We ordered food from door dash ,who your app directs us to for ordering food. We ordered 60 nuggets, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. The ice coffee tasted like garbage, btw. The total was 88 $ , and the door dasher forgot our nuggets. When he returned the 2nd time , some lady said that m the nuggets were thrown away and we would have to be re ordered. Door dash refunded us 57$ so we paid 31$ for 2 fries, 1 crappy ice coffee and another drink. It was what you'd expect from a Chick-fil-A. Everything was tasty. Really great job on chicken sandwhiches. My only real complaint is probably not even useful to most folks. But the "spicy" sandwich really isn't that spicy. Which is a similar complaint I'd give any fast food place trying to sell spicy chicken to the masses. But the staff was nice. Food came out crazy fast. And we all enjoyed our meals. Also funny complaint, but I wish the bathrooms were bigger. This is my favorite fast food restaurant. Anytime I go food is fresh and the place is clean. They used to give discounts to first responders but that's gone now. I always felt a little sense of pride when I went in there and somebody actually cared about your service. But no more, no explanation it's just over. Make sure you have some of that fresh squeezed lemonade. You might want to get a glass of water also because it can be a little bit on the tart side if you don't add a little water. I love this place! However they do the hiring process is spot on. Everyone seems like they genuinely like their job and want to make people happy. They must take care of their employees because the ones at McDonald's always seem miserable. The food is so good and high quality. My kids love playing here and it's always so clean. They replaced them almost 15 minutes later and they were exactly the same. Still no apology or verbal acknowledgment, I was simply handed a bag. By this point, I had a screaming newborn and an antsy toddler so we just ate a few of the awful nuggets(still cleaning black char out of our teeth) . My kids have never left food behind at CFA. On top of it all we ate at a dirty table because we couldn't find a clean one. We love and frequent CFA for the friendly service, the clean atmosphere and the overly friendly service. I'm still shocked at how different our experience was today. The food should never have been served, as it was not fit for consumption, and the table was sticky and disgusting. I never write reviews, but this was necessary. Yes, the employees are very pleasant, but we asked 3 times if we could have extra Chik fil-A sauce. They assured us it was in the bag. We drive away and looked in the bag. Not one sauce was in the bag. We ordered 2 sandwiches, sides and 2 large tender meals. We were also dissatisfied with the chicken strips. Surprisingly this establishment does not do chicken as well as the competition. McDonald's has a chicken sandwich from their dollar menu. I like the breading on this sandwich better. I also prefer McDonald's chicken nuggets. The menu is limited in that no burgers or complete dinners are available. KFC doesn't have burgers either but at least they have an extensive selection of sides which can be packaged into a complete dinner. Boston Market offers a complete dinner option also. A few things here are great. I like the crispy bell pepper salad topping and the availability of a salad instead of fries. The availability and taste of the multi grain bun is appreciated as well. I'm a frequent happy customer of another Chick Fil A restaurant, but since I was in the area, I came in to redeem the Chicagoland My Rewards free chicken sandwich being offered right now and to use their free WiFi. It's a Saturday at lunch time. There's a line to order food and the dining area is full. I went quickly through the order line & found a place to sit along the window with an outlet so I can charge my phone. The place is packed with families with loud, younger kids and is loud-even with one earbud in, but I'm ok with kids since I have 6 of my own and remember what it's was like when they were younger. It's definitely NOT the best time to try to study. LOL! The tables along the windows are a little too close together, but the customers are making it work. I've even moved my table for the neighboring table guests to have space. The employee in charge of the dining area has had her hand's full, pleasantly asking to take our trays, get us a refill, and wipe the tables, but I'm humored that she wiped the crumbs onto the floor. I have yet to see someone sweep the floor. I've been here for 2 hours and she continues to be polite and cheerful & the cup lid and straw underneath the booths have been there the entire time, too. Earlier, the manager made his rounds, and offered to take someone's tray. He seemed pleasant, but never quite made it to my table. The drive thru has been a steady flow of cars. I'm sitting about the 4th car from the drive thru window and I have yet to witness a lull in cars. The dining room seemed to have several tables available around 2:00. Note to self, next time come after 1:30. My food was fresh & tasty and was brought to my table. Another note to self, get napkins and a straw before I sit down because they don't include these when they bring food to table. I'm trying to eat Keto (which is sooo hard to do here because I love their fries) and was able to find a couple of items on their menu. Today it was a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun. They did serve it in a bowl and included a knife and fork. Perfect! They have a nice, but small, clean bathroom located near the entrance. Why put the soap dispenser 3 feet away from the sink? Seems to me they need to switch the soap dispenser with the paper towels which is right next to the sink. Overall, I'm happy with this visit. The employees speak when they pass by and will take away any trash you may have. The restaurants are the cleanest I've ever eaten at and the bathrooms are also the cleanest.
