Not sure what the bad reviews are all about, they seem more like user error issues because seriously one of the best car washes I've ever been to. I love that there's a touch less option that actually cleans my car, there isn't a track so I don't have to worry about my tires or rims being messed with and the fact that it's 24 hour a days is amazing with my crazy schedule. And seriously the most amazing vacuums! I have a dog and she's with me often and gets nearly everything out. Maybe the worst $18 car wash I've ever had. Tried to call the number to find out if I did something wrong but all you get is a recording that someone will call you back which they never did. The brushes to clean the side never came on, tried to pull forward but the soap on the windshield made it impossible to see anything. Put on my wipers where a sign told me to back up. I did and nothing happened, then the sign told me to drive forward slow. I did as I was advised again nothing happened until I got to the blower. No way to dry my car. Had to clean my windshield and back window when I got home. This was the third car wash I tried as I was trying to find out which one to sign up for a monthly plan. This was the worst and a $10 wash someplace else was much better. Obviously won't be back. read more

This is the first ever touchless car wash I have ever done and I will say it was quite the experience. To start Scotty's is located off eastgate which is neatly tucked away past the bustle of Lake Mead parkway. I was able to get in line immediately and paid $20 for the premium wash. There is a bit of a learning curve with you driving up to the wash area and stopping in place. The machine then rotates around your car rinsing and brushing the entire thing. I turned to Scotty's Car Wash for a pre-travel bath leading into Thanksgiving week. I normally go to another place that has been letting me down lately so I thought I'd give Scotty a try. I have mixed feelings about it so let's do a pro/con style review. Pros: Two lanes to get more people through more quicky. Options of contactless (high pressure water) or standard brush wash. Dryer that tells you how many seconds remain. Large number of vacuum bays. Vacuums that really suck (in a good way). Compressed air blower in the vacuum bays. Cons: Directions inside were a little confusing. As soon as the pre-wash started spraying I couldn't see the lights telling me to pull forward and stop. Just a preference, but I like when my car moves through the wash whereas here the wash passed around the car. The dryer blows almost too direct and doesn't blow the car quite dry enough. No towels to dry off the remaining water. Especially the water beading on the windows. All in all, Scotty's did a fine job of cleaning my car and getting it ready for the holidays. There are different price points available starting at $9. That is around the low end for most car washes I've been to. $24 for contactless. Other prices in between are about average. This place is good enough that I may come back again. read more

Elias was fantastic! The customer service provided was stellar! There are only people here assisting during the day. My recommendation is download the app & go through it. It's very informative & easy easy easy to use! 24/7 car wash with the options of touchless washes or Supreme. I went back the other day & met one of the main partners, Jim. He also provided excellent customer service. If you purchase the Touchless Membership, go during the day, they will be able to help with providing you with a Supreme Wash (one level down from the touchless, & you can go through it twice, once with the supreme & back around for the touchless (no brushes, only high pressured water). Definitely make certain you align your vehicle to the middle of the tunnel before driving in & if you have automatic side mirrors, pull them or push them out. The Vacuum suction is absolutely incredible. It got all the dog hair off of the dog car seat & they offer two different types of vacuums (wider & flat top & a skinny one for crevices). They also have the air blower which I love). IMPT; bring your own towels if you like to write wipe down your vehicle after. Again, open 24/7, easy to navigate, & one of the best washes (PERIODT.) I've ever experienced! Can't wait until they open another one in Las Vegas. This one is located closer to my partner's house, & I gave up my membership at the one located directly across the street from my apartment (that's how good it is!) Had a great experience. Have a Mazda CX5. Did the $18 all in package (not the touchless since I was told it would be more thorough). Since it was my first time, I did not know to bring my own microfiber cloth for touch ups. The attendant was kind enough to offer me one to use. The self vacuum had great pressure. I only had a few areas to touch up with the cloth (the usual under the bumpers, mirrors and doorsills). Even though I did not bring any cleaners for the interior, the wet cloth worked well to clean my dash, console and interior. Would definitely return again. read more

Highly recommend this place! I came by with my furry friend to wash my truck and was very pleased with the way my truck came out, they even provided me with towels to dry it off as well. No wonder it's always empty and they'll be OUT of BUSINESS SOON. Terrible! Blow dryers never really worked, and now scratches all over my new truck!! Attendant Elias SAW the scratches all across and some grease from the bristles, said not to worry and that they would be in touch with me after reviewing video. A week goes by, nothing then they send me a picture clear showing truck did not have scratches and dissolve themselves of any responsibility. I used to be part of a competing monthly wash program, but I drive a black 2022 Audi SQ8, and over time, I started noticing fine scratches from their brush system -- even though I was only going once a week. 1 Star - Absolute scam. Save your money. I paid $24 for a "touchless wash" and was robbed of the rinse cycle. The machine instructed me to move forward for drying while my car was still completely covered in soap. I had no choice but to drive out with soap baking onto my paint. There was no staff on site, no one answering the phone, and zero way to get help. I paid full price for a wash I literally did not receive. This place takes your money and disappears when their equipment fails. The only thing worth using here is the free vacuum -- and even that isn't worth dealing with this nonsense. This is a great car wash with touch and touch less wash options. I have a Mercedes that has PPF and Ceramic wax on it and I needed to have a touch less wash options for my vehicle. The pressure is wonderful and they also offer for free air to dry off your vehicle with out at the vacuuming area. Very nice and clean condition and everything works great. read more

First time trying this car wash and I am so impressed with the level of customer service from Jim (owner) today. He was pleasant, courteous and made sure I leave happy. I own a black Tesla and it was dirty and had lots of dead bugs on the windshield and bumper. I went through once and because bugs were caked on car, the supreme wash didn't take care of the problem fully. He ran me through again at his own cost and even tried to get the bugs out with a micro fiber towel. My car was definitely clean by the time I left. I highly recommend this car wash.
