AVOID!!!! Complete pain and crap customer service. Purchased a car sun screen and was told keep the receipt to return if it did not fit. It did not fit, I had the receipt and went to return it after work. They wouldn't take the return because it is after 6 pm and they do not do any returns after 6pm. Annoying, so I came back to return it on a Sunday around 5 pm. I needed a car wash and decided to take care of both at the same time. Went inside to return the car screen, and now told they cannot do the return because the manager is not there, left at 2 and they can't do any returns without the manager. This is total BS!! I cancelled the car wash, tipped the guy who got the vacuuming done in the time I was inside and left. I wish I could leave a 0 on this review. What a complete waste of time. Too bad, when I first came here I thought it was great. Edited to add the men who ran the car wash were understanding and professional when I cancelled the wash. read more

This is the worse car wash place. My husband and I brought our Durango to have a detail cleaning in the interior and a hand wash since we have roof racks. We drop it off and they told us to pick it up in 2 hours. When we came to pick up the car one of the roof racks was loose and it had left a bush scratch on the roof. No one in the whole building had noticed that it was loose. I don't understand how that was possible. The reason it came off was because they put it thru the machine. We had told them we wanted a hand wash. The manager of the place Cameron was the worst he was very rude to us and didn't handle the situation in a professional way. We wrote a report and they told David the assistant manager would call us. He never did I finally called him and he was very rude too. They said that we never asked for a hand wash and they were not responsible for the damages cause to the car. He said he believe his employees and that all he could offer was free car washes. Very disappointing and they also did a whack job cleans the interior. read more

I got the basic car wash for around $20.00 .I asked the person writing me up if they could wipe down the arm rest as my son had just spilled soda on it .He told me I would have to buy the more expensive package at $44.00,I declined the up sell .After the car was washed I asked the kid wiping the inside if he could wipe the arm rest with something ,he was more than happy to .I gave them a $5.00 tip ....I won't be going back . read more

Today I chose to get my truck washed here which I have done in the past. On this occasion, I was coming from another store in which I purchased some items. Before I got to the car wash, I opened my console to put the purchased items there being that I didn't want to carry them in the gas station and sit there with them while my truck was being washed. Upon opening my console, I saw that my change holder was full. After my truck was washed and dried, I proceeded to get in and drive home in which I opened my console only to find my all of my change GONE! I then proceeded to go back and ask for a supervisor to report my money stolen. A supervisor and another employee went back to review the surveillance tapes and then called one of the employees back in. The supervisor came back out and handed me my change and asked if this amount of money looked correct and I told him yes. I then proceeded about my day. Thanks to the supervisor and the help of another employee the matter was quickly resolved and the thief, hopefully terminated!. I have never experienced this at this particular car wash and hopefully never will again. They have done a great job on my vehicles in the past. I'll be a little reluctant to go and have my truck washed there or any of my vehicles. The matter was resolved and that's what was important and hopefully someone learned a lesson in natural consequences! read more

DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE!!! Wish I didn't have to give them any stars!!! We have a 2007 very low mileage black car that we keep in emulate condition. I specifically asked the service desk several times prior to sending the car thru the wash if the brushes would scratch and if they used microfiber towels to dry with. I was repeatedly assured the brushes should not scratch the car and "ABSOLUTELY YES" they used microfiber towels to dry all the vehicles. Simply, THEY LIED. When I went out to pick up the car, I saw it had been just slopped thru and not cleaned because the island workers were too busy talking with each other rather than doing what they were being paid to do. Even worse, I saw the car WAS SCRATCHED from the hard towels they used to dry it. When I asked them why they didn't use the micro towel they said they didn't even have any. I called the main office (702-407-0095) and spoke with Tracy Gutowski who represented herself as the General Manager. Basically she stated she had 20+ years experience and was all defensive excuses. Everything from we used the wrong wax on the car to micro towels are not absorbent and don't dry. When I asked if she thought Mercedes would know the correct wax to use she reluctantly had to admit they probably did. Guess where the car was waxed about 4 months ago That clearly shot down her first excuse. By the way, the facility were now using only has micro towels for drying, especially on black cars. They dry just fine and they don't scratch the wax. Tracy did offer to meet me so that she could see what had happened, but I figured from all the excuses she came up without even seeing the car first, the only thing I was going to get were some more excuses and more wasted time. THIS PLACE IS A SLOP HOUSE THAT DOES A HALF ASS JOB!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. read more

The worst car wash I have ever had. I figured I would try this place out and it was truly a big mistake. They did vacuum the car thoroughly, there is still stains and gunks that have not been wiped. I usually wouldn't mind a little here and there, but this place just did nothing. There is still dust inside my car...It seems like they just wipe it down a little bit with a dry rag and say they r done because i only waited about 15 minutes for my car to be finished. No good customer service as well. There is one young hispanic girl who works as a cashier that never smiles, says hello, or ask what u would like. One time I went in and saw her. She never aaid hi and just looked at me. I looked at her and waited for her say something, but nope. She was the first reason why I didnt like going to this place, but now I definitely have another reason why I should not go here....If I could give a zero, I would. Please do not go here for a car wash. It is not worth your money and time. If u r paying with ur own money, u deserve more than just a stare and horrible customer service.. read more

