Fuel is normally much cheaper in Las Vegas than in California (but the smog over the city when we drove in may be a result). Costco fuel is $2.39 but we wouldn't wait in the line to leave town. You enter and it looks like any other convenience store with the checkout at the front but this store has nice looking (but I'm sure fake) stone arches. Hubs got the gas and I went in to check out the C-store. They have a large variety of goodies-coffee, donuts, soft drinks, hot dogs, sausage and breakfast sausages with buns and the toppings of chili or cheese and, of course, the usual candy and chips, pretzels and seeds. I recommend Terrible's. It makes a nice stop even if you just go in to walk around and look like I did.

5 tries to get my medication…read more An hour after I left the doctor's office they didn't have my stuff ready. My first visit and they didn't have my prescription ready yet. It's two antibiotics and an emergency inhaler. I had another appointment so I left. Second visit, boyfriend went for me. He waited an hour before he had to go. They claimed they didn't have the prescription. I called them and they said they had the prescription AND the medication ready right when he left. Sure. Third visit. I went again and they STILL did not have my stuff ready, BUT they did have my prescription. Hooray. Went out to do some shopping while we waited. Fourth visit. They FINALLY they have it. Picked up my two antibiotics but they didn't have a prescription for my inhaler. Seriously? Went to my doctor today. They had sent it off WAY back on the first day and questioned why I requested it a third time. THIRD time!? Unbelievable! Fifth visit. I now have a physical copy of my inhaler prescription but they said they didn't need it and had it already! However, the prescription they've had for three days now STILL HAS NOT BEEN FILLED. I grab a quick drink and plop down in the chair to wait. At this point I am practically DYING and I need my inhaler ASAP. Breathing becomes labored and I can slowly feel the suffocation. 30 minutes later, the guy asks me again what my last name was and the staff finally looks around for my fricking inhaler while other customers and their kids look on in concern. Please! Don't mind me dying in the corner! "Oh! We had it right here the whole time!" I saw a parent roll her eyes and was glad she could do that in my stead. I went up to pay but as soon I did, the guy WALKED OFF to go talk to another member of the staff so now I've moved from dying in the chair to dying at the counter. When he finally returned minutes later, I quickly pay the stupid copay and he meekly passes me my inhaler. FINALLY I can breathe again the moment I use it. The rest of the store was only half-stocked if that. The store overall was unorganized but the rest of the [non-pharmaceutical] staff was pleasant enough at least. My advice? Don't come here in a rush. 1 Day = 2-3 Business Days.

The selection is actually pretty varied and they have quite a few different items and brands. But with that being said, the aisles are packed and it's pretty cramped in here. It is clean and organized though, so it's easy to find what you are looking for. The produce only comes on a few days so be wary of that. The people working here have always been fairly friendly. We've gotten take out at the food line. It's pretty good and not too expensive.

I have to say that I probably go to this…read moregas station more than any other when I am in town, because It has the best prices and it is located between my house and the 95 freeway. I even feel safe to go at night because it is so lit up and I feel visible when I'm there. They have music playing and I can just use my card and I don't have to go inside if I don't need to. They have Lotsa pumps and especially in the summer time, in the heat, it's nice to go at night to fill up. The perk is the car wash and the convenience store inside. They are super friendly and the service is helpful. I like to get a big drink their or road trip snacks, too. So check out this location. I recommend it.

I realized I had a coupon that had to be applied to an order but a very unfriendly clerk had already rung up the order. She had to return everything and then ring it up again using the coupon. The clerk seem to take great pleasure in telling me that even though I had been in line and had asked to add money to my debit card right at the beginning, she told me that's a separate transaction. The person who had been in line after me was then moved up in front of me. The clerk informed me that I had to wait behind the person who had been behind me the whole time because this was now a second transaction. This was *after* I had told her about this transaction from the moment I walked in. Altogether an incredibly unpleasant experience. Everyone who works at Walgreens really needs to attend some kind of a seminar. I think I've been to maybe one Walgreens altogether where the people that worked there were actually friendly. The employees at this Walgreens, however take the number one spot as the most unfriendly and unwelcoming group of employees yet!
