Chef Li moved two doors down and did away with all but 4 sit down tables. They are focusing on take out now. The food is as good as always, but I miss the sit down area. We were only given take out menus, and even though we say down at a table, they served the food in disposable plates. If you can look past that, you will enjoy the same good food that earned it so many positive reviews. The dim sum is as delicious as ever. They don't give you noodles to munch on while you wait. The Yummy Chicken is outstanding. So are the Cashew and Bourbon Chicken plates. You can't underestimate the impact of environment to the dining experience. Tonight, a gal took my order and she kept on repeating "is that it" while still maintaining to get a few of my items incorrect when reading back the order. I picked up my food and there's three gals. Two Chinese and one Caucasian handling the phone. I listened to her on the phone and she wasn't rude at all - actually very sweet (Caucasian gal). Maybe I was the only one there for a brief moment? Most Chinese restaurants concentrate on take out and might have a small eat-in section, added almost as an afterthought. We had orange chicken combo, house special teriyaki chicken and general tso chicken combo all with fried rice and it comes with an egg roll if you order the combo ! Flavor was good for all three! Ran across this place by accident. I have to say I am absolutely thrilled I did. When I call they asked for my phone number and immediately said oh thank you for being a new customer we don't have you in our system. I immediately thought wow that's pretty cool. So, we went here again today, just to make sure that my first review was indeed a good review. And Let me tell you, THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! My family and I were very very happy with our food tonight. Of course, we had the chicken egg foo young again, extra dark sauce, and it was just as delicious as it was the first time I had it. We also had the shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour chicken, and let me tell you again, this place is GOOD!! The food was amazingly hot, delicious, great, good, and I don't even know what else to say. My kids, who are as picky as their mama when it comes to food, were so happy and we are all sitting around now fat and happy. When we got there, the owner was in the back, so a lady took our order, and you know I told her that I wanted my egg foo young gravy dark like my husband. So when the owner came out, he said "Hey you came back. How was the food?" And when we told him we loved it he said good and when he looked at our order he said, "Extra dark sauce I remember". That means a lot to me. I like that he remembered us and with service like that we will keep me coming back. So now that I am convinced that this place is legit, we will be coming here for our monthly Saturday Chinese food takeout. I called 45 minutes ahead of time and placed an order for several dishes - Veggie Lo Mein, Sweet and Sour Pork, General Tso's Chicken, Garlic Shrimp, and Beef and Broccoli. The food was AMAZING. DELICIOUS food! I've only visited twice, but I have definitely enjoyed eating here! I chose this place because of the positive reviews here on yelp. Both times I have ordered from here, my food was ready on time (although if they say 20 minutes...I give them about 30 minutes) and it was warm and yummy. Chicken wings aren't greasy or dry. The fried rice and white rice taste yummy (the white rice melts in my mouth when I add a touch of duck sauce) and their lo mein is delicious. Sometimes, I go to places and their lo mein is crunchy (at times) and so I don't like that but here it all tastes like normal and delcious lo mein. The staff is also kind. Both times I've arrived, some tweenagers or teens helped me out and they were pretty efficient and kind. They are to the point and organized so I'm pretty impressed with their maturity. The reason I am giving four stars is simply because it's not easy to locate this place. The address here on Yelp seems to be an old address so you have to do a bit of searching and if you're not from the area (which I'm not), it can be frustrating driving around at night trying to find this place in a sea of other stores. All I can say is, it's by the AT&T store and is ACROSS THE STREET from the address that is listed here on the site. This is my go-to Chinese spot! The food is delicious. I'm originally from New York so we take our Chinese food pretty seriously. The fried rice is so yummy! I've had their dumplings, general tso's, sesame chicken and sweet & sour shrimp. Satisfied customer every time. Oh & they have the best Crab Rangoon!! The only thing I don't like is their egg roll. This is the first time trying this place based on the recommendation of a friend and we'll definitely order again! We got delivery - about $46 worth of food and we received 2 free egg rolls. Delivery was a little on the high side - a little over an hour but I figured as much and ordered early. W We got the Pu Pu Platter for 2, chicken fried rice, sesame chicken, moo shoo chicken and orange chicken. Yes, we eat a lot of chicken! Everything was delicious! It's plenty of food for the money. My friend from China brought us there and at first we thought this little location can't be much, then the hostess explains our meal would be served in to go containers! The trick is it is the best food ever and they specially prepare to go and delivery orders but we are in and loved it! Chicken Teriyaki is amazing. If you order the combination, you can substitute lo mein for the fried rice for a small fee. Mongolian beef was great. The meats here are unlike the meats you will find at your corner chinese takeouts around the area. All of these restaurants it seems buy from the same distributor or something because their food seems to be all the same. Chef Li is different. Real steak and real pieces of white meat chicken. This is the only Chinese food restaurant my family orders from. It doesn't have the lingering taste of grease and is very quality food. The prices vary in range and is always very affordable, especially considering the true quality of the food. Everything here is good and it won't disappoint!! Arrived today at the Oldsmar location today around noon, just as they opened. We ordered Chicken with Broc., Hot and Sour soup, and an egg roll. We dined inside the location; it was clean and organized. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely professional and very out going. The food was brought to us in 'to go' containers, which definitely provided us with huge portions. Food was amazing. I've been to many Chinese locations within the Tampa/Oldsmar area and this location certainly has some of the best food I've eaten. My family and I left stuffed!!!
