Funny I told myself 8,9,10 years ago I'd never come back after they did a very poor wash job on my F350 crew cab. That time they actually spilled all the water out of my water jug, didn't say a word and took the towel out of the truck also. So, fast forward all these years and I'm thinking give em another shot. Well similar results. I specifically asked the guy if he washed the top and he said yes. I trusted him so I didn't look up there till I got home. Sure enuf the top was dirty, not touched!! This time I will NEVER go back there. After paying $50 for the wash I even tipped the guy! Do not go there!!!! read more

Worse car wash ever. I came to wash my new Ford Fusion and when get out of the car after I pass through out the machine for get my windows dry i notice that my door keys cap wasn't there so I talked to the manager and he told me that he would drain the machine to see if he find it. He told me that he would call me next day. A week later I went there again and he told me he didn't find anything but he even call me to let me know. And he told me that was nothing he could do. So I have to pay for a new one since my car is a leasing. read more

It really sucks when you make a purchase under $10 at this Chevron in Camarillo CA, and the next day your card ends up getting charge $100 at a Chevron station in Claremont CA (100 mile away). No attempt to protect customer information. read more

Always overpriced and the car wash attendant is beyond rude. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT GO HERE! They damaged the rear quarter window on my car and said that they would take responsibility for it, then turned around two weeks later to say that they were not responsible. They do not deserve your business and will not take responsibility for damaging your car. read more

AWFUL!!!!!!!!! My Dad goes here regularly as I used to but now, never again!!! They locked my keys in the car! When I asked to speak to the manager he offered to let one of the workers unlock the car... there was no discount and I was completely unsatisfied!! Never again and I would tell everyone to go somewhere else for reliable service. The manager was no help!!! read more

First time at this car wash. I think for what you get, it is over priced. The cheapest wash is $13.95, but they add $2 for SUV which I have so basically $16 for just a vacuum/wash and towel dry. The guys work hard and do a good job, I just think pricing is high since it is a drive through wash, not hand wash. read more

Terrible, not worth much of a review. Don't vacuum properly, don't thoroughly wash the car, have an attitude - don't make good when they do it wrong. Stay away and wash your car elsewhere or in your driveway. Seriously worst ever. read more

This car wash place is the best! Alex is a humble person and always takes care of me! I highly recommend it!

Went for a car wash inside and out, there were crumbs still all over my trunk of my vehicle, windows were not clean, very disappointed. They said I could come back in but with 2 little babies I just don't have the time. read more

Love this gas station best gas ok prices and good customer service great work on car wash car comes out shiny every time they do great work

Horrible service by employee's and obviously an owner that doesn't care. Self serve gas pumps are constantly out of receipt paper so you have to go inside the "Mart", wait in line to get a receipt that should have been come from the pump if only the employee's changed the empty paper roll. Never any paper towels and the windshield buckets are usually empty or have such dirt water that you'll be adding dirt to your windshield instead of removing it. read more

Horrible experience and will never come here again! Beware !!! Over an hour to get our car done while we watched most of the workers spending more time talking then working read more

DONT EVER GO HERE!!! They stole my expensive car charger out of my car and threw things away out of my enclosed center console. Very rude customer service! read more

One price is posted for a car wash a higher price is charged. They wait until the car wash process is in progress to deliver the bad news.

I've never once ever had a real problem with this car wash - I take my car here all the time. Every person who has washed / cleaned my car here as done a really great job and really get in there. Once, I had taken my Dad with me while running errands - I had money in my had in my hand to tip. He grabs the money out of my hands and said that it was "Way too much of a tip" then, after watching the guy who was cleaning the hell out of my car, Dad he turns and says "Oh crap he's getting in there" and handed me my money + more as a tip. Its a good hand car wash place - I don't expect "friendly" but I expect courtesy & they always are. I usually only get a vacuum and exterior wash and I'm pretty happy with the results. read more

I have never been so unhappy by the service I received at this car wash today. I brought my brand new Jeep Wrangler into this car wash after taking you camping this weekend. After spending an arm and a leg because they added on extra fees because in their eyes they see a Jeep as a SUV style vehicle. Once I brought my car home I noticed a lot not done. I now have to go and re-wash it myself. Not only was the exterior left with white residue from whatever they put on my car, there are smudge spots everywhere, as well as water droplet marks where they didn't completely dry my car. On the inside it's a completely different story. I honestly don't even think they did anything. The mats need to be re-vacuumed because they didn't do that. There are dirt spots everywhere that they did not clean, as well as the fact that they did not move the bag full of reusable bags in the backseat to clean under that. The trunk is the same story. It isn't like my car was filthy when I brought it in, there was just a lot of dust. It also seems as if what ever took they used scratched my bumper as well. I will NEVER go back to this place. read more

