The car wash always turned out really good and we gave the guys the detailed it a good tip. The last time we went, three days ago, the gentleman who checked us out said they had a new policy with rain checks, and it was a full five days. It was a little cloudy that day and thought well maybe it might rain the next two days it rained off and on and got the car pretty dirty and spotted. We took it back today and asked for the rain check and the gentleman seemed truly put out that I was asking for a rain check. There were two cars in front of me however, four cars came through and were driven away before our car was even washed. When we went to check the car, the gentleman asked us if we had the key and I told him the truck would not have worked. If I had the key. It has to be in proximity. He said he didn't have the key. Nobody had the key in the meantime, apparently the key was dropped or left in the backseat behind and underneath the passenger seat. Originally it was left by the cupholder in the front seat. I checked the vehicle looked really good. They did a great job and after we found the key we left and went home. When we got home, we found that 1/3 of the fabric softener we purchased at target and probably the same amount of laundry detergent was removed from the containers. We didn't buy them that way. In fact one is a see-through jug. Very petty I don't understand why somebody would do that it's too bad they've lost a customer..

This location is great and has a car wash that you can use your debit or credit card at at the entrance without going inside. You also get a discount on a car wash when you fill up, but it doesn't appear to work when you use their app.

As you walk in the store it's well organized and easy to maneuver through the aisles. The shelves are stocked and organized. The cashier was pleasant. We shop here a bunch, because they have great sales, discounts, and selection. We get our gas through Smiths because we earn discounts with our points. So it is a good deal. They have the prettiest flowers and I wanted to get some for my boss for her birthday. I may need to come back tomorrow to pick them up because I'm not heading straight home and I don't want to kill them before tomorrow. They just have a big selection of potted flowers and bouquets. They usually have someone creating them that you can talk to but it's Sunday morning and there was no one in the department today. The restroom was clean and stocked and it has three stalls in the ladies room and one more extra large for handicap-able access. This location does seem to stay busy, but the lot is big so parking isn't too bad and I always have good luck buying delish and pretty cakes and the other things I need. Customer service is great!
