This carwash is absolutely terrible, my car was absolutely filthy after paying for the most expensive wash. I could've easily cleaned my car better than they did in the hour it took them. The employees have zero motivation, and they mope around, doing the bare minimum that they have to, ill never use this carwash again. Don't waste your time read more

Waited like an hour for windows and dash to have streaks. I'm very particular about my car so will most probably not be going back.

Just saw Frank Thomas aka "The Big Hurt" getting his Bentley washed at this Chevron. I think maybe he lives in Henderson, Nevada or is just visiting? I served him at my work one time, cool guy and I'm a big fan. This Chevron is near my house and is clean and very convenient. They also stock my favorite beer, "Genessee" in the giant hobo size cans for $1.29. (win win, lol) I don't drink coffee very often, but I needed to fill the Jeep with gas and I went inside and got a cup of Joe, OMG the coffee here is out of a machine and it tastes like plastic! Some brand called "Douvre mud" or something like that. Stronger than $#!t and a plastic aftertaste that I think is from the hazelnut flavoring machine. Disgusting! Well, I know now to get my coffee from the Speedee Mart on Gibson instead, it's fresh brewed there and so much better. Anyways, it's was cool to start the New Year 2017 with a Frank Thomas sighting at the corner gas station. read more

Horrible experience the cashier told me my card was declined when the system was down .. the car wash place does not do a good job ! The cashiers were the worst they are rude and hate there job never ever coming here for gas or car wash again read more

Went to get my new car washed Sunday and the equipment damaged my windshield and tore off a wiper blade. Management for Pit Stop pretty much said, sorry it's your fault and we aren't paying. I will never ever go to this place again. read more

Used to be really good! Been getting worse the last few times I've been there. Last time, whatever they used left a white residue on my black interior and very smeared windows. This time, my change was stolen, didn't even wipe the dash down and spots on the windows. Will NOT be going back there. Don't do business with thieves!!!! read more

They have credit card skimming machines, it was on the news. The car wash scratched my car one time then denied it.

After a couple months of a dusty, bug splattered car, I figured why not treat myself today to a car wash? I was over off of Stephanie and saw this Pit Stop Car Wash and figured it's probably good. After 3 attendants vacuumed out my car they took it around through the wash. Another 3-4 attendants appeared to be going over the outside of the car 5 or 8 times, wiping it down again and again. They wiped down the wheels and inside. After about 30-40 minutes waiting (I was transfixed with the post election Fox News hysteria-filled celebration on the tv inside, so I might be off on the wait time), I was called that my car was ready. I checked it over briefly once inside, it looked pretty decent. They really did Armor All the heck out of the inside, it looks like a oily, leather skinned Floridian. Yet, they missed a few places on the dash. Also, in the back seat area, some floor areas were neglected in vacuuming. I got the #3, $27.99. It general it looks much better than when I brought it in, even if they missed a couple little places. Plus, you get a complimentary air freshener pack when you pay. I picked Piña Colada, because I am that type of girl. read more

Amazing detail service for $24, good gas price, clean facilities and excellent customer service!

Their car wash service is the biggest scam I have seen in a long time! Their classic wash will cost you $14.99 and it is exterior wash only. You throw in another $5 for a glorified exterior wash (tire dressing added!) which is called ultra! I had some stains inside the doors and asked them to clean, learning that I would have to upgrade to the Hand-wash (VIC)! And that would cost me $49.99. The supreme wash which is only $27.99 cannot buy you wiping the plastic parts with wet towel. I had an argument with the field supervisor back and forth and couldn't wrap my brain around why they wouldn't just wipe the door interiors! The guy basically told me that his guys were trained to just lightly dust the plastic parts and dash for even $27.99 and I would have to pay $50 for that service. I am actually impressed by how blunt they are about the scam; it takes guts to openly tell people that you will be ripping them for something so basic. Anyways, I deserve this because I am so lazy! I should just clean my car inside my garage and watch these businesses go bankrupt, as they just deserve that! Think about this place; how much you are paying and what you are getting in return. My two cents! read more

I have been here to get my car cleaned multiple times and the Quality is just not there. I had to get them to vacuum my car a second time and redo all the windows. Save your money and go else where!!!! read more

I get my car cleaned here all the time and they always do a great job. I've always had great service and they seem to be pretty efficient. Staff has always been friendly and I only seem to have to wait awhile on weekends so when my schedule permits I try and come during mornings on weekdays. read more

Car wash is ok. Their express is not. Very slow car wash. Even with no line.

