Good car wash, lots of spaces for vacuuming and cleaning out your vehicle. Only 4 stars because the tire shine is super uneven and doesn't get applied to your entire tire. read more

Conveniently located right next to Costco. I bought a gift card at Costco and was going to use it. I was struggling with it but the teenage worker did not move from the shade under the fan between the second and third bay. Soon a manager looking guy came so we got his attention. He got the gift card from us and handed it to the teenager worker. Good thing the manager saved our day. read more

Will always be loyal to this car wash. Hands down, the best! But tonight I took my friends car to get washed and then the car battery died. Thank you to Tyrese who helped me by jumping it. Would not have made it out of there if it wasn't for him. Thank you! read more

As soon as I saw this spot open up, I knew I needed to take my car for a carwash here. They do have monthly memberships that you can opt in to, however I decided I would just try it out. I did turn a little too early. I thought it was in the same shopping center as Costco but it's the next one over (they don't connect) so don't make the same mistake as me! There are rows upon rows upon rows of areas for you to clean out your car with their vacuums. They don't even charge for that, which is honestly kind of cool. I started with getting my car actually washed first. I pulled up to the line and went to pay and was greeted by an employee, which was so nice. She walked me through how ot use the machine, which was very nice but I don't know if it was super necessary haha. But I ended up going with the inbetween the very basic one and the ultimum one. It was $18 which I felt like was a little on the more expensive side. Once I went through the carwash, it's one of those where you have to put your car into neutral and I feel like I always mess those up. It was nice that my wash did come with an airfreshener and towel and whipe, so that was pretty nice detail! The carwash itself is pretty fun, too! It feels like you're in a nightclub haha. I loved it! After the wash I went and cleaned out my car with the vacuums and they were great. They have even have a flat vacuum that makes it easier to do your mats, which Ireally appreciated. I will most likely be back here again! I don't know if I'll get a membership, but I did really enjoy my experience and my car looks amazing! read more

I've been coming here since day one the place is clean and staff are helpful but my problem is not getting scrub my rear of my 4Runner..

Was advised to contact their customer support to have a note added to my account so that the top roller stays on. The associate int the tunnel manually turns this off due to the factory roof rack that is on my sequoia. I contacted their customer relations who then told me they can't do that due to safety/policy. However, they could not tell me the safety hazard and I pointed out to them that there is no policy that states they will not wash the too of the vehicle due to a roof rack on their website. Furthermore, I pointed out that when I signed up I agreed to assume all risk of damage to my vehicle. Customer relations agent then tells me she will transfer me to the manager to speak to them only to be forwarded to a voicemail. It makes no sense that I continue to pay the top tier level to not have my entire car washed. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. read more

Tuesday Sept 22,2026 Wow Carwash had a "Free" carwash with "no strings attached". This was the best carwash I have had in years. My car came out looking clean and shiny. The staff on hand that day were cheerful, informative and professional. Will absolutely go back the next time I need my car washed. Thumbs up on this business! read more

We love WOW Car Wash!! We have been on the Unlimited Wash Club plan for a couple of years now. It's very affordable and with multiple locations and long operating hours, it makes it VERY convenient to drive right through at any time of the day. This particular location is located next door to Costco on St Rose Pkwy and it's HUGE! The entrance lane is much longer than other neighborhood WOW's and more than enough spaces to dry off and vacuum. I love the complimentary air freshener, dash wipe, and microfiber towel. Not sure how long it'll last, but I like it!! Overall, the wash does a pretty decent job. Just some minor areas to dry off the beading water with the towel provided. Easy breezy. Highly recommend!! read more

WOW" car wash just opened and its name definitely has the "WOW" factor. The facility Is massive. With a variety of washes to choose from and over 30+vacuum bays it's truly impressive. The washing process is fast and efficient. Unlike similar establishments the amount of soap used is more than generous and completely covers the entire car. A dry towel, dashboard wipes and a air freshener is included. Free car washes are available until February 13th. So, definitely take advantage of this grand opening special. read more

Love how they are located near my house and near Costco! The service I got was great! The staff member greeted me and asked which wash I wanted and scanned my credit card for me. I also received a special for a month through text where the prices were discounted for unlimited washes, so I signed up for that! I love how I can go through the wash and the sensors can read my car and I can just go straight into a wash. I like how they always give you a rag to wipe down your car before going into the car wash. There is also an area to vacuum and wipe down your car. Definitely recommend this place for a car wash! read more

As an automatic car was the WOW is one of the best but one issue that I don't like is that if you change your car or license plate it means you lost your membership..... it happened to me one week ago I showed them even the transaction that they charged me for membership but anyway they didn't let me in and was told to call customer service. It's inconvenience for me read more

Super professional. Got the mini detail and they left the vehicle spotless! Amazed Dont forget they accept and split tips in a box.

I had a rental Cybertruck for a weekend and wanted to return it clean. Someone recommended Wow car wash and it didn't disappoint. I was able to ask stuff to turn off spinners, since it's not recommended for EV vehicles. And just to wash it with water. It was just enough to wash out the dust and cleaning towel Wow car wash provided was just perfect to wipe it. Also plenty of vacuum stations with awesome suction power. Stuff members helped me out a lot, since I didn't know how to put my car on neutral. Everyone was very helpful! If you have Tesla, Cybertruck, or any other EV- highly recommend Wow car wash! read more

We've been using the Henderson location on St.Rose Parkway this month, and it's fantastic. The employees are polite and all smiles, and the car wash does a fantastic job. There are a zillion vacuum stations and plenty of room to navigate the area. I appreciate the operational hours and multiple locations. I've tried several different companies, and none of them cleaned our vehicles the way WOW does. read more

