Very very very disappointed in this car wash. I used to come here because they did a good job. I will not be back! I wish I could give them no stars! Took my car there a few hours ago. Pulling up i had no idea this place was under construction. The polite thing to do would have been to let the customer know you are under construction we can't provide you with the wash you were expecting. Had i known i would have went somewhere else. They are still trying to make money off people when they should just close until they can give a car wash worth $20. They are spraying the cars in a back alley and scrubbing them ever so slightly with a brush, half spraying off most of the soap and then just leaving a million water spots!! I had to pay to come home and redo the entire car. Not to mention there was still soap on it. Beware !!!! Don't give them your money either!! The customer service was terrible! I took my car here bc I took a trip with my dog and there was dog hair everywhere. Don't trust these guys with your car. It is NOT 100% hand wash as their website states. The porters rush and cause damage to cars. And the management are liars. If they've damaged your car ask a lawyer to send a letter. Today, Saturday, 07-14-2018, I decided to surprise my wife with a clean car. I went to the Ponderosa Chevron, 255 Arneill Road, in Camarillo. I paid for the Super Wash ($43.00). I got my new car back (2017 Toyota Rav 4) with a broken tail light. I talked to the Manager, Alex Lazo, who said there was nothing he would do about the crack in the lens on my new car. I suspect the two employees with the long, high pressure guns at the beginning of the wash know exactly what happened. So now I have a $100.00 expense to add to my car wash. I had a compact car washed with a Full Service. The Full Service was a hand wash and included the external wash, vacuum, and they also wiped the dash and inner windows clean. Upon queueing your car, you mention it them the service you want and the attendant will give you the paper with the selected service and you go inside the shop to pay for it. I did have an initial difficulty communicating with the attendant as I was not sure what service to get but they had a sign which explains it so I got sorted out. You then make sure the keys are available to the washer or attendant as they will need to drive your car through the facility as they have a queue of cars being cleaned. You then wait for your car in the waiting area and wait for them to raise their hand to show the car is finished. You can do your checks then if you find anything that needs to be cleaned further. I did my inspection during this wash and it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I did ask them to wipe the side mirrors further and that was taken care of. I was happy with the service and I will try them again. I know others have given a not so stellar review based on the service they got but my car got a good wash and I was happy with it. read more

Brought a very dirty truck in to have interior and engine spruced up. They somehow covered some of the electrical components in the engine compartment so we avoided having any codes come up. Way exceeded my expectations. They also have some magic to turn the tired plastic parts on the outside looking better than new. Alex and Evers were great to work with. read more

I'm really sad and disappointed because they stole some change out of the change holder in my car during the car wash. My boss told me that she had some change stolen out of her car at this location, so I decided to do my own little sting operation. I purposely and strategically placed some quarters in the change holder right when I dropped the car off. When I came back later and picked up the car, the quarters were gone. I had such high hopes that they would not steal. I have been coming here for a very long time, I've been a loyal customer since they opened. I'm really hurt and disappointed. It's not the money, it's the principle of the matter. The employees steal money out of your car, so it makes me wonder what else they would take. They have lost my confidence and trust. On top of this, I gave the guy a huge 26% tip. How sad. I think I will take my business elsewhere. Horrible, horrible place. Took my car here about 3 weeks ago for a wash and vacuum. Price was reasonable, but the end result was a joke. They bent my front license plate, didn't do a thorough job of vacuuming the interior (still food crumbs on seats, floors, etc.) and there were still dead bugs, and other dirty spots left on the exterior. It was my fault for not checking the car when I picked it up, so I didn't notice these things until I took a closer look a few hours later. Otherwise, I would've asked for a refund and taken it somewhere else. read more

I go here for a truck wash occasionally. Today I went for a Supreme wash that includes tire dressing and exterior protectant. They offered me spray wax for $4 ,more and I agreed to $32.95. I also had them fill with gas. The tires were not dressed and the exterior protectant was not applied either. They also give a 10 cent discount per gallon with a car wash that I did not get. I did not have time to complain as I was running late to an appointment. They lost my business. read more

The employee did not even help me i had to flag someone down, pointout the missed area. Even after i pointed it out it was STILL not fixed. This is my new go-to place for a car wash. For $10.95 my car was washed, vacuumed, and interior cleaned. They were very thorough. The guy took his time to get every nook & cranny clean. I was definitely impressed. You can also get your carpets shampooed & car wash for $34. Good prices compared to other car washes. read more

