This is my go to location as it's close enough for me to walk to. I usually get my orders to go but have dined in a few times as well. It's a decent Chick Fil A with nice enough staff and service is quick. The place is kept clean and has plenty of tables available when I do dine in. My major downside about this location is they really skimp out on their chicken biscuits and sandwiches. They have the smallest filets ever that sometimes barely cover the sandwich. A lot of the other locations I've been to have good size filets but not here, hence my 3 stars. Everything else I've ever had is fine otherwise. read more

This hands down has to be one of the best chick fil a's I've been to! From when we entered, the staff opened the door for us and greeted us with a smile. We sat down and the tables were clean. The entire time we were sitting there we saw staff rush to clean tables as soon as someone got up to leave. During our time there we had staff bring us purell wipes and we ended our meal being offered mints as well. It's been a while since I've sat inside a chick fil a but this was such a pleasant experience! I didn't get a chance to check the bathrooms so unclear about cleanliness there. If I'm ever near the harbor again and am craving chick fil a, I'll make sure to stop here! read more

I wanted to have blue crab in Baltimore.....but with a fussy 4-year-old, my plan never fail to derail. So we ended up eating Chick-fil-A. What can I say....it is a solid choice and my daughter approves. Very busy location but service was quick, and they are constantly cleaning. The bathroom was spotless! Is this the friendliest chick-fil-a I've ever been to?! I think it just might be! They took service to the next level. I came here with some friends for breakfast during the Baltimore Marathon. While we were eating our food, an employee came by and asked if we needed anything or if we needed a refill. We didn't need anything so they continued on. Some time passed and then another employees inquired as to whether we needed anything. After we've finished eating and we're just sitting and chatting, the manager comes by and asks if we would like a mint! Perhaps this is standard at other locations but I just hadn't encountered this before and neither had my friends. In addition to the usually delicious chick-fil-A, they had awesome service. The restaurant is clean and the noise level was relatively quiet given that it was the morning. Overall, you won't be mad you stopped by this location. read more

I'm used to CFA being fast and well organized but this location was even better than usual. We interacted with 4 different staff members and all were EXCEPTIONAL. They were helpful, quick, and kind. The restaurant was also exceptionally clean. When we walked in there were several tables of school children finishing up. By the time we ordered, they were gone and it looked like they had never been there. Someone was cleaning up as quick as people were leaving. My family and I visited this Chick-fil-a after a wonderful trip to the aquarium. Walking in was intimidating, the place was packed! Fortunately, all the staff was on their game! They quickly found us a table and brought by all necessities for our little one (which wasn't even asked for!). After receiving our meal we were checked in on multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our experience. Couldn't have been better. This is by no means a 5 star restaurant... it's chick fil a, with that said, our experience was incredible. We came in hot, in laws, 2 small children, stroller diaper bag, a lot of things. We all ordered went to our seat. An employee offered to move our stroller aside for us, they brought us a high chair, placed the kids mats for us (one less thing for me to do). Our food came within 7 minutes, very quick. They did forget our Mac n cheese, but I didn't have to get up and ask the workers were readily available! I told one of them and had the Mac very quickly. They continued to ask if we needed anything and we did, it was so helpful! Especially with 2 small children (2 year old, 9 month old). Ive always loved market salad until now. Ordered dine in mobile order...salad was delivered to my table and instantly I see the lettuce is different. I tried to enjoy it as usual but the lettuce looked like arugula bitter tasting lettuce and then realized the blueberries were missing. I was not happy. My $10 salad was even smaller. Asked the mgr why my blueberries were left out I paid for and she replied "well if we have them we put them in". Whattttr? I've never ever bought a market salad that was missing the fruit. Always had all ingredients shown in the pic. Im sorry I won't be buying theyre market salad again unless they bring back the old lettuce. And don't forget my fruit. read more

