Hey Vegas Yelpers. I came in to check out the flowers and visit the ladies room while my hubby filled up the gas. We shop here a bunch, because they have great sales, discounts, and selection. We get our gas through Smiths because we earn discounts with our points. So it is a good deal. They have the prettiest flowers and I wanted to get some for my boss for her birthday. I may need to come back tomorrow to pick them up because I'm not heading straight home and I don't want to kill them before tomorrow. They just have a big selection of potted flowers and bouquets. They usually have someone creating them that you can talk to but it's Sunday morning and there was no one in the department today. The restroom was clean and stocked and it has three stalls in the ladies room and one more extra large for handicap-able access. This location does seem to stay busy, but the lot is big so parking isn't too bad and I always have good luck buying delish and pretty cakes and the other things I need. Customer service is great! This is one of my favorite locations for Smith's. It has drive-up service and a gas station, making it convenient. The large parking lot is easy to navigate. I like that they mail coupons monthly for extra savings. Highly recommend using the app. read more

Way too overpriced I don't know what it is about this smith's to be precise, but I've been to others in Henderson and none of them are outrageous with prices as this one. I don't know if there's something to do with this area but I have noticed that the prices at this smith's or a lot higher than the Smiths in Henderson, which is concerning. Normally, I spend up to $250-$300 in groceries but at this smith it seems to go up at least two times higher which is ridiculous and I don't understand how things that I get every time normally is now all the way up to $600 in price And honestly it's a little bit baffling cause I'm not saving any money like they advertise? read more

I go to this store once in a while when in the neighborhood. I am not a Smith's regular. And I do find their prices higher than Winco or our neighborhood Walmart. But they also do have very good bakery and ready to eat food selection is much bigger. For me Smith's is spent high in between Winco and whole Foods. Every employee I encountered was very nice. No complaints about this store. Only positive feedback. read more

Always stop in the deli to pick up some fresh sliced meat or cheese. Right now, we enjoy the horseradish cheese with slices of roast beef or sweet ham. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I was over @ this Smith's because I ordered food from Cousins Maine Lobster truck that was sitting in their parking lot. I wanted some squash/zucchini & to refill one of my empty H2O judges with their water fill station. I hit up the produce area & the strawberries caught my eye but none of the packages looked good. There was only 1 yellow squash that was all beat up & there was some zucchini and those all looked crappy. They had some in the organic section but I didn't want to pay the extra money for organic. I ran into a worker & had mentioned to him about my findings & he didn't care. Never said he was sorry, gave me a reason why, nada, zip, nothing. I had asked him if they were having a shortage of vegetables & he said "yes." I went to fill my empty galloon water bottle with their water fill station & found that its now .50 cents to fill!! It use to be .35 cents, when did it go up?!?!?!?!?! YIKES!!! I had picked up a package of unshelled pistachios & put it back and jI ust walked out. I was so disappointed in all my findings. The outside of their building is white now, like a bright white...............it doesn't look good & I'm not sure if they did that with all the Smith's or just this location. They have some really great employees who always greet you, no matter what they're doing. However, lately, the self-checkout experience has been a mess. You're practically forced to use it since there's usually only one or two actual cashiers. Today, at self-checkout, the light flashed for assistance. I was the only person there and had to search for the attendant. I found her leaning against the stand, face buried in her phone. I called out to get her attention, but she didn't look up. The machine beeped again, and about 45 seconds later, she finally noticed. Without putting her phone down, Brittney came over and started handling whatever needed to be done. She was still on her phone while the checkout system had her review some video, but she was clearly more focused on ordering Starbucks. She cleared the message and walked off, still staring at her phone. As I finished checking out, I overheard her talking on her cell to Starbucks about her order. Ridiculous. read more

My 1 star refers to only todays event. I am and always will be a satisfied customer at this location. I have family visiting soon and a favorite wine is SONOMA CUTERER CHARDONAY. After my regular gas station on Pecos and Patrick burned down last week and is now closed for the time being (which is a block away from where I work), I needed a new one to go to. Then I remembered that I have a Smith's rewards card and I can save money on gas when I buy groceries! The Smith's I go to normally, which is on Paseo Verde and Valle Verde, does not have a gas station (maybe in the near future, one of these days), so I come to this one on Green Valley and Pebble since it is the second closest Smith's to my house. The parking lot isn't all that great and the lines can get really long but it's still worth it. Before you enter your payment method, it asks you if you have a rewards card. Press yes and scan your rewards card with the scanner provided on the pump. Then choose how to pay for gas with your rewards. It's so much cheaper to get gas here compared to other gas stations. I was spending about $45 at other places, like at the gas station I mentioned above, but here at Smith's with my rewards points, I save at least $10-$15. read more

This is a pretty good grocery store. I find it interesting that the various smiths locations have different items. Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. But the staff is very helpful. The deli staff is very good. I do not buy gas any longer, but when I was, this place had the best prices in Henderson. read more