I dont know what happened to this carwash but i feel like it gets worse every time. First of all the fuckin guy who was drying my car literally connected his phone to my AUX cord and blasted his music to my stereo. What the F makes him think thats ok?!?!?! Thats disrespectful to the max. He also made my car skid when taking it out. The car also had a stench of a dirty rag, had to put a new car scent for the smell to go away. The owner is probably a douce-bag since he lets his employees do that. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This was my first time ever getting a car wash here. The man drying my car was fully aware that my car was damaged, it took him 35 minutes to dry my car and then he RAN away after handing me my keys. Before getting in my car i see that my windshield is cracked 20 inches. I grabbed management and they told me they didn't see anything, and they continued to rewash my wind shield. They gave me no information, the manager is so shady he wouldn't even give me a business card with his name on it and also did not have his name tag on. He screamed at my boy friend and i so we would stop talking and asking for information. He actually cut us off every time we tried to speak. We didn't want to fight, just wanted insurance information, but the manager walked around the entire premises yelling at us that he can't do anything about it. Not only am i upset my car was damaged, i am also upset that their no name manager acted as if handing insurance information was taking money away from his pay check. Worst car was experience ever. Don't be so shady and own up to your mistakes, that's why you have insurance! Accidents happen. And for further reference to all readers, when your car is damaged and someone reacts this way to damaging your vehicle, call the police without Any doubt. read more

Chevron - It's hard to photograph a crack, but this crack measures 21 inches. - Gas Stations Near Me - Camarillo, California

Inside the gas store they would not take a CCard for the tip, they wanted me to use their ATM for fee. I even spoke to their manger to know avail. He said they needed to make money and using their ATM was another way. So their car washer did not recieve a tip. The bathroom was also very dirty. Just seemed to go downhill fast from there. Very poor job done on my car. Was not dried properly. Was not busy for a Saturday afternoon, I was the only car, that should of been my first clue! Will not return or recommend read more

I have had 2 out of 3 washes that were bad. I got suckered into the extra $10 for a spray on wax. When I drove it in the sun, there where all of these streaks all over the car. No stars even, worst car wash I've ever been to. The outside was done just ok but the inside didn't even look vacuumed. Had to go home and re-do the job I just paid them to do. Every other wash I've ever been to in Camarillo has done a better job. read more

Decided to get my car washed. I've gone to this car wash lots of times! This time has been by far the absolute worst! Instead of waiting for my car outside, I decided to walk next door with my two little girls (1&2) to Wendy's to get some lunch. We were there for 45 mins just taking our sweet time. We walked back over and saw my car had been parked on the side and nobody was near it. Assuming that it had been done, we walked over to it and still nobody approached me. I put my older one in the car and proceeded to put my younger one in her car seat. While doing so I noticed that the inside of my car was not cleaned at all!!! The door jams were still dripping and there were finger prints still on the windows. I attempted to get someone's attention but they were all busy. Finally after about 5 mins a guy was parking a car next to me and I told him. He was shocked! He asked if I saw who did the outside and I told him no, I was in Wendy's and it was just parked here when I got out. He walked around trying to find someone to finish my car and finally found someone. It was so awkward and uncomfortable because I already had my girls strapped in their car seats while this guy was finishing wiping down my car that should've already been done. So bad job car wash. You just lost a loyal customer. read more

I used this car wash possibly a month or so ago and they did an ok job. I wasn't satisfied for paying $27 for the supreme package. The cup holders and inside near the driver and passenger seat did not even look like it had been wiped down. I decided to give it one more try on Monday, after a long road trip- my car was filthy. I explained to the manager what they did wrong last time and he seemed to understand. I bought the same wash- Supreme $27. This time was worse. The floor mats were not vacuumed, inside not wiped down & no air freshener when they had already asked me what scent I wanted. I asked to speak to the manager that I spoke to 10 minutes prior. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He made excuses that I did not tell him what air freshener I wanted because I was on the phone. He also blamed the wind for my dirty cup holders, un-vaccummed floorboards etc. I asked for another complimentary caress since I was unhappy 2x . He ignored me & walked away. NEVER again!!!! read more

Chevron Camarillo Car Wash is the best. They always provide me with professional service.