Just came in for a quick wash. Been waiting 2 1/2 hours now. Don't come here unless you have $50 bucks and three hours to spend on a hand wash. read more

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! After one hour of waiting this morning for a car wash the attendant came and got me holding my drivers side sun visor. He said it would not stay up so he decided to try and fix it and ripped the entire visor off my car. To add insult to my injury he then went to get some kid in charge ? who was trying to justify what the attendant did. I do not believe either one of them are qualified mechanics. Now I have to wait until Monday to try and deal with their GM. read more

Just got a "Ultra" car wash for $18.99 at Stephanie and Paseo Verde and the dashboard wasn't even wiped off. I can go to the Legacy Self Serve Car Wash at Pecos and Windmill and rinse my car for $4.00 in quarters if need be. Why did I even tip $2.00? That would have been 50% of what I needed to spend to clean it myself. Lesson learned. read more

Paid $30 got a $10 job. My 5 year old could have done a better job. I guess the old saying holds true if you want something done right you might as well do it yourself. I now have to go home and re-wash my jeep. read more

Today I went to get my car washed with my 1 year old daughter, after 15 minutes these assholes come and tell me they locked the keys in the car. They ask if I have a spare. No. Do I have triple A. No. (This is a manager I'm speaking with). He then tells me well I don't know what to do, all I can suggest is to call pop a lock. I said ok that's fine, are you going to pay for it? He said no that is not our responsibility.. I said well who's is it? You had my car, not me. Now I'm speaking with another manager, I told him someone is on the way but you're playing for it. He said well I was the one who had your car and I never locked the doors. I said well obviously you did. They didn't lock themselves, oh and the keys were in the ignition, car running this whole time. So now he's telling me my doors must have a malfunction because he knows for a fact he didn't lock the doors. Well I know for a fact they don't have a malfunction and that you locked the doors. In the end they did not pay for the locksmith, corporate will not answer the phone not return my calls... I have filed a report with the better business bureau, I am putting in a report to channel 13 news to investigate, if anyone else has any suggestions on what I can do to make them reimburse for the pop a lock please let me know. read more

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I've tried this place three times with no luck and only a dirty car and frustration to show for it. The first time I went I expected for them to actually clean the inside. After 45 minutes of waiting, I get the car back and to my surprise the cup holders are dirty. The gearshift, the doors, the back windshield, and my rearview mirrors were untouched and dirty. I asked the attendant if there's a reason that these things weren't done. He looks at me confused and says I don't know what you mean. I was in a rush so I just left. I called to ask how I could my money back after spending over $20 for a car wash and my car was still dirty. The staff told me that they could not refund my money but I could take my car back and they would fix it. I took the car back a second time and it still looked the same as the first time. Weeks ago I was in a pinch and since it's a block away from my house I figured I'd give them a try again. Big mistake!!! They didn't clean the cup holders they didn't clean the back windshield they didn't clean the gear shift they did not dust off the controls, etc. Another $20 wasted. If you want a good car wash go to Country Club on Eastern and Serene... They are the best! read more

Horrible Experience!! Customer beware, avoid Chevron/Pitstop in Henderson Nevada - they are more concerned with short term profits than doing the right thing from both a customer service and a business standpoint. My family and I were loyal/regular/long term customers of Stephanie location - recently had a car wash and a wax product they asked if they could test on my car didn't come off surface properly when they were drying, so THEY requested I drive car thru rinse again. When I did so, a metal piece sticking out of their belts punctured my tire - Manage apologized profusely, told me they would pay for the tire and refund my wash. Several employees gathered around to look at the defective belt part and noted it and wondered how it would be fixed. Next day General Manager called me to inform me they WOULDN'T be taking responsibility for the damage as I had been the one driving vehicle, even though the defective piece of their belt equipment was acknowledged (they did however offer to re-wash my car for free to get the defective wax off?!!) Clearly I wasn't going to EVER drive my car thru a business that doesn't take responsibility for their product, I'm now out $425 for my tire. I will never patronize them again - my family of 4 drivers was there several times a week getting gas or car washes, they have seen the last of me as a customer. read more

I drove from CA to Las Vegas and my car was pretty dirty. It is a white car 750 LI BMW. I was staying across the street from the car wash, so I got an $18.99 ultra wash. After getting a very good car wash the next day I drove back to CA only to fine out a box of cigars that was lying on the back seat was missing (value $75.25) I called and spoke to the manager Kyle Stocking and he stated he would do an investigation. He said he viewed the films and saw nothing out of the usual. He went on to say that he was only able to speak to one of the staff members who washed my car and he would speak to the other one soon and get back to me. And he said the other person was not scheduled to work for another few days and by that time they probably would not remember my car. He said he would not bother the other person with a phone call he was off duty. Finally he said he was 99% sure no one at his car wash stole my cigars and the matter was done. Earlier conversations he had offered a few washes, but now the matter is closed. I am writing this review, because anyone going to this establishment must take the time to secure in car valuables or face losing them without being reimbursed. I will fine out who owns this establishment and let them know how I feel. read more