This is regarding your Pharmacy; today I had to make the hardest decision of my life in terminating my pregnancy. I had my doctor send over my prescriptions to this location and gave them about 2 hours before popping in, upon arriving I was asked that I give them an additional 15 mins to fill the prescription, no worries I'll grab the supplies I was asked to grab by my doctor. After 20 mins I make my way back around for NANCY to inform me that they don't have one of my prescriptions, when I asked which one instead of using the medical term misoprostol, she as loud as she can and in front of multiple other customers says "THE ABORTION PILL." This is illegal and a direct HIPAA violation.This woman has no idea why I needed to make this harsh decision, not only that but I felt she was critical of it. She then tells me that I need to call around to find the prescription elsewhere, even though she flat out tells my boyfriend that without a referral I can't just go and pick up this medication. So with tears in my eyes I beg her to just help me, I'm at my physical and mental capacity at this point and just want to go home and rest like I've been instructed to do; she then looks at me and with the most sour face says "my lunch is at 1:30, but I GUESS I can help you." Mind you, it's not even 1pm yet; At this point, I'm not understanding what I did wrong, I ask her if she can just have the pharmacist manager assist me to which the manager ignored my request and all I heard come from NANCY was "YEAH SHE WONT WAIT." I've already been waiting 2H30Mins now. Again, I should be home resting. I go and sit off to the side because I can feel my anxiety starting to take over, I'm now having my boyfriend handle everything. She says bluntly "Walgreens has it." She tells my boyfriend that she's going to send the referral/prescription over, as soon as she handed my boyfriend the paper with the address on it she slammed the security gate shut, at this point and time is is now 1:13pm I get back to the car with my supplies and give myself a couple minutes because I couldn't believe what I just went through, I decided to call this Walgreens to confirm they got my prescription, THEY DIDN'T SEND IT OVER! This is something that affects me, not them. Because of this I had to drive all the way back up to my health care provider to have them officially send the prescription over, and because of this, I got stuck in the flash flood and had to pull off multiple times in order not to ruin my engine and endanger myself and family. I also spoke to the General Manager who informed me that she was HIPAA certified, she did try to help me but was adamant that my health care provider was sending a prescription from another state, which apparently Smiths doesn't allow. So which is it? You don't have the prescription OR there was an issue and nobody wanted to explain to me the policy? Either way, I really hope you guys are happy with yourselves and the way you conduct being in the medical field. This is the most mentally embarrassing, and traumatizing situation I've ever experienced. read more

In the past few years, Smith's (a division of Kroger) has increased their revenue stream by complementing some of their supermarkets with fuel stations. The Pebble Marketplace location is one of them. It is located in the southwest corner of the shopping mall nearer to Wendy's than its namesake supermarket. Immediately north of the Interstate 215 interchange, it is the only fuel station on Green Valley Parkway from Sunset Road at the north and Horizon Ridge Parkway at the south. This is an interesting review to pen because the negative experiences are the consequences of the business's popularity instead of the fault of the business. The upshot is that I will have to take this into consideration when rating it. With that said this is the malfunction fuel station. The following paragraph goes into detail. While drawing in conveys of motor vehicles with their inexpensive mystery fuel and convenience, Smith's Fuel Station causes a cluster cake with limited infrastructure in a crowded parking lot. The biggest culprit to the mayham is that there is a single fuel pump for each island. The ramifications are that there is rarely an available pump and motorists waiting. There is an additional conflict when there is a vehicle with a fuel cap on the drivers side and one on the passengers side waiting in a head on position. This causes one car to have to back out. This is only possible if there are zero cars waiting in back of a vehicle. As far as my experience here, it seems that it is just as difficult finding an available fuel pump here as it is winning Video Keno inside the Smith's casino. The majority of the time I went here with the intention of fueling up, I left in frustration because it was a waste of energy waiting on an available pump. However, there were a couple of times where I was successful. Recently when I was successful finding an available pump, it was at the time that they were changing shifts. That means that they were out of business for a few minutes. I am uptight normally paying at a booth then pumping gas while a driver or few are watching me in their delay to fuel up the car. Meanwhile, I was left to look at a note on the window for a few minutes. This was a wait outside. At Smith's Fuel the customer pays at a booth in the center island. Money is exchanged with the clerk by means of a slot under the window. This is a different experience from paying inside a convenience store. For the record they do sell a few convenience store items such as cold beverages. This was not my favorite fuel station experience. The malfunction environment does have a positive. With so many eyes on the pumps, there is a perception of safety. With that safety, there were zero vandalism scars on the pumps. Now back to the negatives. Regardless it is right off Interstate 215, it is more of a crawl than a hop & skip. When exiting from the Pebble Marketplace it is a malfunction junction. Traffic heading towards Green Valley Parkway from deeper in the shopping center is backed up. This causes a risk to make a left turn leading towards the traffic light. That is when drivers are considerate enough to let you in. I have avoided this traffic hazard by driving around the back of the shopping center then turning left onto Pebble Road to arrive at Green Valley Parkway. Although with the exception of the shift change the negative experiences here are more the result of the business's popularity than its management, I will try to avoid fueling up here. Life is too short to be waiting for a fuel pump. read more

