Nice big gas pump stalls with easy street access, getting out is a little more challenging...busy corner. Store is newish with well maintained amenities, I usually just pay at the pump but today I was swayed by the new Guy Fierry inspired food items and was excited by the sign! Ha thier computer was down soo no Flavor Town Sammies today, bummer. Oh well Summer heat hits alot of business' I guess will be back to try these snacks. Out of all the Circle K gas stations in the area, this one has to be the worst. I have had nothing but bad experiences here, every single time. They can't even keep employees working at this location because the new manager "Ashley" isn't any good and does not have good management skills.. Every time they finally get a new employee who is actually good and nice at their job, they end up leaving due to the way management treats their employees. Every time I go to this location, I end up standing in line at the register for over 10 mins because the line is all the way to the bathrooms and probably only 1 person working the register. That is unacceptable and bad customer service. The location always seems overstaffed for a gas station but 1 person working at the register? Makes no sense.. The gas pumps are always down or not working correctly. There is always homeless people standing outside asking customers for money. The trash cans outside are always full. Also, there is 2 entrances to the store but 1 is always locked, forcing people to walk all the way to the other side. Overall, this location is just bad and I would recommend going to another Circle K. This all comes down to 1 thing, bad management and all the employees there could tell you the same thing. Wow circle k on warm springs and Stephanie what can I say by far one of the worst unkept gas stations I have been to. The gas part was the best part of that gas station experience. Most of the fountain drink were working but wrong flavors. Or did not have a good mixture ratio. The floor were extremely sticky and dirty. Box's all over the place for restocking. Counter had pop stains all over and was sticky. As soon as we walk in the store we had a bad smell hit us in the face will never go back to that one again run away from that circle k they are a lot better gas stations close by read more

This review is solely for the car wash. I have no issue with the gas station itself. I purchased a monthly subscription. The car wash service is horrible. There is one car wash for the entire Las Vegas area and it is almost always broken. I've had two successful car washes. My car got stuck in the machine twice. Three times I have gone and it is out of order. There is rarely an attendant on site for the car wash so you have to go inside and find a clerk who will either refund or try to re-set the machine. The service is just unreliable. There is no need to offer a monthly subscription to Las Vegas residents. There is no car wash to utilize so this is a waste of money. Cancelled my subscription after two months. read more

The price is right as long as you have cash!! Cash price is $.10 less per gallon. Luckily for me my credit union's ATM is nearby and free, so I stop there for cash. The parking lots are connected so not much of an inconvenience. Once at Circle K I send my son in to pay and pray I guesstimated correctly so I don't have to send him back! On Wednesday the 24th I was trying to grab a drink and snack before I had to be at work and you very rude and completely disrespectful employee was being so unprofessional it made me uncomfortable. With a line behind me the other customer walked up and she turned around and walked away then soon as that customer said something she acted like this person was a ghost and then called the next customer up around him. Went to get some breakfast sandwiches here yesterday morning, nice selection and 2 for $5 a good deal. However, as you can see from the photos one of them was less than appetizing. Didn't discover this until I got home. Other sandwich was fine. Went back later with the moldy sandwich and was told that I needed to bring it back when the manager was in the store, from 6am to 2pm. I was simply trying to get an even exchange and I can't see why that couldn't be done. Bring it back? For a $2.50 issue? That's gas money wasted and not worth it. I don't have time for that. It's only a Circle-K. And I'm only Daniel. S reviewing it from how I experience it. I am reviewing the Warm Springs Road at Stephanie Street Circle-K from how I experienced it driving to adventures and running errands. This Circle-K is convenient to eastbound motorists on Warm Springs Road and northbound motorists on Stephanie Street. As I write this review, it is the only gas station on the south side of Warm Springs Road from Eastern Avenue to Boulder Highway and on the east side of Stephanie Street from Horizon Ridge Parkway to Russell Road. When I fuel up at gas stations I want space. I don't like gas stations that are compact where the chances of getting into a fender bender are high. When I pull into this Circle-K, I appreciate that there are at least four fuel pump islands with sufficient room for the vehicles. When I fuel up I like fueling my thirst as I fuel up the car. Circle-K is thirst central. Their 79 cent 44 ounce fountain drinks including syrup flavoring is a good deal that I often take advantage of. For the record, the beverage is never flat. If I am driving directly to a park, I'll pick up a couple of their bottled waters. On the subject of beverages, they have a beverage cave selling cold beer. Finally, when I fuel up I want to spend those few minutes of my life at a business that is clean, upbeat, and provides the perception of safety. The convenience store is clean with bright lights. The common "Out of Order" sign on the ATM machine looks kind of shabby. Now, the graffiti carved into the gas pumps looks far more shabby. Owing to the fact that it is usually busy, it is safety in numbers. The only dangerous thing that I see is turning onto northbound Stephanie Street against a blind spot from the shrubs. If your driving northbound on Stephanie Street or eastbound on Warm Springs Road in the vicinity of Sunset Station, Circle-K is a good choice. I never had any problems with their fuel. Their fuel prices are competitive. And their 79 cents 44 ounce drinks is a refreshing treat for fueling up your vehicle. Happy motoring! read more