An extremely busy Chick-fil-A and though they have a lot of seats it was packed, but this is fairly typical of a warm weekend evening in winter! They missed an item in our order. Instead of an apple juice that they were out of in the front but had in the back, they just decided not to include it. We asked the manager, who then brought one out from the back. We tried the new Mac and cheese! Get it! It's phenomenal! They also don't allow you to customize the cool wrap like they allow you to at other locations. The bathroom locks are coded. This location was very busy today. Didn't notice but there was a field trip here which resulted in a ton of kids being here during school hours. The place seemed to be pretty clean. No trash or anything on the floor. There was a guy begging for change holding the door open for people coming in and another guy begging for money when you leave out the other door. So be prepared for the shake down coming & going. The general crowd here besides the field trip kids seems to be working people which is a good thing. No-one wearing their pants half way down or none of that crap. The noise level was very high I'm guessing because of the school kids. The food was not bad. Definitely NOT a fresh cooked sandwich like you would normally get from Chick Fil-A though. But rather a headlamp sandwich. Also the fries were not bad. Definitely NOT fresh either. I was guessing because the amount of customers today. They had tons of food pre-made. The customer service here though is amazing. They have a dedicated person going around asking do you need anything. The person even took all the trash away for us and everything. Also very friendly and professional. Overall not a bad location. The location is awesome is a block away from the Gallery Mall and across from the Inner Harbor and a block from the Aquarium, Hardrock Cafe and Barnes and Nobles. Its neighboring details consist of Shake Shack, CVS and several others including a bank. Parking is tricky and not recommended it's better to walk if your able otherwise you would need to pay for parking after hunting down a space. The actually inside is large enough for small events and has several outlets for charging. This is one worth visiting read more

We stopped in before our trip to the Aquarium. It was super crowded on the Tuesday we visited. Baltimore at the time had takeout only but you could wait inside for your food. There were WAY too many people packed into a small area waiting to be called. Our initial interaction was with a guy-very nice and patient-who took our order on an iPad. When we were called to the counter to pay this girl had the biggest attitude. I said we ordered and she kept saying how can I help you, but never said "just tell me what you ordered so I can ring you up". She had a really rude attitude the entire time and when I asked about sauces she heard me (I'm sure of it) but totally ignored me. The food was typical, although fries could have been warmer. This place is just super convenient to my job. And because its chick fil a I know im going to get decent fast food. the chicken is standard as in always good and the fries while not always plentiful especially if there is a rush are always hot. This location is very busy being in the heart of the harbor and I appreciate this location doing everything they can to mitigate the lines. even when it looks like the line is out the door they keep it moving (using ipads to take orders and direct you to color coded lines for example) this place even while its being over run never seems dirty or grimy. my only gripe is for some reason they are stingy with the sauce here. any other chick fil a location you ask for sauce and they throw 10 at you. Here I didn't even get to ask for sauce because they are so busy I was bustled out of the way after I got my food. Then when I went back to ask the girl gave me one Polynesian sauce. Not only was it basically tasteless minus salt and grease I felt ill for the next 12-18 hours. Not food poisoning level sick but definitely very below average. I visited this Chick fila after not eating for 7 hours. I was so hangry but their excellent customer service overshadowed my hunger. I walked in and I was greeted by D'nashia with a smile at the front register. The facility was busy with customers waiting for their orders so I assumed I would have to wait a while for my order. I ordered a Cobb salad and number 1 meal. By the time I finished ordering, they called my name with my order. The meal was fresh out of the fryer and it was delicious. My salad was crisp and the chicken was moist and crunchy like it should be. This is a great fast food option if you're in the area. read more

Wanted to try breakfast and lunch at Chick-fil-A for the longest. The cashier was extremely friendly at 8:45am....which is a great thing. Ordered the BEC meal on a biscuit with 1/2 lemonade and sweet tea and hash browns. The hash browns were ok, a little greasy but just enough hash browns in the container. The BEC on a biscuit on the other hand was a disappointment. The food was bland. No taste to the biscuit, eggs, cheese or bacon. I was surprised. Only got 3 stars because of the cashier, Purell hand wipes and the view. Hopefully it's just this location and all of Chick-fila chains don't taste like this. But will try another chain for lunch one day. read more
