Today: waited over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. 2 at grill, 1 at register, and one going back and forth between back and front. Then: NO steak ( it's 1:30 lunch time) and being told it would take 30 minutes. When I mentioned the acknowledgment issue, she didn't apologize, just shrugged "I'm the only one up front". I can deal with shitty customer service at "fast" food restaurants - but to not have the food available is just stupid. This store is totally mismanaged. Not going back. The problem was that a 3% charge was added due to using a credit card. I don't remember seeing a sign that they do that, but it might have been there. I've stated my objections to this policy in several of my other reviews. It's to the point that, if I see this policy when I go into a business, either I leave or, if I really want to try the product, I pay with cash; in the latter case, it's interesting to note the change in your experience due to knowing up front that this will be your last time with that product. In either case, I don't return because I strongly disagree with the policy - these businesses want the extra business that credit cards enable but they don't want to pay anything for that and they cost you your credit card's cash back on the purchase amount. If this doesn't bother you, then definitely try this place.
