I went to get my car washed and detailed, I got the top tier service at $38. While I waited I needed to use the restroom. I went and saw the doors have coded entry and saw someone just exit the bathroom. I went to ask for the codes and Marin, the lady at the counter was trying to tell me that they were occupied I told her I just saw someone come out of the restroom, she replied "You can argue with me if you want but they aren't available" I could not believe how rude she was. Then I got my car back and it smelled like cigarettes and was vacuumed terribly (pun intended). I paid the guy another $10 to give me Marin's name. I then found a used scratch off ticket in my front seat as I drove away. Don't waste you money here they are rude and sloppy. read more

I come here for a car wash fairly often and they do a decent job washing and cleaning the interior of my car, occasionally I will see some stuff leftover from not being vacuumed well enough, but for the most part I like coming here for a somewhat quick was it can take over an hour sometimes even an hour and a half so be prepared to wait a little if you come during their peak hours. read more

I don't stop in here much as I use Sam's club for gas but I happened to be in this area the other day on my way home from work & I had to go to the bathroom really bad so I stopped in here to use their bathroom. I walked in & wasn't greated & went right for the ladies bathroom to find it locked so I went up to the counter where there were 2 ladies working. One older one & one younger lady. I asked about a key to the bathroom & the older one tells me she's going to use it before me. I said "well you better hurry up because I really have to go" in a nice way & laughed. Well this old lady decided to clean off the big plastic pipe tub that the key is attached to & mind you she took her sweet old time doing this & walking to the bathroom.........I was in shock about this, like really lady??? Well thank God for the younger, nicer lady who asked me if I wanted to use the men's bathroom....I was a little hesitant & said "well it all depends on how clean it is, you know how men are, always peeing on the floor & toilet seat." She agreed with me & told me that's why her & her husband have separate bathrooms. LOL Well to our surprise the men's bathroom was actually clean so I jumped on her offer. I didn't take very long & had come out to return to the key & guess what???? The older lady was STILL in the ladies bathroom....WTH??? I'm so glad I got the offer to use the men's because my bladder would of burst. Thank you again to the younger lady!! You're a very caring & compassionate human being. So of course while I'm in here I have to go & check out the tall can deals & see if there is a sale on the seltzer's. They have a cute, on the smaller side walk in "beer cooler." I actually found Nutrls on sale. These are a new favorite of mine.!!!!!! They're a vodka, soda seltzer & the pineapple is delicious!! They're $10.00 cheaper then Smith's & they weren't on sale and there was also a $3.00 rebate going on so yeah, of course I'm taking advantage of this deal & grabbed two of them!!! The older lady was finally out of the bathroom & the only one @ the checkout counter when I went to check out because the younger lady was over cleaning up around the coffee area. I took care of submitting for the rebate while I was in the store so I wouldn't forget & on my way out the older lady was cleaning the doors. She never said bye to me or have a nice day on my way out............................. It's nice to see that the two ladies were keeping the store tidy, as it was and I'm glad @ least one person had some compassion for my personal need upon arrival. Thank you again!!! read more

I am leaving a statement as a warning to the general public who might happen in here late at night. On Friday, April 5 just after 11 PM I entered the store to buy some beer. Upon the purchase, the attendant was discourteous, unprofessional and bossy with his language. I paid for my purchase and he asked me in a sarcastic way, if I would replace some piece of operating equipment away for him, this was really puzzling both for the task, and the way he acted. I said no and then he started , throwing insults and judgmental comments at me in an aggressive, hostile way. I noticed there was a fellow loitering outside and about this time he entered the store and appeared to be a companion and went to the team members side. At this time I felt unsafe and unsure of what was gonna happen next, he continued to yell, and be insulting, as I exited the building. This is all readily available to see on the video camera. I was insulted and offended and felt unsafe, this was absolutely ridiculous and I hated my experience. This fellow has no business working with the public and clearly failed his training. I am wondering why that other fellow was there with him, what were they going to do, super uncomfortable. I am advising all my family, friends, colleagues and coworkers to avoid this business. During this time, that fellow seemed unstable and unpredictable. I don't believe in going out of my way to leave negative reviews, but I am strongly convicted that this is a public service warning, respectfully. read more

