new one for me. Happens everytime but its no big deal, i get that its a weird ticket. Love the food, love all the young men and women that work here, they are always so sweet. But an ADULT manager acting like that? Well - that was embarrassing ... ordered grilled chicken Cobb salad ... good taste, was enjoying, until I saw the dead fly in it. Brought it up to the counter... got a very sincere apology... then was asked if I wanted another ... at first I said no as I had no appetite at that point but said I would bring to my husband. Girl took my order. Then after order she asked if I paid by cash or cc. I said cc but didn't bring it up to counter. I went back to get card and she credited my card. I then stated, please have order to go. I thanked her and was very pleased with how they handled it. I then told order taker that I was sitting around the corner from the counter. I went back to table and told my daughter that they were making a new one and that they refunded my money ... wow, that was great ! So waited and waited and didn't get order. We got up to leave and I told them that I did not receive the replacement order. Now I looked like a fool as I was told then ... " we refunded your money... so we didn't make another salad " ... wait - what - ? I stated the sequence of events ... they asked for my card after they took my order... I wasn't going to argue, but that wasn't how it went down... I am very grateful they refunded my money, but was really embarrassed at the response I got from managers when I approached at leaving. Anytime I get a disgusting bug in food, the restaurant is quick to replace and refund so that I would be willing to come again... I would have wrote a glowing report had there not been a snafu at the end. It was embarrassing at that point. read more

I'm very disappointed with this chick-fil-a. If there was an option not to give a star I would. I've had the worst experience ever here today, June 16,2018 at 7:30pm. My friends and I were excited to go here especially since every time we go to Chick-Fil-A at Naperville and Oswego everyone is happy and smiling to us. Not here at Batavia. We got there and no one acknowledged us. It took them five minutes to greet us and ask us what we wanted (they clearly saw us when we walked in). I got my order taken and Cheyenne wasn't taking me serious. I had to repeat myself three times. My friend got her order taken and the girl wasn't friendly with her either. Then it was my other friends turn. He was standing right behind us and no one said "hi can I take your order". Instead, she asked the two white guys behind him "can I take your order" (my friend is black). My friend got very upset and I said "he's been standing there for a good minute". She then said "hey I'll take your order" and he said no and left very angry. As he was leaving all the girls behind the register were laughing at us. I asked to speak to the manager. Charles wasn't taking me serious either. He said he would speak to them and gave me a gift card. A gift card isn't going to change the situation. I then left. As I was getting home I noticed I didn't get my sauce for my meal. I went back. We then got home and our whole meal was horrible. My Dr. pepper was watery. My fries were soggy. Most importantly my chicken was disgusting. One of the the pieces was brown and other parks where undercooked (show in picture). My friend got the wrong order. She's lactose intolerant and she had asked for no cheese on her sandwich (shown in picture), there goes $8 down the drain. She got the wrong size lemonade, it was suppose to be a large and got a small (shown in picture). Also, she ordered a salad and didn't get ranch, nor a fork, instead she got two knives (shown in picture). Overall, this was the most disappointing dinner I've ever had. I WILL NEVER GO TO CHICK-FIL-A EVER AGAIN. If you're going go to Naperville, or Oswego. They are worth your money there. read more

Went here after my wifes surgery. Took my food home and was missing items. Called the manager and they offered the remedy of replacing it and "upgrading" it to a meal for the inconvenience. I explained I live 15 min away so that would cost me 30 min of driving so would rather get refuneded and cook my dinner while my family ate their chicken. She said no can do. Never going there again. The food is good. Keep in mind it's a fast food restaurant however it's that exact reason that it's good. The chicken sandwiches are good and you get your food fast. If you have to wait they always try and make it worth your while. They have given me a free meal voucher for waiting a few minutes for a sandwich.