Buy 10 get 1 free car wash PLUS Early Bird Special(7am-9am) with $2.00OFF

The guys at the car wash work so hard and do such a great job I end up over-tipping each time I get my car washed. I'll do the quick wash (outside only) and stay in the car as it passes through. I haven't encountered anyone who doesn't "bring it". Good job. read more

Really disappointed in car wash and wax. For my $50 I expected the interior to have been dusted if not wiped down. Had paid the extra for the wax. Only time will tell if it was worth it. I have got to quit tipping. I gave a $10 tip. Wasn't worth it. I'll check back and let you know how the wax holds up. Nice interior and exterior. Full service gas station and convenience store. read more

The BEST car detailing spot. My car is 10 years and looked brand new once the finished. I will be bring my car to this place all the time, even though I live in the other side of town in the Southwest. WORTH IT!!!!!! read more

This is the last time I went to this place. Granted, I only paid $20 for a car wash. And my fault I didn't check the car while picking it up but God... the car is filthy from both outside and inside, mirrors are dirty, car was barely vacuumed, rims are filthy, stains on dashboard, windows done poorly... for management, it was the black VW Tiguan Sunday around 11am... $5 tip was totally not deserved... no offense, but you guys suck... what was the worst was to see the great job you did on the white BMW that was there in front of me, probably hoping for nicer tip from richer driver... for customers, this place is waste if money... 702-721-1083 read more

Highly recommend the car wash! They are great. Fast and courteous and prices are reasonable. I bring all my vehicles to get washed here.

I stopped in for a quick car wash. Luis ran over and removed my antenna as I was entering, saving my antenna from damage and my antenna ball.. That's going above and beyond! read more

I just got my car detailed for $55. But it doesn't even look like they cleaned my windows. There's still stuff on my floor that wasn't vacuumed. I'm very disappointed & surely will not be coming back to them. read more

Automatic car wash is horrible, attendant only pre washed the drivers side of car. Detail work is also bad, took my car in and the inside was half cleaned. They lost one of my inside floor mats, definitely need to improve their service. read more

Come in only during the nights but a great place for convenience. Decent prices on beverages/drinks :). Oh and the gentleman (Elijah i believe) is very nice and always seems to be busy keeping the inside of the store looking great, as well as his coworker i believe. good store to have around the corner :D read more

Very friendly staff and they do an excellent job on interior detail.... Great place for a full service car wash!!!

Just had my car washed here basic wash. I have been here over 1 and a half hours. This should be told to you when you pull in. I will not be back. read more

Huge fan! The best $25 car wash in the valley. This is right around the corner from my house, everyone is friendly, and they do a great job. Gas prices are a bit on the high end, but for an "in and out" 30 minute semi-manual car wash, this is the best I've found in Las Vegas....and certainly better than Terrible Herbst....they got the "terrible" part right. read more

Thought I would give this place a chance as our old car wash (Green Valley hand wash) had closed. Man am I glad I did. The young man (Stephen) detailing our car was awesome. His attention to detail was remarkable. Glad I stopped and will continue to use this place. read more

I am so disappointed in this place. I wanted a quick car wash as I had my 1 year old daughter with me, the guy at the beginning of car wash pressured me into a full detail because of the deals. I told him I didn't care about what was included in the cost and I just wanted a "quick" clean because I didn't have time to spend because of my baby. He said he was a dad, he understood, he would rush my car and it would be done in half an hour - 45 minutes tops. So I spend $60 and one hour and 45 minutes later with a cranky, hungry toddler in tow my car is "done". I just wanted to get out of there and with the amount of time I spent I figured they cleaned it very well. Well now I'm home and those kids that do car washes for fundraising could have done a better job for $5. The bottom of my car is still muddy, they did not even touch my gear shift where there is still dirt and my dash is dusty! My rear window has a hand smudge mark and I swear there's a new ding on my passenger side door. If you guys think they do a good job you've obviously never had your car done anywhere else. I will never go back here again and will drive an extra 20 minutes to Oasis at the Shell on Pecos and Flamingo. For 1/3rd of the cost you get quality service from people who pay attention to detail. read more

