Went in the middle of the night to fill up and get an energy drink, and the overweight woman of color was extremely rude to me, and told me she wasn't gonna charge my card to put gas on my pump and that I can "pay at the pump". The entire time she was ringing me up for my energy drinks, she did not look away from her phone while she was watching Netflix. She only looked up from her phone to tell me that she was not going to charge my card at the counter, and to give me a dirty look. This isn't the first time I have had a bad interaction with this employee, but this is the first time it went from simply being rude to straight up denying my service. I paid the cashier $40 to pump gas. The gas pump stopped pumping at the price of $39.99. The pump window stated to go inside to get your change. I went in side, and received the penny. How many people are being ripped off by a penny, and what does that amount add up to? This was my first use of the Chevron, and will be my last. read more

I went to get gas there used my credit card. Told the lady I wanted 50.00 in gas at pump 1. It stopped at 49.99. I went in side and said what is up with this at the coast of gas right now I want my whole 50.00 she said what do I want her to do. Do not go there for gas. Do not use this gas station all the pumps are broken, my son went to pump gas a couple of Saturdays ago and the pump did not turn off, spilled gasoline all over his clothes cell phone and ground, the stupid employee did not even know what to do. I got my son home and he took a shower had a red mark on his leg, we called the Fire Department and left a message for Hazard waste. Our car smelled of gas had to replace 2 filters and buy him new clothes. We have a claim in with Chevron but they say they are investing it! All the pumps down there Saturdays were closed off and a Van Fast Track was there. This is horrible I will never go there again. All we want is a remembursement of my sons clothes, cell phone, and filters. The gas went all over our car and tires and side door we were luckly there was no fire. Rude, rude, RUDE! I've been inside this station several times and found the staff across the board to have a bad attitude. Today, however, ( time: 12:45 date 4/26/20) the attendant was in rare form. very disappointed!!! at around midnight tonight i went to this chevron station. it was the only one open nearby and on my pathway home. I was on empty! I had no money no cards nothing. luckily my friend had given me gas money. she gave me $6 in one dollar bills and $4 in quarters. The cashier told me (very rudely) that she couldn't take the quarters because....she already had enough "change" in her drawer and cannot take anymore. I said, you mean you can't take this change at all? I don't understand! it's cash! she said again (very rudely no I have too much change, I have enough change in my drawer) ! so I couldn't get the amount of gas that I needed and i was so lucky that I made it home! I had to drive to simi valley off of Yosemite! I apologize that I didn't have ENOUGH dollar bills or any bank card to get gas! all I had were the ones and quarters! I am besides myself shocked that this woman would not take my money! To the owner of this gas station, is this a regular practice? I will never go there again because this woman was very rude and couldn't care less if I ran out of gas. I bought a small Hershey's bar and gas with the $6 I had. Worst gas station in Ventura County. Pumps are always out of receipt paper forcing you to go inside and wait in line for a receipt. Whats the use of paying at the pump if you have to still walk inside and wait for a receipt. Lazy employee's and an absentee owner result in consumers like me not returning. read more

After my inquiry into which e-cig was recommended, staff sold me a product for $18. As I walked out the door I opened box and realized they had sold me refills for a random e-cig; which does not include an actual e-cig. Upon walking back inside staff refused return, despite SELLING ME INCORRECT PRODUCT as it is "not policy to return "tobacco" products. I had not left station, or even reached car before reentering the store.. unfortunately they had also not given me a receipt. UNBELIEVABLE!! Bye $18!! read more

Stopped here with my mascon to get some gas and a bottle of coolant. Walked in with my mascon and shifted it for half a second to make sure it was covering my nose. Before my hand moved off my mask Clarissa behind the shield snapped at me to keep my mascon. I told her I was just adjusting it and she went on and on explaining how it's not OK for me to move my mask on my face. These kids have no concept of how to treat customers in general and certainly not adults. read more

I had been going to this station for several years. I went last week to put air on my tires and $20 worth of gas. When I asked about why I had to pay for air all I was told is "this is America, nothing is free here." I referenced CA law but the attendant simply repeated his statement. No refund and no credit for my dollar of air. I put about $400 worth of gas each month because of my long commute to downtown LA everyday, they just lost that over $1 and a not funny comment. read more

The worst gas station in the county. Gave me serious attitude because I wanted to use a $100 bill to pump $60 worth of gas and a Red Bull. What did he do, he waved me off?? I watched this guy card a 70 year old women for cigarettes?? I've been carded for cigarette and had to go back in immediately and get another pack and they carded me again. Convenient only thing open at 5:30 a.m. friendly and reasonable. The pumps were fine 3.899 reg.

Conveniently located and always well lit. Price is reasonable but a few cents per gallon more than if you can fill up at Carmen Drive or Las Posas a few miles away. Have filled gas here over many years and they only once had a pump problem where it seemed all the pumps had stopped working so I ended up at Valero a block away. Nice thing about this station has been FREE air and water WITHOUT having to ask the attendant. Makes it easy to top off or check tire pressure when you don't need gas at the moment but want to make sure everythings ok for a drive. One minus star for the hard turn into the station and the slightly higher prices here. Above average but not 5 star. read more

If I could, I would give them a negative rating. I went in the other night and used my credit card at the pump to purchase $30.00. When I checked my pending charges the next morning, there was a pending charge from Cheveron in the amount of $126.00 . I called my credit card company, who told me that while they could see the correct charge, the gas station was holding the $126.00 until the $30.00. I really could've used that $100.00 that Cheveron tied up on other things like groceries. I called the gas station, and they stated that when customers use a credit card at the pump, they will place an $100 hold on the charge until it clears. read more

This place is consistently 30 cents more a gallon than anywhere else. And there card readers are always down. This is the third time when I've been on a time crunch and the card readers go down. I was only able to put 4 dollars (which is only what I had in cash). I ONLY come here if I am short on time and can't go anywhere else. My 2 cents if you absolutely need gas now then they will do. Other wise plan a little ahead and go 2 exits down to the chevron there and it's 30 cents cheaper usually. Don't waste your money here. read more

Saturday 4-15-17 at around 8 p.m. I walked in to this Chevron Station. I wanted to purchase a soda. Initially the clerk, a young man, said, I will not sell it to you. The young man said "well I'm not going to give you change for a 20." I asked well do you not have enough change for a 20? He said I have enough change, but it's only for paying customers that buy gas. He became incredibly rude, as I pleaded and reasoned with him, all I wanted was my soda and he wouldn't sell it to me! I finally told him I was going to let my family know not to come to this store because of his rudeness, so he said, "what are you going to do you are just one person!"...he said, "you can't do anything, you are nobody you are just one person, what do I care." Well, what I am doing is yelping about this. Please get the word out that these folks hired an incredibly rude young man. I am also going to contact the owner. That was a very distressing encounter! :( If he had been polite and explained that he did not have enough change I would understand but he was rude, attacking and aggressive. read more