This review is for the carwash. I'll break this into the pros and cons of the carwash. Pros: *Touchless so no possible scratches from rocks on a previous vehicle *No track pulling the car through, you just pull in *Inexpensive, the most expensive option tops out at $12 *The $12 carwash cleans and dries sedans well Cons: *Lines get long for the one wash so waits can be 20-30 minutes *Anything less than the $12 option will not clean the car well *SUV's don't get cleaned well and will have missed areas The most crucial thing I'd like to note is that on one visit the machine glitched and told me to move forward in between cycles. Thankfully, I had been there before and didn't move since it seemed too soon. Good thing I didn't move since the arm came out soon after and would have damaged my car. Very new gas station with a car wash in this growing area. The gas station was not too busy, but I imagine it gets busy in spurts being right off the 215 freeway. The store was very clean and I was welcomed by a friendly gentleman. He was helpful in informing me of their car wash instructions. The least expensive wash starts at $6 and goes up to $12. You do have to pay for vacuuming yourself. The vacuum costs $1.50 for 5 minutes, takes either only quarters or plastic if you're too cool for coins. The vacuum hose is new and worked very well. The car wash is a touchless system which is modern, but missed one of my back window for some reason. The dry time is 80 seconds which was sufficient for me. There is a wide selection of coffee drinks inside too. They even had a cold brew button, which tasted ok. The usual suspects of hot coffee and even cold coffee over ice was good to know too. Even had a chocolate chip coffee creamer from Coffee Mate-who knew? The place is very clean, well lit, and had a variety of drink options. I would stop by to this gas station again. read more

This is a great location. The shopping center is easy to get in and out of. It's also surrounded by great businesses. I normally go through the car wash there daily. I have the unlimited plan, and love that it's brushless and doesn't damage the paint on my car. I've been inside many times. I feel the service was very friendly, the store is clean, organized, and offers everything any other convenience store offers, at comparable prices. I used the vacuum the other day. Be prepared to have $1.50 in quarters. However, they work very well! I was able to vacuum my entire minivan in under 2 minutes. read more

Pump it up!! This is our go-to gas station. From where we live, it is really easy to get in and out of this gas station and hop directly on the 215. It's super convenient and easy for us. My husband is an avid energy drinker (to be expected as he is in med school) and really can't go a day without one. Instead of running to the grocery store, he always pops in here for a cold drink. Over the year we've lived here, I think he's made friends with almost every cashier there, to the point when one was moving on to a different job, he made sure to stop in there on their last day just to say goodbye. We always have pleasant interactions with staff there and feel like regulars. Regulars at a gas station...Who knew?! The carwash is also pretty great, as I prefer a carwash I can just drive though, since I don't necessarily have the time to sit there and wait for my car to be cleaned by hand. Only thing is there's always quite a line, but that also could be because I'm picking a popular day when it's not going to rain. Side note: even though it never rains it Vegas, it always seems to right after I wash my car. But I digress... Definitely the most perfect location for me for our go-to gas station. I'm very sad about this car wash. It's a very new building, gas station and car wash but it's down for repairs all the time. I was paying $30/month for the unlimited wash plan and the damn thing was down more than half the time I wanted to use it. If your car has more than just dust on it, this wash won't get it clean. It's the unfortunate nature of touchless car washes if you don't want brushes touching your car. When I was able to use this wash, the tricolored wax they spray on always seemed to leave a stain on the right side of my white car that always had to be hand buffed off every time when I get home. Very disappointed especially for the prices. read more

I've been waiting for someone to put a gas station here. It's in a busy intersection and it's located right off the freeway-- cha ching! This gas station has only been open for about a month now-- welcome to the neighborhood! I do live in this area and I frequent this gas station weekly. It's new and clean, what more can I say? The pumps are all updated with snazzy payment options (like the card reader where you wave your device or your card) and each pump has a TV that plays meaningless commercials to distract you from noticing how much gas you've put in so far. I haven't been inside to the convenience store yet but that is bound to happen sooner than later. Especially since they have a screen that pops up when you pump your gas that allows you to print a coupon for a free soft drink or a coffee inside. Woo! The carwash is pretty with all of the fancy lights, but I wouldn't say its the best. My car was still a little dirty afterwards, so I am probably going to keep going to my usual carwash place. However I appreciate how I now have options in the area. Down the street is a hand car wash, but if you're in a hurry this express wash can do the trick in a matter of minutes. read more

The Back Diesel pumps don't work and they are not allowed to put up signs, WHY!!! And when you lose you points and they won't help you!!!

Every time I go in the clerk Vicki is rude and throws an attitude. I spend alot of money between gas every week and car washes since I work from my car mostly. Brought in my ford truck and my corvette to be hand washed. Checked in at 10:40 and they are still not done. Said the vet had been done for 20 min and when I checked the vet they had not vacuumed the back did not wipe down the inside at all the running boards had water spots all over them. I paid $10 for a car wash, cashier was too lazy to try and find any air freshener for me thats supposed to come with my wash, waited a half hour for 3 cars ahead of me to be washed , and when it was finally my turn it didn't even clean the dirt off my vehicle.