I go to this Chevron almost three times a week because I work in the same parking lot and it's very convenient. Tonight, after getting off work, my boyfriend and I stop by to get gas, but before I get out of my vehicle I collect all the trash in it and throw it away. Two bottles of Aquafina, and a can of brisk ice tea, and some Starbucks wrappers. I stay at the pump, use my debit card and get my gas. As I'm trying to get in my vehicle to leave with my boyfriend, a woman from the store comes out and starts asking me why I had so many bottles and what they were. She never gave me a reason as to why she was accusing me of stealing when I NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THE STORE TO BEGIN WITH, but I proceeded to get everything I threw away, back out of the trash. I showed her my hot water bottles and my empty can, but that didn't satisfy her. She told us she couldn't prove that I did anything, but what was there to prove?? Until she is gone, or extremely retrained to treat customers better and with RESPECT, I will never go there again. 7-11 will have my business from now on. I can't believe I was harassed at the pump for stealing bottles when I never stepped foot in the establishment. read more

The service here is pathetic. I've been coming here since this car wash opened probably a decade ago. I don't know if ownership or management changed, but I had a problem and the manager refused to come out of her office to talk to me. The staff said the mgr wants me to call corporate. read more

Got my sisters car detailed as a gift for her. They did a good job on detail but they removed items from the car (garage door remote and other items) and did not put them back. My sister drove home to California and she noticed that the items were missing. I went back to the car wash and secured the remote (they do have a lost and found). They offered me nothing for my inconvenience and pretty much shrugged it off as it's your responsibility to check and make sure everything is in the car when you leave. Hey, I did not take it out of the car!!! I will never go there again, they just lost about $ 300 plus of business a year plus the tips to the car wash guys. read more

For the love of you car, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I HATE this place!! I have been going for years and have had every car wash that they offer and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk out completely disappointed. They never clean the whole inside no matter which car wash you buy so I just started buying the cheap one because there is no value in the upgraded washes that they offer. I always end up wiping down the inside of my own car at the car wash anyway. Today I took my car in again and this time, they did not wipe down the inside at all (not just spots, they did not touch the inside), there was dust all over the dash and console and still drippings from some coffee that was spilled over. They brought me my keys and when I walked up to the car, the outside of the car wasn't clean either. The teenager actually gave us towels and we were cleaning our own car that we just paid to have cleaned. We had driven out of town so there were some bugs on the front and when he gave us the keys, there were still bugs. We pointed it out to him and he seemed lazy about trying to get them off even though we were able to wipe the car down clean. They cleaned the wheels half assed and the windows were still dirty too. I have had it with this place and will NEVER GO BACK!!! read more

Took my car here for a more detailed service. They talked to into a $45 service which was fine. Waited an hour, for my car to get done which was fine considering I wanted a good cleaning. Once it was done I went out, and what a mess. It was sort of clean, but being a black car it has to be dried, which it wasn't. There were spot on the window, the inside panels weren't even touched, the back seat (leather seats) weren't even wiped clean. The inside windows weren't even touched and I'm not even sure it was vacuumed since there were still crumbs everywhere. I was so upset I went in to speak to a manager who offered me another wash (at another time mind you) or my money back, but she said because there system was down I would have to go back for it. They couldn't just credit back my card, so I have to go back for my refund. I still have a dirt car and now I'm out gas money to get my money back and I will have to waste more time to get my car done. Do yourself a favor, stay away from here... This place has no clue how to actually wash a car. Very dissatisfied and still don't have my money back. read more

I was very disappointed with this car wash my car was very dirty I had lots of dog hair in my car. I got the ultra supreme, car wash I told the guy my car is very dirty and it needs a good vacuum cleaning . When my car came out of the car wash there was still dog hair in my car they did not wipe down anything in my car and this was the ultra supreme wash The guy told me they clean The inside and outside of your car including vacuuming and wiping the whole car clean obviously the only that was cleaned was outside of my car not the inside of my car it was still dirty when I asked the guy did you vacuum my car his excuse was you had a lot of dog hair in your car so I guess it was too much work for them to make sure my car was completely cleaned I spent $32 on a car wash and I got back a dirty car. read more

Last visit here after today. Over one hour wait before anyone even began work on our car. Staff lost the keys for another customers car and everyone stopped working. I understand that it's hot but the staff moves so slowly that the cars get backed up forever. The finished product is mediocre and simply not worth the wait or the frustration not to mention the money. Over to Terribles on Sunset from now on for half the waiting time and twice the service. read more

I moved to the area not that long ago and was using a carwash that was a little further away. I discovered this one was closer and thought I would give it a try, big mistake. They broke a center cap and said nothing about it, just chunked it into my backseat. I get down the road and realize they also knocked off my interior fuse cover, but they lost it. They said nothing of either of these incidents and when I went back to ask if they had possibly found by Fuse cover I was greeted with a very "I don't care" attitude. I guess I'll go back to the other place. read more