The worst place to go for a carwash, if you have a coupons don't try and use it, they will give you a dirty look and then ignore you. DO NOT GO HERE!! They STOLE MY IPad.. And did a crappy wash and wax.. I will never go back to this place.. EVER!!

Still happy with the service. It's not like my mobile car wash detail place but its better than some other car washes. They put two many cars at the same time and hope one doesn't hit the other. So I'm still using this place. There's also a place in Camarillo that you have to worry about me and use your credit card or debit card there so I'm not going there so this is the place I go to. read more

They steal items from your car & they forced me to pull into a different lane where I couldn't see a brick embankment & it scraped the entire door of my car. Many people have since told me of their horrible experiences at this car wash. BEWARE!!! read more

New management is basically unfriendly and NOT customer-oriented. I found out Tuesday that they no longer offer $2 off if you buy your gas there, BUT that they do offer pennies off the gas price per gallon if you order out a car wash. I pressed "yes" to "do you want a car wash"" and I chose "regular" when asked. I went to pay for the car wash and showed my receipt to the gentleman and was told there was no car wash ordered out, so no discount on my gas. I argued and said I had chosen to have a car wash, and he essentially inferred I was lying, by telling me "well, it isn't showing here." When I mumbled that I would need to find a new car wash place (I've been using this one for YEARS!), he informed me that the pump instructions are VERY clear. REALLY!!??!! I repeated that I had chosen yes, so evidently it doesn't work very well. He SHOULD have believed me and given me the discount. I tried to call several times that afternoon, and was told no manager available. I just tried again and I'm pretty sure the gentleman I was speaking to may have been who waited on me; I even asked him (because the manager was STILL not in) if he was working the counter Tues afternoon (he was). The man informed me that I needed to talk to the manager about it and hung up on me. I have three grown children and spouses and who will NOT be going back to this place for gas or washes, which I'm pretty sure will not bother this management unless the bad rep makes them go under. ALSO, they don't let you get cash on your card to give tips to the workers, which I think cheats the workers and maybe that is why they steal money (not that I am condoning it for any reason). I had mentioned to someone there several weeks ago that it isn't fair to their employees....he didn't care. I wish I could score it a ZERO. read more

The guy that vacuumed the car stole quarters from my armrest console - I saw him looking down as he was vacuuming and it appeared odd.. I told the owner, some Indian lady upon getting into my car and she did not investigate at all, she said her workers have been there for years and never received a complaint about that occurring. I should have taken it further. I have told as many people as possible about my experience and I will never even get gas there again - I'd rather let my car run out of gas and push it to another station than support this place. read more

I'm reading all these reviews and I'm pretty surprised and a bit disgusted about how unfair, dishonest, petty, and judgemental you all are! I am literally sitting at the car wash right now, have never had an issue before. They are currently under construction remodeling the drive thru part of the wash, so they are completely hand-washing all the cars. The employees I saw first didn't speak English very well, which is fine as they directed me to someone who does. They offered to knock off a few dollars as they couldn't do the under-carriage that is part of the package since it is under remodel. The comments about the employees looking like criminals and "just out of prison" are so judgemental and arrogant that it's sickening!! All the other negative complaints are ridiculously petty and make you all sound like a bunch a snobby jerks!! You don't wash your own damn car because it's too much work but then you cone here and slam those that do it all day everyday for minimum wage and tips!! And the 2 reviews about the damaged car was not necessary and I'm pretty surprised Yelp allowed it. It's one thing for the owner to post it, but her friend who just heard about it didn't need to post it because she wasn't part of it!! read more

wow, i just read lisa's review, sorry your feelings are so tender. first of all they have handwash signs all over. it must be that the ownership has had a dream that he hand washed a car, because it certainly doesn't happen at his place of business. the first time a hand touched my vehicle other than to drive it to their automated system was to dry and dust. in the drying process the person doing the work left all types of bug splatter, got some dust off of the dashboard, some was left. certainly among the least professional wash jobs, then of course the misleading (equates to lying) hand wash signs. my guy who comes to my house and cleans my car normally, was taking his son to Disneyland so i tried this place. my guy who usually does this costs $20 without tip. his original asking price. i didn't bargain him down. and he gets EVERYTHING done. i paid $16 to Arneill plus a $2 tip plus $1 for a small SUV surcharge plus the gas to get there. my advice is to never go there unless you want to stage a neighborhood boycott including signs and placards. this isn't the guys fault who cleaned my car at the end although he does hold responsibility for lack of pride in his work. ownership is at fault and those guys make a fortune, so really a lack of pride of ownership combined with greed. what a great combination. read more
