I was so excited - I'd never had king crab before and after years of being a Deadliest Catch fan, I was ready to sink my grubby claws into these legendary crustaceans. Yes, It was.... okay. Since I have a background as a Training and Development professional and I teach classes in Customer Service, I pay attention to the customer service I receive (or not) when I dine at a restaurant. Vince demonstrated he is an attentive and hands on manager. He frequently brought food to the customers and was visible during my meal. On August 1 I ordered the Brussel Sprouts Salad which was delicious and I shared with him the sliced Brussel Sprouts on the top of the salad were hard to chew, so I picked them out. When I came back for dinner on August 2 and ordered the Brussel Sprouts Salad, he had addressed the prep of the Brussel Sprouts and they were much easier to chew. Wow! Vince also noticed my food server had not brought my glass of wine by the time my food arrived, so he got it and brought it to me. Unbelievable! I had a better dining experience because of the manager Vince's attention to detail to all of the operational aspects in his restaurant. He should be commended for a job well done!