Beth in the deli is unprofessional, rude and and generally unpleasant. She either hates her job, customers or both. She never smiles and gets snappy if she has to ask you any questions like what kind of ham, Boars Head or what color cheese. It sets her off. Then she starts slamming blocks of meat and cheese on the counter. Oh, and don't ask for anything else if she thinks she's done with your order. It ticks her off even more. Hopefully management can have a talk with her. She needs an attitude adjustment. read more

I'm not a fan of this Smith's at all. I needed to stock up on some fruit and vegetables, so we walked over after having brunch a few stores down. Right off the bat, you could tell this location is older. Not dirty by any means, but in need of a renovation. Second, why is everything so damn cramped? The entrance way seemed cramped with displays. The produce section was cramped and I constantly had to keep saying excuse me to every person I walked by because our carts were so close together. The aisles themselves just seemed smaller too. I'm just not loving the layout either. I'm used to the frozen section being in the middle of the store. At this location, the frozen section is on one end with the produce section being at the other end. I can't say much for the employees because I went to self check out. There were only 2 regular lanes open with about 4 customers deep. The 2 stars go to the fresh produce I bought and all of it being on sale!! Scored a pack of strawberries for 99 cents, bunches of radishes for 79 cents each and mini watermelons that were 2/$5. Other than that, I'm glad this isn't my go to location. read more

I ordered a three layer 8 inch birthday cake from my sister and I was told they was able to do what I was asking. I called multiple times and I thought everything was good to go. However once I went and picked up the cake, the chocolate covered strawberries on top was cracked, they look absolutely disgusting. I've never seen chocolate covered strawberries look that disgusting so one of the bakery employees Christine super nice super helpful. She tried to fix it and put more strawberries on top that was very kind of her so we left we get home we open the box. The cake is absolutely horrendous, I've never had a cake look that disgusting ugly not put together correctly like that I talked to one of the managers Ken super nice helpful understood the problem I called the next day to speak to the bakery manager Kaitlyn not quite sure if she understood what I was explaining to her so I spoke to Emily the lady who said there's nothing wrong with the cake the lady who said what do you want me to do about that remind you she's a manager not the store manager manager but beneath the store manager she wasn't helpful she didn't understand the problem. There was no apologies. There was nothing besides dismissal. Disrespectful didn't care don't understand, and so needless to say, do not order a cake from the Smith you will be very disappointed and upset because your cake is going to look like this and maybe worse save yourself some time and some money or if you really need to buy it get one already premade or go to a bakery an actual bakery‼because this is by far the worst cake I have ever gotten out in Las Vegas at Smith before. (I guess I missed the memo but maybe others have as well) I don't shop here often & it's rare that I don't have any cash in my wallet. On this particular day I just needed a few items and this is the closest store to my home. I played supermarket dash, grabbed my stuff, rang it up at self check & that's when I found out. I have since looked up on line that they "dropped Visa because of fees so they don't have to raise their prices". I wonder how that's working out for them? It was over 100 degrees out. I would have paid a small fee to use the only currency I had in my wallet instead I was forced to leave my items behind(my apologies to the kid who had to put my stuff back) then back in the car and off to the nearest competitor where ironically I purchased the same items for slightly less. This is the best of the Smith's stores I've tried. Cleanly and well stocked, I especially love how this store is merchandised as opposed to the others. There is a focus on organic and healthy foods. During prime times there are wine, cheese and sushi samples. The sushi is made fresh on site, and even made to order if you have a special request. Eel is my favorite. I always special order just eel. Yum. The platters are a great way to pick up lunch for the office and the prices are very reasonable. Absolutely, this is a step above your typical grocery store sushi! The staff is courteous and professional, and that's a real plus! read more

I went to buy some flowers after work for my wife, was around 10:40 pm, and when I was at the flower section, one woman worker was checking me at least 3 times in less than 5 minutes like if I was doing something bad when I was just picking something good and she told me that they where closing in a rude way, so I got mad and prefered to left one medicine that I have in my hand there and leave the place. I am really disappointed, she really needs some training because I felt some racism from her. read more

I've been shopping here for years and have always had a great experience. They have changed management recently and I had a poor experience with a manager named Samantha today. She was unwilling to help with something simple that customer service went above and beyond to fix. She tried to tell me a policy but could not show me in writing of this policy and would not accept a rain check given from that same store. Kroger customer service took care of me and then some but in store service is definitely lacking. read more