Expect a long, slow line when you go in. It's never not busy and most of the time they have one cashier on. Half their gas station pumps have a yellow bag over it because they don't work. It's like a 1970's gas store in 2022. I've purchased bus passes for my son in here and they always act like I've asked to buy a giraffe. They get SO confused with bus passes. This is a very nice convenience store. Very clean and well stocked with friendly employees. The parking lot area and gas pumps are spacious enough for everyone to get around. They offer gas gloves in case you need or want to use them. If you are going to Circle K often, make sure you download their app. It will help save you money, give you free Circle K dollars on your birthday and you can earn free drinks when you buy them here. This circle K is pretty good on the credit card fraud. I have had my information stolen on multiple transactions at different gas stations but never this one. The staff can be a bit grumpy sometimes but they're usually alright as well. Overall I'm happy with getting my gas here. read more

I like this location much more than the 1 closer to my home which seems to ALWAYS be laden w beggars, I've never encountered 1 at this location. (Knock on wood) the staff is always pleasant, maybe bcuz I tip them regularly. Yes, I said I tip them...try it, give them $1 sometime & see their gratitude! These are minimum wage jobs where they clean up after all of us everyday, you know you've made a mess at least once & not attempted to clean it up. I would give negative stars for the attitude of the workers. A new girl apparently made a mistake and one of the workers was being really rude and mean to her. A customer made a comment and asked to be checked out, he was waiting a long time. (All three workers were now trying to fix this mistake, no one checking any one out. The store is full! WTF ...shell gas pumps on the system for pre-authorization on credit cards I was putting some gas in my car it was a rental they had to return it exactly with half a tank I put $5 then realized I need a little bit more then I put two more dollars now I have two $90 on hold on my credit card luckily I have enough credit line on the credit card but it's just the principle I realized our location start using Shell Gasoline not too long ago hopefully they can fix that s*** or tell the customers was going on..... A decent spot for a car wash. It's rarely busy, you can pay inside with cash to get a code or right at the wash entrance with a card. Cheapest wash runs around $6 and the most expensive one clocks in at $12 plus they have options where you can bundle washes to get some for free. The vacuums are ok - kind of hit or miss and I've had issues using my card at them. Bonus points for the covered vacuum area so you're (somewhat, depending on the time of day) shaded while you vacuum out your whip. I have to say that I knocked a star off for the fact that I've come here twice while the wash was out of service. They completely rehauled the wash itself a few months back and I haven't had an issue since then but word to the wise: have a backup spot if you stop in while it's out of commission. No frills, DIY car wash that gets the job done without any extras. If you're looking for a basic clean car, this is a good bet. read more

It was cold outside; the rain was pouring down. I was having a good time hanging out with my friends, and we decided to go to circle k to get some snacks and soft drinks. My friend and I entered the bathroom while we were there, and this woman (black hair/ emo looking) started yelling at us and talking to us like we were delinquents for not noticing the out of order sign on the door. This was particular offensive, given that my friend happens to be illiterate in the English language. Nonetheless I apologized and we went on about our business. Upon checking out with our sodas and snacks, I decided to leave Megan on a positive note by offering up a joke: Would you rather fight 10 duck sized horses or one horse sized duck? Despite its harmlessness, Megan decided that she had had ENOUGH she started raising her voice saying "NO YOU'RE DONE!" and such. Needless to say, this loud and disrespectful response from this individual was very upsetting to my group and we hope that in the future Megan will learn the value of controlling her anger and not taking it out on other people.