This place is poorly managed to say the least. I had been a regular customer at Las Posas Car Wash (on Las Posas opposite Target) but decided to give Arneill a try after receiving bad service from Las Posas one too many times. I've been to Arneill Car Wash three times recently. Each time is the same story: SLOW. They are slow to vacuum the car, slow to get it through the tunnel, and slow to dry it. Today, my car sat still in the tunnel along with three other cars. Only two guys were drying cars at the end of the tunnel, so the workers just let all the cars sit still until they were ready. (Now I know why they are so slow to vacuum the cars. Why rush? They cannot put the cars through the tunnel anyway.) I complained to a lady behind the counter who said something to someone and things started to move ever so slightly faster. All this for 13.95? Never again. Why does not Camarillo have a decent car wash anymore? Is that too much to ask? read more

I didnt see what they were doing coz they took the car at the backlot, and when its ready I found a scratch on the hood, fresh scratch. **Avoid this place** took my wife's car to get a wash & wax. Took over 15mins to pay for the wash and that should have hinted to me that this place wasn't managed properly. 20 mins in and I didn't see the car go thru the wash. I hear the car alarm go off and come to find out they locked the keys in the car. They have one of their guys trying to jimmy it open. They said they "tried" looking for me but its a bunch of bull. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Service is terrible. We had a coupon for $5.00 off so we asked for the premium wash. When we presented the coupon the manager got pissed off and rolled his eyes. He tried up selling me and when I said no thanks he tried walking away. We asked for $10.00 in gas and he said it's a fill up or nothing. At $3.05 a gallon I didn't want to fill up. So I said just the wash. We went inside and asked another manager and she said whatever they say out there goes. So we said never mind we will take the car back. When I went to get my car back the manager said FUCK YOU get out of here. I said there is no reason to curse at me and he responded I can say whatever the fuck I want. I said no you can't and again he cursed saying I was an asshole and waisting his time. I asked for his name and he said fuck you your not getting it. I have no name. The owner then came out as the manager was cursing at us and he just stood there. I said your going to let an employee talk to their customers that way and he said we need to leave. I have went to this wash today to do a full service wash of my car. I have to say, this is one of the worst place to do the car wash in this area. The car was not vacuumed well. There are still dirt and soil left in the car even after vacuum. If you ever worry about the cosmetics of the car, please don't go there. The new car wash system installed will do damage to your car. The first thing that I noticed on the car was the bend license place. It was bend from both side and was of shape line 'U'. Once the car existed the dryer, that is the first think the employers do; trying to put the license plate back in shape(Unfortunately, its still in bad shape). Also do expect lot of small scratches on the body and paint. The brush on the car wash was so thick and heavy, it would damage the body. Last, after handing over the keys, while driving back, I notices that my pants and shirt are getting wet. I have a cloth upholstery seat. I suppose, they put the wet cloth for draining/cleaning on that seat and it absorbed it. Such a careless people. Won't go there for sure any more time and won't recommend them. read more

I choose to stay away from this place for one main reason: They claim to close their car wash at 5:30 but there's been a few times they would stop accepting cars an hour before. This is frustrating for rush hour commuters who spend the time exiting the freeway, just to get to this wash. I came to wash my new Ford Fusion and when get out of the car after I pass through out the machine for get my windows dry i notice that my door keys cap wasn't there so I talked to the manager and he told me that he would drain the machine to see if he find it. I took my car in to have it washed today and my car was damaged! I drove it through the car wash which seemed fine enough, but when I went to put it into park after I left, the gear is completely gone. I couldn't turn my car off at all because I can't put it into park. I immediately went back to the car wash and explained what happened, and was told by both the supervisor and the owner that it was my fault and the machine doesn't do damage. My car was fine before I drove it through the machine! The owner was completely dismissive and walked away from me and the supervisor was yelling at me that it was my fault. Funny I told myself 8,9,10 years ago I'd never come back after they did a very poor wash job on my F350 crew cab. That time they actually spilled all the water out of my water jug, didn't say a word and took the towel out of the truck also. So, fast forward all these years and I'm thinking give em another shot. I've been here a few times, and it's usually mediocre results. I'd let that go, and push a 3 star review, but I noticed that someone between the vacuuming and me getting the car back had stolen all the change in my ashtray. There wasn't much there, but once that happens, not only do I feel as though I overpaid for a meh-quality wash, I'm pissed I tipped the guy and got ripped off.
