When checking us out, had an attitude scooping our ice cream, had an attitude that he couldn't hear me "what?! i can't hear you SPEAK UP" verbatim.. Customer service isn't for everybody nor is night shift. I suggest putting this worker on day shift if he doesn't want to do his job at this hour.

The hotel is near this Costco, so I decided to try to avoid the big lines and go there early. Great, no big lines, but still plenty of people pumping gas early. The station opens at 6 am and closes like maybe 9 pm, one hour after the store closes. Cheapest gas around and sure is less here than in California! Plus, if you have a Citi Costco card (doubles as a membership card), you get 5% off gas when you get it as a Costco gas station! I love they have those red and green signals posted on each pump island, telling you which pump on the island is available. You do know as well, that the pump hoses are long enough to stretch to the other side of your car id you pull in with your filler spot on the opposite side of the pumps. Just one thing I'd like is some windshield cleaning supplies, to clean while the car fills, but I guess that might slow the flow of vehicles ... sort of like when that big fat motorhome with a 75 gallon tank pulls in!

We stopped to put some gas today and it was the worst service ever, the gas pump was not working…read more No sign or anything showing that is out of service like a sign or that yellow plastic they usually put. My husband went inside and got some drinks and pay for the gas and the pump did not move ! The clerk came out too verify and she review the sales ticket ? She is like you already pump the gas ? Were like if its not working how did we pump it ? She tried pumping it too and it didn't work ? My daughter ask for the money back it was to hot and we had my grand baby in the car !! Finally they got the pump to work and when she went inside for the change the idiot guy kept giving my daughter an attitude, and finally the clerk give her the change after all this. Then he tried too intimidate my family!! I will move this forward to corporate and make sure that kind of people don't work there anymore.

It needs to be highlighted today. We witnessed greatness! The best of Las Vegas and Henderson can be found here sometimes with individuals that don't have anything better to do but be ungrateful to others! The staff are wow!! When others raise their voices, and not use words to communicate it causes a big problem. We need to remember and have understanding for others in how we speak. Don't go to this shameful level. Let's use kindness to dissolve the hatred in the world. The individuals that come here to collect a paycheck have a heart and duty that they give to others each day they put their uniforms on. No matter what sort of work or service you perform use the smile to make it right. Make others feel happy and confident . Store is newish with well maintained amenities, I usually just pay at the pump but today I was swayed by the new Guy Fierry inspired food items and was excited by the sign! Fuel is normally much cheaper in Las Vegas than in California (but the smog over the city when we drove in may be a result). Costco fuel is $2.39 but we wouldn't wait in the line to leave town. You enter and it looks like any other convenience store with the checkout at the front but this store has nice looking (but I'm sure fake) stone arches. Hubs got the gas and I went in to check out the C-store. They have a large variety of goodies-coffee, donuts, soft drinks, hot dogs, sausage and breakfast sausages with buns and the toppings of chili or cheese and, of course, the usual candy and chips, pretzels and seeds. I recommend Terrible's. It makes a nice stop even if you just go in to walk around and look like I did.
