First time here and really enjoyed it! We stopped in a little after noon, and it was quiet and relaxed. We got the lunch special with the lamb/beef pita wrap and also tried the Loukoumades with Dubai chocolate for dessert. My husband and I shared the wrap at first so we could both try it, but it was delicious that next time we'll definitely be getting one each! We also really liked the thin fries. So my husband looked up this little spot off of a Belair Rd, tucked behind Outback. Plenty of parking, but hard to navigate if there is a huge truck parked in front of the establishment. There wasn't a lot of people inside, only a family of 4 were seated inside. The n place was very clean and the staff was friendly. Hubby had to use the restroom, so that gave me time to look over the menu. I asked the gentleman behind the counter to suggest some items since ai was newly to Greek cuisine. I do like the cucumber/ onion salad, so I looked for something that was similar. I ordered the Greek bowl and hubby had the Gyro platter. Everything was cooked to our satisfaction. Really large pita sandwiches. stuffed with delicious filling and sauce. fries are shoestring style which was pretty good. I got the beef/lamb gyro meat, and it was really good though maybe a tad dry. they gave a lot of meat so I appreciated it. The platters are a lot more expensive than I am used to (usually $15-16, but these cost $21+), but I have never ordered one so maybe they are really large or something. read more

The casual storefront might be a little deceiving - they serve restaurant quality food here. The prices only seem high if you're expecting fast food but the portions are huge and they are actually cooking in the back, not just reheating. I ate at the location in the city and I will say this one has better food BY FAR. Greek Bowl (lamb & beef) - 8.5/10 Again, you might think $21 is a lot for a bowl but it is literally the size of 2.5 chipotle/cava bowls. Very generous portions of meat too. I was extremely hungry and only put a small dent in it - I had a full take home box lol. My only critique is that the vinaigrette was strong, it wasn't bad I just prefer less. I also think they probably have the best pita in the area, wish it was served on the side instead of in the bowl. Just devoured my order, it was so good! I've been missing my favorite gyro place where I used to live and had to give this place a shot. The portions were huge, and the gyro meat is cooked perfectly. Real seasoning and not overcooked but some nice crunchy pieces. I absolutely loved it. And the salad it came with was also delicious, full of fresh veggies. The interior was spotless. I ordered for pick up at this place and wow, the inside was so clean. The workers had the food ready within 12 minutes. We ordered a falafel wrap, gyro pita wrap, fries, and spanakopita. The good news: The wraps were amazing! Bursting with flavor and I truly think they came with a lot of meat for $12. The bad news: the fries were soggy and the spanakopita wasn't as crispy. I still gave this place 5 stars because they did have a disadvantage. I ordered it for takeout so the food could've gotten less crispy due to the time. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later; my husband ordered another one for me and 5 minutes after ordering it, they handed him the gyro. He was alil suspicious, but it looked ok so he paid. The pita wrap was super soft and the amount of ingredients inside tasted fresh and there was also plenty of meat. They definitely do not skimp out on the quantity and quality here. I stopped at lunch time just to sample the food at Mr. Suvlaki. I ordered a traditional gyro which is made with shaved pork. I learned that lamb and beef gyros are an American adaptation of the original Greek dish. I also ordered dolmades which were nearly the best I have ever tasted. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who was a good sport about my being me. She stated that they've been in business in the Forest Hill location for about 22 years. They offer quite a selection of olives and olive oils. The remainder of the place is just a cleaned up version of the previous business.