I've been to other car washes in Henderson and Las Vegas and thought my expectations were high. Then I visited WOW and I was greeted by Dre who explained that they would change the way I think about a car wash. The attention to detail with micro fiber clothes and dash cleaners made me feel like I got more value for my hard earned dollars. I'm a new fan and found my favorite car wash. I was driving by and saw that they had a FREE car wash today. How could I possibly pass that up? The car wash was great! I like how automated it is. When you select which wash you want, one of three gates will open allowing you to get in line. The machine does a good job of washing every square inch of your car and drying it off too. They have monthly packages which are great so you can come as many times as you want for that month. Love the towel that you get with wow max wash. It's such a good value. It's a good quality towel that can be used several times. We love the different options for washes. Something for every budget. It's in such a good location, I'll definitely be back. read more

Car wash is clean. The team is very helpful and quite a bit of spots to vacuum your car which lowers the amount of time of waiting for a spot to detail your car. My one and only complaint is the vacuuming suction is not the greatest. I need to put in more effort to vacuum the inside of my car but overall not too bad. read more

This is the best WOW car wash that I've been to, so far. The other two were less than desirable. (see my reviews) The attendants are friendly and seem to be actually happy with their jobs. They always greet me with smiles and a polite greeting. You truly get your moneys worth at this location, the value for actual service is awesome. This location is closest to my job and I'll be going to this one more often. Money well spent. read more

Amazing location. Facilities always clean and employees work hard to get you in and out.

The car wash is the BEST! There's someone at the payment screen to help you (my arms are short), they are always upbeat, welcoming and pleasant. The car wash itself is sooooo good, in and out fast, spotless, bone dry at the end. There are AMPLE vacuums, and they are powerful! This is my new go-to car wash. I usually fill up the tank at Costco first, very convenient. Because this place is run so efficiently, I think the value is perfect for the product. read more

At first, they seemed like a good idea for the price Started at eight dollars a wash, but then quickly raise the price a dollar to nine dollars per wash So opted for the monthly program However, recently going through the wash, the windows on my car are getting bent backwards, and I am concerned that they might get damaged Tried to call customer service But you don't get to talk to anyone it's all AI with some fake person pretending to be real And no option at all to talk to anyone So will probably be canceling my account there are plenty of car washes to choose from read more

I went to this location at around 11 :45 this morning (Sunday 8-2-26). A few vehicles in front of me was a white Jeep and it looked like it wasnt guided in correctly so it had to back out and go in again after the vehicles behind it backed up. Seems like the woman guiding cars into the wash may have been on a mental coffee break. As I was about 50 feet inside the wash and it was going I felt a hard bump from behind as the car behind mine ran into my bumper.Everything shutdown and the attendant went and confronted the vehicle behind me and a couple minutes later the wash started up again. When I exited the wash at the end I proceeded to the office to see what the heck just transpired. The guy in there went out to my car and said he could fill out an incident report and I asked what that would do.He said nothing as he didnt see any damage then blamed it on the driver behind my car and said I should go confront him.I wasn't sure which car it was but went and took a picture of the license plate of the vehicle I thought it was in case I have any issues with my bumper. As I walked over to do that a girl in an SUV pulled up and was ranting about an issue she had however I couldnt hear it all but she was mad as could be. Seems like this location will be losing customers as I know I wont be back again. read more

if you own a truck, this is not the wash for you! they turn off the top rollers so your roof and windshield never get scrubbed. even when you ask them to turn it on they turn it off. why pay full price for half the wash!! management is horrible too! read more

No complaints here my car is clean inside and out I love getting my car washed and drying it myself

It was expensive but the car wash did an excellent job. I would definitely go there again

I usually drive up to the girls at their kiosk if any are working. It's spares me from some awkward, staggering introduction the guys usually give. Half of them just stand around, talk to each other, and just look like they have no idea what planet they're on. Otherwise, good car washes every time! read more

I had a car wash yesterday here in Vegas. Unfortunately it rained at evening. I called them today,2/17/26 about rain check. The lady named Wendy said we don't offer rain check. Is there anything else? Wtf. Car wash doesn't offer rain check. What kind of car wash place is that and what a customer service. read more

Service was terrible. The guy directing me was so lazy then he stops the car wash and tells me I was in drive and I told him I was in neutral. And he continues to argue with me. 'Saying that was a good one.' What kind of low level workers are working here? Guy needs better training, better attitude, or a new job. I guess good workers don't exist anymore. Very poor customer service. I don't think I want to come back here. Waste of my money. read more

WOW Car Wash - Paid $22 for dirty windows, notice the line on the windshield, and streaks on the driver side window. - Car Wash Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

When the car came out I noticed a six inch deep scrape on the right rear wheel. Also, when I pulled the car in there was no help guiding me into the rails the person there was just asleep on the job. Also, I paid for the $22 wash and when he handed me the cloth and deodorant he never gave me the dashboard wipe. I had no time to ask for it because he waited until the last minute to hand me the stuff and I barely got my window closed before the wash. Just got back from a road trip and the car was still dirty, when asked about going through again i was told to use a little elbow grease instead. Overall, really poor service experience and still hard to find a reasonably priced good car wash in this town. read more

If you are returning from a road trip and your car needs a wash, you may want to prewash it before you go to Wow. It will not touch the bugs and on an SUV will leave the rear streaked and dirty. Also make sure you catch any drips as the hard water will leave spots that can only be waxed out. I had to spend over an hour cleaning the exterior when I got home. I suppose it is all you can expect from a drive thru car wash. Funny how Management never responds to any reviews? Just goes to show how much they care. read more

Everything very friendly, very accommodating and very affordable my car looked amazing inside and out afterwards
