I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until I went to the White Marsh Mall location about 6pm on Fri, Aug. 19, 2022. The energy of the staff was very low, they were slow, they were disorganized. There so many customers just standing around and waiting for orders. A few ppl that ordered after us was served before us, we both only ordered ice cream. It took 10 mins for an ice cream cone and an addl 5 mins for my sisters ice cream in a bowl and they ran out of spoons for her! They gave her a fork ! They made no attempt to do anything to remedy the issue including an apology. I will not visit this location again unless I see improvement, it was shameful especially considering how well known Chick fil A is known for its great service. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A ever! My wife and I only ordered a side salad and it took 10 minutes just to get it! Upon arrival, there were at least 6 workers up front, including a manager and yet no one greeted or acknowledged us. Also, there wasn't any other customers there when we got there. Now keep in mind it took us 10 MINUTES to get a side salad. In that time we got to witness several customers who came in after us receive their order before ours and we also notice that a particular manager constantly did not say "My Pleasure" and he just seemed to have an attitude. Food is consistent with all the other Chic fil As. The drive thru is ridiculous though. Not the fault of cfa, but I def recommend just going in after ur mobile order to get ur food if u are in a rush. You'll be in and out in no time. The worst service I have ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A. Ordered on the app to pick up at the counter. I was presented with my food and said, I did not get my drinks yet. The sassy employee said , "we'll wait she get that" as she pointed at a different sassy employee. Took over 5 minutes to get 2 drinks. Asked for a straw, and the were basically tossed at me. Corporate Chick-fil-A needs to get a new operator at this location. Clearly not upto Chick-fil-A standards. Customers will pay more for good service and good food. My experience at this location has always been pleasant. But after today, I'll probably never spend my money here again. Their cashier, Zowie, is the rudest person I've ever seen. Not only was she unpleasant when taking my order, she left my food sitting on the counter for 20 mins. After waiting 10 minutes I walked up to the counter and asked if she called my name. She said no and that she would bring the food to me when it was ready. 10 minutes later, I went back to the counter and she hands me two bags that she had sitting my the trash can. I asked her why she didn't bring the food over to me and she said "I brought it over to the other black girl and she said it wasn't hers." By other black girl, she meant the only other black girl in the store, as if we all look the same. The "other black girl" literally had braids in her hair and was 10 shades darker than me. All I could do was laugh, take my cold food, and exit the store. What a waste of time and money. read more

I ordered through the CFA APP and paid online. Everything was fine until we arrived at my daughter's house where my grandchildren were awaiting lunch. They had been waiting for chicken nuggets. I ordered 30 nuggets, lots of fries, fruit and a gallon of tea. I also ordered chicken strips. I opened the bags of food and there were no Chicken Nuggets. This CFA is 14 miles away. I called and everyone at CFA assured me that I only had to return, give my name and my Chicken Nuggets would be ready for me. I told the person on the phone that my husband was returning to pick up the Nuggets at the drive through. He did not have that experience at all after driving 14 miles. No one helped him until they finally got a manager to go out to the parking lot, where my husband had to park. Eventually the nuggets we're delivered. There was no apology. It was as though he was in the wrong and I was told there would be no problem. Nothing was offered to him for the 30 miles round trip he had to drive. The order was $50 and all the fries were cold by the time he returned. No one seemed to care if everything was in the order when we were picking up the food in the first place. What happened to CFA generosity? Where was kindness and some sense of responsibility on the part of the CFA staff? Not even the manager was kind and caring about customer service. I don't live in the area of this Perry Hall location, but it is the CFA company that has disappointed me. read more

This Chick-fil-A gets its meat from the geese across the street in the marshes - that is why it is so fresh and tender. I am giving this location a 3 star rating due to the roaches I saw in the restroom. German roaches are not a good sign. I wasn't sure if I should eat my food after seeing that however I did. The worst possible service I've ever received from any Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to!!!!!! My mom and I have been driving for over 16 hours to get to New York from Florida. Due to the pandemic, she didn't feel safe flying so I drove with her. We were starving and since every other Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to has been pleasant, of course expectations are the same no matter what state we're in. The cashier (Ivan) took our order, gave us our drinks, then when our order was ready, gave our food to someone else. And the person he gave it to, was a woman who he had JUST TAKEN HER ORDER. And I'm not talking about 5 minutes or even 2 minutes, I'm talking LESS THAN A MINUTE!!!!! He then realized he messed up and instead of coming to us and explaining the mix up and getting us our food, he avoids eye contact and completely avoids the pick-up area to further avoid having to handle his mistake, like we were the ones that did something wrong. An employee that saw we were waiting there for 15 minutes (this after several people came and went with there orders after us) politely asked us what we ordered and got us our food. ALL THE WHILE! this dope of a cashier was staring away from us and avoiding eye contact in our area, knowing damn well he messed up. Awesome drive thru lunch service!!!! Had servers outside in the drive thru line taking orders via tablet...Then a cashier taking money before u got to the window...where your orders was ready in less than 5mins. Everyone extremely friendly...took my name and smiled:-) I think ALL fast foods should take this type of superb customer service and apply 100%. Their app is disgusting I ordered breakfast on my app at 10:22 on route to the restaurant and it says now head to the restaurant well I did you know I paid for the breakfast by 10:24 wooden paid for I pull up at 10:29 I enter the parking spot they told me breakfast is over it's 10:30 I'm like I've already paid for it it should be ready just bring it out to me like no we canceled it 10 seconds ago I said well then you better make it over and bring it out it said we don't have any hash browns it's 10:30 I said what happened to the ones I ordered that you would have brought out to me had I entered my curbside parking spot number 5 seconds earlier did it magically disappear and it's terrible I wanted to talk to the owner I want his home phone number I get it I get it child manager and she said fine but we're out of hash browns I said fine bring me the fries out I get nothing they bring me nothing out I try and order it it won't accept my order total frustration I do not support this location I no longer support chicken fillet there is a better way and I'm going to find it and it's not chicken fillet goodbye read more

This is by far the best experience I've had at a Chick-fil-A. My husband and I had just gotten back from a trip to NYC, but we got back at a terrible rush hour time. So we drive from the park and ride to the mall right across the street to get something to eat. We chose this Chick-fil-A and we ordered a wrap and the grilled chicken club, just the entrees. We waited for 15 minutes (which is way too long for a place considered "Fast Food") for a manger to finally come over and tell us it was going to take a little bit longer for the food because they had to get more of the tortillas from storage. We had time to kill, so it wasn't a problem. But then she handed us two free meal cards! (Either 8 piece nugget or the original sandwich). Our food came out 5 minutes later and she gave us a free entree of Mac n cheese as well. Since we weren't going to be back to the White Marsh Mall any time soon, we used the meal cards in the same sitting. All in all, the situation turned from pretty bad to amazing.
